The location is handy for shoppers. Walking distance to the bus. Kind front desk staff manager/owner who was very helpful about advice and travel tips. Handy lockers to store your bags after checkout.
Our room had 4 beds and a sliding door to a “patio” area. The patio area was nice to have to be able to see the mountain but it was run down and in need of some repairs. The towel rack bars were broken in the bathroom. The bathtub pipes seemed a bit blocked as water backed up into the bath instead of draining.
The lobby area has some nice seating and a bar type area.

Outstanding location right at the heart. No parking on site but just across the street are two pay parking sites which are easy to get to and use. Hotel is dated and a bit cramped, but clean and good bang for the buck. There was no Air Conditioning but the window could be opened letting the fresh Andorra air in. If you do that, prepare for the noise from the street below.

Loved the location, the hotel price and the all-you-can eat breakfast for €6.50/pp per day was great. The hotel advertises itself as aiming at total guest comfort with affordability at the same time and the staff are trying to do their best and for the most part are succeeding. There are no major problems but for example the shower did not have hot water in the morning hours (just barely warm water), which for us was not a problem due to being jet-lagged and taking shower after midnight.However couple staff do not belong in the hospitality industry including the day time front desk blond girl who was attempting to pretend that she is hospitable but i felt judged by her. The interior room was impossible to bear even for one night for my husband&I due to being so toasty, but had to stay in it due to booked it without noticing and knowing what “an interior room” means. Interior rooms do NOT have window to the outside and are extremely HOT and toasty and never had fresh air in. So requested to be moved for the other 3 nights of our stay and they accomodated us for 10% extra pay which amounted only to €3/night and the new room was great and roomy however I couldn’t understand why there was only one small shaky full size (USA’s standard full/double size) bed when the space is so big/would easily fit a king bed or 2 full-sized beds (we should’ve been offered)? The lack of this consideration for guests’ comfort leads me to think that the management do not listen to their customers.

Great place to stay, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Sheets, towels etc provided. No hot water jug or cups or anything though. Amazing location right in the centre by all the shops and the Pyrenees Andorra FNAC mall.
No hotel parking but I paid just under 15€ to park a couple of mins walk away for the whole night/day. Such a beautiful city!! We also had breakfast at the hotel, it was nice and they even managed to find some gluten free cornflakes for me since I have an allergy.
I would recommend this place.

Hotel barato en el centro de andorra
Siempre escojo hoteles centricos cuando voy a andorra y ademas limitado al ir con mascota. Este hotel esta.muy bien ubicado y es de los mas baratos. Hacia demasiada calor en la habitacion y no se podia regular. La habitacion muy pequeña y sin vistas a nada. Cama muy incomoda. Pero por lo pagado era de esperar.

Estuvo bien la estancia para dormir, el aparcamiento fue lo más caro (pero hay mucho parking). Respecto al servicio de limpieza, perfecto (aunque en una de las dos habitaciones barrían muy por encima). Si que es verdad que deberían de cambiar las colchas de arriba porque hay algunos en mal estado (el mío tenía la quemadura de cigarrillo que ví en comentarios). Las camas algunas cómodas y otras no tanto. La ubicación creo que es lo mejor. La recepción, nos recibió muy bien la chica que esta de turno de noche, muy amable y te resuelve todas las dudas que tengas tanto respecto al hotel, como respecto a Andorra (las otras chicas no he tenido contacto con ellas).

El cuarto de baño de miedo , la ducha caía un hilo de agua el water se enganchaba la cadena cada vez que se usaba y teníamos que desmontar la tapa para arreglarlo ,no había toallero para las toallas de manos …la calefacción no podíamos regularla desde la habitación toda la noche con la ventana abierta en todo el centro de Andorra para no morir asfixiados , no volveremos más . Lo único bueno es el centro de la ciudad y las camas .

No me gusto habitacion sucia ,fuimos con un bebe de 5 meses i la calefaccion es central y hasta las 19h no la encendian (espero que no se me haya resfriado el niño) las camas muy mal estan desgastadas y los muelles dado no dormias en una posicion correcta estavan curbadas tenia 3 camas y las tres malas sin duda no volvere ,no lo recomendare y es una pena porque fui de viaje de ocio y lo pase mal por preucuparme demasiado de que todo estubiera bien para el niño( no es un hotel para viajar con bebes eso deberian anotarlo ) para mi esta ves en el hotel este fue tirar el dinero… un 0

Nosotros habíamos estado en este hotel el mes pasado a través de booking y estuvimos muy bien y por eso reservamos esta vez.
Nuestra sorpresa fue que esta vez nos metiero en unZULO una ventana no se abría y la otra daba a una terraza que estaba llena de personas fumando.

En el momento de reservar -y pagar por adelantado- indicaban que aceptaban mascotas. Al llegar nos cobran un suplemento por el perro, y nos informan que las mascotas no pueden entrar en el comedor ni dejarlas solas en la habitación, por lo que tuvimos que desayunar por turnos. La habitación era interior sin aire acondicionado, había un ventilador muy ruidoso que no refrescaba nada, y todas las habitaciones que daban al patio de luces con las ventanas abiertas. A eso de medianoche llegan los huéspedes franceses de dos pisos más abajo, hablando a voz en grito junto a la ventana abierta. Las habitaciones no tenían teléfono para avisar a recepción. Un desastre.

Alojamiento correcto en el mismo centro de Andorra la Vella para estancias cortas o cuando el presupuesto es ajustado. Limpio, amplio y cómodo. Como punto negativo: las sábanas tenían agujeros y las toallas estaban muy desgastadas. Al no existir un sistema de AC, supongo que en verano será muy caluroso y en invierno bastante frío. También se echa de menos una nevera en la habitación. El ascensor muy reducido de tamaño !! Sí, para repetir.

Ya me alojé en este establecimiento hace dos anos y no tengo nada que objetar ya que me dieron la parte nueva, la tercera planta y a mi madre l primera. Un hotel sencillo pero muy cuco. Ésta vez nos han dado la habitación del otro lado y ha sido un desastre. Tuve que pedir que me cambiar la cama ya que la primera noche fue horrible, los dieron la habitación -3, nada más salir del ascensor olía a humedad, las vistas eran a una uralita con una paloma muerta y edificios y hacia frío. Lo único bueno es el personal de recepción que es un encanto y el servicio de limpieza. Me gustaba este hotel porque era céntrico y no tienes que coger el coche para nada y estaba bastante bien las habitaciones, pero si me tienen que dar otra vez una habitación de la zona de atrás que no de al centro ni me lo pienso, no me lo quedo.

Experiencia con contrastes. Empezamos con lo positivo. El desayuno está bastante bien, si bien no varía de un día para otro. La localización también es excelente, situado justo delante de Pyrenées. También hay unos grandes taquillas para esquís o material de montañismo. El personal es amable.

Tuvimos que abrir la ventana y luego apareció otro problema, el ruido de las otras habitaciones (un bebé llorando en medio de la noche) y el humo de otros clientes fumando.
