My Personal Peace Palace in an Enormous Sea

I am a solo traveler exploring and finding Andorra was a bit overwhelming for me ...until I was greeted at Hote Carlemany by Eva and Franck at the front desk, and Neus at the free daily spa. They made me feel at home. My room on the river was divine. The healing waters flowing so potent. The location of this hotel was perfect for me up and away from the enormous crowds, yet a 3-minute walk to them. The thermal pool was relaxing. This was the absolute best find hotel for me there. In the 3-days, I walked and walked and walked - and I truly know I was in the best spot.

In general the hotel was fine although the breakfast opens from 8am which was late for me since I got the bus at 8. Also you need too book spa in advance, I stayed there for 1 night and during checkin I tried to book a slot and all were taken already

We were very pleased with our stay and very happy with everything. The room was spacious and very clean and quiet. The service was great. We had dinner at the hotel one night and the food was very good. I was especially pleased that the menu had some excellent GF options. Overall this was a great experience at a great value and we were happy w everything.

It is the second time I stay in SPA Termes Carlemany, because I find it perfect for a short stay in Andorra. Has spa and it is close to shops. Moreover, it has an excellent restaurant and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with the service it provides and I count on staying again in my next trip to Andorra.

All is well at the Carlemany, great people, in for a chat, warm and welcoming. Upon arrival you can park near the front door and unload the luggage, to park the vehicle 100 meters up the road in a locked parking place. If you are travelling by motorcycle, the parking lot is a bit of a challenge, as the card reader to open the door is on a steep slope. The rest, marvellous!

My cousin and I booked a twin bedS room At Carlemany hotel . Each bed is really small.
( fell out of bed last nite haha)
Hotel is located in Main Street . Even window closed it is noisy til midnite and starts again at 6 am. Bring ur ear plugs
Gym,pool are closed ( I rented this SPA hotel to work out :-(

Rooms with a view !!!

I arrived out of season to a warm greeting followed by a more than adequate room. The town its self was a bit quite as it was out of season so I settled for dinner at the hotel what a result !!
3 courses for 16 euros the food was good especially the Jambon starter which I would highly recommend overall a good hotel to stay.

Great except for pricey breakfast!

Wonderful place, a little out of the way which is what we wanted, about 10 minutes outside of Arles. Great pool, relaxing, good service. The ONLY downside was breakfast. Since it's out of the ways, you'd think that breakfast would be included but it isn't, fine. But a whopping 16 Euros per person....not worth it at all! And they don't tell you this until you're ready to check out. When you check in they tell you just about everything else, including the breakfast hours but they forget the minor detail of the 16 Euro breakfast.

And no wi-fi in the rooms, only in the lobby.

Bonjour à tous et à toutes notre petit week-end ma femme et moi dans l’ensemble nous avons été content sauf lorsque nous sommes partis j’ai oublié ma sacoche dans la chambre je me suis rendu compte en arrivant chez moi à Bordeaux alors j’ai pris mon téléphone et j’ai appelé l’hôtel pour savoir s’il est possible de me renvoyer ma sacoche bien sûr en payant tous les frais de ma poche mais on m’a dit non c’est à moi de gérer je vais dit OK j’y suis allé c’est dimanche le 17 novembre chercher ma sacoche voilà j’ai fait un aller retour de 4h du matin à 13h30 retour chez moi mais lorsque j’étais sur place j’ai constaté qu’on a fouillé dans Ma sacoche et en plus de ça on a pas remis tous les papiers à leur place je trouve ça un petit peu déplacé il y a un manquement dans le service client c’est un petit peu compliqué pour un hôtel de quatre étoiles alors que à Andorre il y a service de la poste très sécurisé voilà nous avons passé quelques séjour dans un autre hôtel qui s’appelle hôtel Magic ça nous est arrivé avoir oublié quelque chose et ça a été envoyé Chez nous Alors quand on a proposé de tout payer et l’hôtel il nous a rien fait payer voilà ceci dit merci pour les personnel de Service tout simplement mais pas pour la direction

Bien, necesita con algunas mejoras

Hemos estado 4 personas alojadas un fin de semana usando dos habitaciones. El personal del hotel ha sido muy amable y profesional todo el tiempo. Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción la primera noche, nos dejaron una estufa de manera provisional y al día siguiente lo solucionaron. Las camas no eran cómodas, los colchones eran demasiado duros y no hemos podido descansar plenamente. Todo estaba muy limpio.

En general la estancia fue buena a pesar de pequeños detalles que se podrían mejorar como el jacuzzi que no funcionaba (resolvieron el problema y no nos cobraron el spa), nuestras plaza de parking fue ocupada por otro vehículo, al tener un coche grande no cabíamos en otras plazas que eran mas pequeñas, finalmente se solucionó.

Al ser nuestro aniversario tuvieron un detalle y nos ofrecieron una botella de cava de cortesía.

Ubicación alejada de la zona habitual de compras.
Sólo parking exterior, separado del establecimiento y de precio algo elevado (si llegas más tarde de las 17:00 h. sale más económico el parking municipal).
El SPA que aparece incluido en el precio de la habitación seleccionada, ya no es así. Tras justificarlo con la copia impresa de la reserva se nos incluyó.

Le personnel est très charmant et à l’écoute et se met en quatre pour résoudre tous les problèmes. L’hôtel a besoin d’être un peu rénové mais dans l’ensemble reste très agréable avec des petits attentions.

El único problema el parking.

Buen hotel.Bonitas vistas y servicio.El problema es el aparcamiento.Hay dos uno descubierto y otro cubierto.En el segundo hay una rampa y sitios pequeños para aparcar.Con 30 minutos de spa hay suficiente es pequeño.Si volvería a pesar de eso.

Solo comentar que no pudimos disfrutar de las aguas pues el dia que nos íbamos estaba cerrada esta zona por desinfeccion.

El hotel está muy bien, la cena es buena pero se podría mejorar un poco teniendo en cuenta las 4 estrellas, así como el aparcamiento que está un poco lejos del hotel (100 metros el descubierto y 400 metros el cubierto).

Todo lo demás es PERFECTO. (Recepción, Spa, Desayuno.....)

Mycket trevligt och prisvärt hotell

Mycket trevligt och bra hotell med centralt läge. Vi hade en svit i två våningar. Sängarna var något hårda men för övrigt var allt jättebra. Bra frukost och middag. Vi nyttjade hotellets spa vilket var trevligt. Personalen var mycket hjälpsamma och trevliga. Parkeringen var hade tyvärr mycket små platser så det är svårt att parkera där med en större bil.
