We stayed almost 3 weeks over Christmas and new year's.
We liked: the breakfast buffet was amazing, almost like a traditional Swedish Christmas buffet. Room was nice, didn't hear the neighbors much + comfy beds. Front desk staff + the lady that cleaned was very nice and helpful.
We didn't like: the breakfast buffet was very crowded some of the days around the holidays (despite the booking system) it was like eating in a school cafeteria with almost more children than adults (and many of them coughing, screaming or running around). Pillows were not great, we asked for additional and that helped a little. The dinner buffet was really bad, would definitely not recommend!
This is not the place to stay unless you have a car and are planning to drive it wherever you are going. Location was great for us but if you plan on spending most of the time downtown Gothenburg you are better off staying there.
Also note that from January 2022 they now charge 100SEK per night to park in the garage. You can park outside for free (on the garage roof unless you have an oversized vehicle) but that lot is shared with a car rental place and fills up quick when the hotel is busy. We booked specifically for the free garage parking but couldn't use it for the last week since they suddenly changed the rules.

Receptionen var inte så trevligt och det kostar 20 kronor för en slätt kopp kaffe. Jag tycker det är väl snål. Rummet var inte så fräsch och alldeles för varmt. Det gick inte sova.

Derudover skal man være klar over at hotellet ligger meget tæt på motorvejen og denne støjer hele natten.

Var på gjennomreise og hadde to overnattinger. Besøkte Liseberg. Spiste kun frokost. Men det var veldig bra utvalg. Gluten og laktosefrie produkter. Fersk frukt og oppskåret vannmelon blant annet. Rommet stod til forventningen. Vi hadde et lite stopp på Ullared Gekås og bestemte oss for å finne et sted for natten som var overkommelig.

Overordnet var opholdet en mindre katastrofe. Man havde valgt at indlogere jeg ved ikke hvor mange fodboldhold, som løb frem og tilbage på gangene, smed affald overalt og bankedes på værelsesdøre. Der var ulideligt varmt på værelserne og det eneste man kunne tilbyde, var en sølle ventilator. Der var mangel på toiletpapir, trods forespørgsler i receptionen, skete der intet.
