Great business hotel in general and staff very helpful. I've stayed here many times. The only trouble I have with this hotel is the Wi-Fi. It is sometimes very slow or intermittent, and in some rooms further away from the center there is no reach, for example room 145. Please fix this or my entire company will need to find another hotel.

The breakfast was AMAZING and the staff was friendly. However, my room was dirty. There were cobwebs in the corners, handprint smuges on the walls, and grunge in crevices. The worst part was how thin the walls were! I could hear my neighbors VERY CLEARLY. Also, tgere was some sort of game being watched 2 stories below me, but I could hear the men cheering very loudly. And the housekeepers gave no regard to their volume when talking in the morning outside of rooms. If you are looking for sleep, this is not the hotel for you.

Only stayed for a couple of hours, but there was no problems as we got better room then booked. Very good breakfast but i did not like that you have to leave the area when breakfast time ends, so make sure to get there and eat before 10.30.

The hotel was ok, located not too far from the old city by bus. You can find parking for free on the streets near the hotel. Breakfast was good. The condition of the room was not the best- dirty carpet...the toilet door is transparent and it was not comfortable.

I have stayed here before with great results but this time was a little different. I requested laundry service per the hotel guidelines and I was very disappointed to learn that my laundry did not make it to the cleaners. They said they didn't have a number to call me but I know that a contact phone number is always requested which I provided on my reservation. The hot water in the shower was also very inconsistent throughout my stay. Temperature would not stay the same.

Overall was great. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was nice. The room was comfortable and clean. The only minor issue was the low water pressure of the shower. The hotel location is off from the city centre. The taxi charge for a round trip is about EUR20 total. Including this, overall price value is good.

This hotel is clean and comfortable, but more suited to a business traveller than a tourist to Regensburg. It's an 11 euro cab ride, or about a half-mile walk to the bus stop and 2.50 trip to Old Town.
For some reason, they hung a 'do not disturb' sign on my door and didn't service it, and when I requested some clean towels, there was no housekeeping staff onsite, so I had to wait for the desk staff to bring them up 30 minutes later.
The pillows were very uncomfortable, although the bed and linens were quite comfy.
On the plus side - the breakfast is yummy, dinner at the restaurant was good & reasonably priced.

A modern, well appointed hotel. The hotel is located less than 10 minutes away from Regensburg town by car. It has an underground car parking.

Went to Regnesburg for a night on our way to Frankfurt. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed our brief time there very much. We ate wurst and kraut at the oldest (850 yr old) little sausage kitchen in city. Would loved to have had more time there.

We are regular customers of Best Western. When we booked at this hotel and saw the high ratings we booked immediately. Upon arriving, we found it VERY noisy with a business conference. \"Minutes from the old city center\" is quite misleading to tourists. Try over an hour in rush hour to anywhere scenic.
Parking is very limited. There is an underground garage where we were lucky to squeeze our car into the last available space.
We arrived at the restaurant at 17:45 to find it abandoned. We asked at the front desk and were told it opened at 18:00. At 18:30 we tried again, only to find NO staff anywhere. After we left we saw the team smoking at the back door.
There are next to no restaurants (or anything of interest in the immediate area).
With the exception of the front desk staff and one nice waitress at breakfast, the hotel staff made us feel more like an annoyance than a guest. No-one seemed happy to be there.
For a business traveler, this location may be OK. For a tourist I would avoid it. In our 14 days spent in Germany and Switzerland, this hotel was the low point.

Everything just works, which is what you need as a business traveller. The staff are very friendly and helpful to address any questions. English is not a problem at all, unlike smaller hotels which might struggle. I'd class it as a business hotel. Quieter since outside of town centre. Easy bus connections, short walk to number 4, or 1 bus stop or number 10 bus is just outside the hotel door. Taxi's always come quickly and there's plenty of parking in the hotel car park.
Food is good. Internet access is free, with wifi in lobby/bar. Cable connection in the rooms if to far from lobby to connect with wifi (cable supplied by hotel if needed)

Excellent modern hotel at a good price
It was a nice and clean hotel with modern furnishings with a helpful staff for a great price. Great for stopping over on a trip along A3. The restaurant staff went out of their way to make food for our baby, however the food for us adults was not so good.

Alles in allem ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr schnell, freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine sehr große Auswahl und hier sollte jeder fündig werden meiner Meinung nach. Es gibt verschiedene Sorten Brötchen, Brot sowie Toast, verschiedenste Aufschnitte und Aufstriche, Joghurt, Müsli, Eierspeisen, etc., wie gesagt da sollte eigentlich für jeden etwas dabei sein. Auf vegane Produkte habe ich ehrlich gesagt nicht geachtet, aber von meinem Kollegen wusste ich, dass auf jeden Fall eines der Müslis glutenfrei ist.
Einziges Manko:
Im Kühlschrank meines Zimmers lagen noch 2 Flaschen vom Gast vor mir und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, wodurch es sehr warm im Zimmer war. Jedoch bildete der Tag mit 27°C auch eine deutliche Ausnahme von der sonst üblichen Durchschnittstemperatur, daher denke ich, dass die Klimaanlage deswegen noch nicht eingeschaltet war. Lüften schaffte hierbei gute Abhilfe und trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn (und der Lage meines Zimmers zu dieser) war es dort sehr ruhig. Ich habe beide Punkte ehrlich gesagt auch nicht an der Rezeption angesprochen, da es für mich meckern auf hohem Niveau gewesen wäre.
Alles in allem würde ich dieses Hotel wieder wählen und kann es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Das Bad war nicht ganz sauber. Um 7.00 Uhr wurde es laut, klang wie Baufahrzeuge. Am Feiertag fährt der Bus vom Bahnhof aus nicht bis zum Hotel, wir mussten noch 15 Minuten laufen.

Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Autobahn und ist daher ziemlich laut ,auch im Hotel ist alles sehr hellhörig .Wenn viele Gäste gleichzeitig Frühstück machen klappt der Service nicht gut man muss ewig warten bis was nachgefüllt wird .Wann und wie die Zimmer gereinigt werden ist mir nicht klar nach drei Tagen kamen wir leider nicht in den Genuss einer Zimmerreinigung .

Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Matratzen im Zimmer 334 waren beide so durhcgelegen, dass ich versuchte quer am Kopfende die halbe Nacht und quer am Fußende die andere halbe Nacht zuverbringen. hätte ich mehr bezahlt, als ich habe, wäre ich einer der unzufriedensten Kunden gewesen. Denn Schlaf ist wichtig, v.a. bei Geschäftsreisen. durchgelegene Matratzen mit tiefer Kuhle sind ein Albtraum.
