The best thing about this hotel is location. In the center of all only 2 blocks from the beach. I would definitely stay again as a result. Otherwise this should be a 3 star hotel. Rooms are very small and outdated. Hotel also offers no parking even paid.

Very good location and overall a very nice hotel. We were placed facing the street (despite asking for a quieter room) right across from a late night bar. We also were placed in a room for individuals with disabilities, which means there was no shower or curtain and the bathroom became soaked. Minor inconveniences, but they dampened our overall enthusiasm for the room.

The front desk representative was very nice and helpful. The hotel is super central( everything is minutes away)to the train station (7 minutes walk) and the famous La Croisette ( 4 minutes walk). The beaches is just 5 minutes by walking .

The only downside the room is a bit small.

This building is bedrooms with a single receptionist. No amenities, bar or breakfast room. A bedroom delivery breakfast service was €20 for pastries and 1 coffee (no cappuccino option). Incredibly expensive.
Probably bussed in from outside.
How has it got 4 stars without any services????
Nowhere on the listings does it state there is no bar, dining or other common rooms. I’m astonished and would not have booked at £400 !!!! per night for just a bedroom. Aircon very sluggish at 19 degrees unchangeable. Towels for only one person. Coffee machine capsules given out by begging the lady sitting at the desk one at a time.

I am completely disappointed and can’t believe it has 4 stars??? For what. Someone please inform me.

The staff were very disorganized. They first gave me a room and when I opened the door, there someone already staying in there. They seemed unbothered by this and then after waiting another 30 mins, they gave me another room but with the wrong bed type. I had booked a room with a queen bed and I they give me a room with two single beds. They seemed completely flustered and disorganized and had no proper management.

This is a 3 star property. Tiny lobby with one person reception who collected payment for entire stay at check-in. Small room and bathroom with corner shower barely wide enough to turn around in; narrow twin beds although comfortable. AC fine. Wifi fine. Small lift. Reserved two rooms which they gave on two different floors. Only one water bottle in room, extra charge if wanted more. Breakfast not worth it for 20 Euro; take it if free but otherwise eat out. Excellent location with shops and restaurants. Note that the hotel entrance is on the side street which is pedestrian only but only 20 feet from the main street Rue Antibes where you will need to get dropped off and walk to entrance. This is the main shopping street in Cannes covered with shops and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the waterfront.

The main problem with our stay was that there was no hot water and we were not told this upon checkin even though they knew.
There was no compensation for this.
Also there was no place to unload bags near hotel.

Beautiful nights in Cannes

Our 4 night stay was superb!! The room was clean and very comfortable. Even though there are several bars/restaurants directly across the narrow alleyway, our room was on the 5th floor and very quiet at night. Best of all was the staff. The front desk clerks were all very friendly, helpful and spoke English. Could not have asked for a better stay!

To bath or not to bath

We’d stayed in this hotel before and chose it specifically for the amenities that they offered. However the jet bath didn’t work and when asked to fix it, nothing was done about it. Our cards to the door also stopped working one night and had to reissues cards to the door which took a long time

it’s a perfect hotel Near to Very nice beach, better than we expected
The stuff are friendly, the hotel is clean, very good location, very good value for money! 5 min. Walking to the beach and to the train station, super market, restaurants.
The walking area is so nice with all the brands around, also 5 min. Walking distance to shopping area.
Many restaurants on the beach you can have nice food and music and you can use there privet beach, as all those restaurants have access to the privet area beach or if don’t want to eat you can just pay entrance fees and rent a (chase long) for 25-30 euros/ person, so it’s cheaper to eat! Then use the beach, also you can rent towels for 5 euros
You can try Môme restaurant it’s very nice!

the best hotel I've stayed in from the minute we walked through the door until we left the service was fantastic, every member of staff that we encountered were helpful. we had the prestige room which was fantastic, we travelled as a group of three and the spare room was great for this, a very large room with separate sleeping quarters, a huge balcony with great views, great clarins products in the room, fresh water daily, excellent location, we didnt have breakfast so unable to comment would without a doubt stay here again. well done to the Mondial!!!

A very good hotel

I have stayed in the hotel for 5 days. It is a small, nice hotel. I am given a room with terrace and facing the sea. The Espresso maker in each room is very good. An electric kettle which is essential for most Chinese is provided on request. The Jacuzzi spa bath for Superior Room (or above) is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Had what was actually a small suite - a small \"living room\" with sofa that could accommodate a third person. Also a balcony that looked down the street to the ocean, a short block away. The large bathroom had lots of natural light and a shaving/makeup mirror. They also supplied us with a small bottle of water each, replacing it daily,

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at in France. Everything was perfect, and the location is but a three-minute walk from the beach. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and all of the staff were very, very friendly and accommodating. The room I requested was on a side street and was quiet. The bathroom fixtures were outstanding. The breakfast was well presented, copious, and worth the price. This was my second stay at this hotel in Cannes, and I look forward to returning.

The hotel is 3 blocks from the beach (with easy access to municipal rentals of chairs/umbrellas). The rooms have 2 rooms - one for the bed, and one for the desk/seat. Very comfortable.

The hotel is perfectly located if you are into shopping as t is smack in there middle of there shopping district and 2 min walking distance to La Croisette. Recently refurbished. The furniture looks new and the room is a bit small. Very close to the beach and right in the heart of antibes rd, the main shopping area. Dont expect concierge to carry your luggage to your room. I wouldnt recommend taking the room with breakfast as you will get a lot of better options very close to the hotel. I would definitely stay there again unless i get a better deal from the main hotels on la croisette blvd.

Lovely hotel close to the beach

We stayed in a suite in this hotel and it was excellent! There is an office area with a sofa bed where our five year old son slept. We could close the door so he had his own room - a real treat when staying in a hotel! The suites have large furnished balconies that look toward the sea (down a road) and a lovely bathroom with jacuzzi bath. We will definitely stay again, money permitting. Very pleased we paid extra for the suite which was really lovely!!

An awesome experience from start to finish.
The hotel is in amazing condition and the rooms are 5 star quality.
It couldn't be in a better location. extremely quiet and only a 3 min walk to the beach, plus views of the water
Its right next to some amazing restaurants and bars as well.
The staff were extremely helpful every day with booking activities and recommending places to go.

Booking the best suite was worth every penny. The suite was clean, comfortable, big enough for us and our 12 year old son to have some privacy, and with a sea view allowing unrestricted enjoyment of the firework displays. Perfectly placed for exploring Cannes, while avoiding the eye watering prices of waterfront hotels, an excellent balance of cost, comfort and position. Would we return, definitely. Well done Mondial and thank you.
