I came to put my cases in early on my previous visit, and they very kindly advised that they had my room ready which was glorious after an early morning flight to be able to rest for a while before settling in to my holiday.

You really must pay attention to the address as the lobby is hidden in the back behind the street front businesses. Room was well cleaned if small. No USB/USB-C support. Good value for the overnight stay for a traveler.

The hotel is in a perfect location: center of the city but still very quiet. Everything worth visiting is within walking distance, including public transportation and the stop for the bus to the Frankfurt Airport.

Excellent location right next to Luisenplatz a few steps away from tram. Room spotless and shower excellent. The breakfast was varied with plenty of healthy options and the complementary drinks machine served a variety of hot drinks all of a good quality. Would certainly stay here again and recommend.

This is not your typical Best Western as we are used to in the US. Kind of hard to find as it is in the city center and somewhat hidden from the front of the street, obscured by other buildings. Check-in is on the second floor. But it has air conditioning and comes with the breakfast. Clean comfortable rooms

I liked the hotel due to its strategic location, it is in the heart of city, easily approachable by public transport from Frankfurt airport. There are many places of eateries, shopping malls available close by. Hotel staff is very co-operative and pleasant. The reception, restaurant and rooms are very clean and the decor is well maintained. The quality of breakfast is awesome. I recommend the hotel for single on business or family on tourist visit.

feels like a new hotel, high quality fittings and fixtures, but economical in price. more like a large professional hotel, rather than a small BW franchise operator, similar leagues to a Hilton, a (new) premier inn or holiday inn. area is v. good, lots of food places within walking distance, hotel is just off the main road, may be a bit hard to find, but actually a good location as it is away from noise. convenient for walking to the darmstadtium, and the airliner shuttle (bus stop 14, terminal 1, cost 8.70EURO at time of writing oct 2018) from the airport has a bus stop about 3 mins walk from the hotel.

Very close to the centre of Darmstadt, and only a 2 minute walk to the nearest Taxi stand, tram stop/bus, and lots of good places to eat nearby.
Room was a good size and comfortable with a decent TV, and a large bed. Shower pressure was also good. Free bottle of water (sparkling) in the room, also tea/coffee making facilities, however i didn't use these as there's a free coffee machine in reception. Breakfast was ok, but choice was limited.

A good hotel, but not a great experience
I was there for 3 nights. The first 2 days, I had no soap in the shower. They provide a dispenser, but it was empty. They charge 12 Euros per day for parking. For the cost of the rooms, parking should be free. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Hidden gem in center of Darmstadt
I was very pleasantly surprised at how excellent this hotel was!
Check in was a breeze, Janet was so nice and friendly! The lobby was immaculate and so was my room. It was probably the cleanest hotel room I've ever seen.
The towels were nice and clean and large and the bed sheets and duvet cover were high quality and very comfortable.
The bathroom was spotless and I really appreciated the fact that the showerhead was adjustable height and also was a hand-held shower head so you could rinse off.
The included breakfast was really quite amazing. They had something to please everyone. From eggs and bacon/sausage to yogurt and fruit and cereal. They had a nice selection of juice and a nice coffee machine so you could make cappuccinos, lattes or even just regular coffee. And again the cleanliness was a theme. The breakfast layout was sparkling clean as well as the dining tables. The staff working in the breakfast room every morning didn't ever stop working. They were constantly cleaning and clearing tables and maintaining the food.
The only experience that left me slightly dissatisfied was the morning of my check out. I had asked the previous day if when I checked out that the staff could contact a taxi company in Frankfurt for me as I was concerned that the taxi company would not speak English. I was assured that they could do this. However, upon check out the clerk said she wouldn't do that because they only had a relationship with a Darmstadt taxi company to transport

A great location in a walkable city with plenty of shopping, restaurants and sights. Hotel was close to transportation. The room was clean, comfortable and laid out very efficiently (and the shower was excellent). The hotel had a fantastic continental breakfast, which was complementary, but the best thing about this hotel was its staff.

I would have rated the hotel room with a 5, except the single-bed mattress was worn. I had to sleep all the way against the wall in order to find an area that the mattress was fully supportive.
I was extremely pleased with the peace and quiet afforded by the heavy walls and doors. The black-out drapes allowed me to sleep very soundly on the weekend mornings when I could sleep in a bit.

Sehr freundliches Personal! Angenehme Atmosphäre. Gutes Frühstück. Super zentrale Lage. Parkhaus im Hotel ist super, aber von dort zur Rezeption muss man zwei kurze Treppen bewältigen. Beim Koffertransport über Treppen ist das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Es wird einem freundlich geholfen.
