A nice hotel that is undergoing some updating and improving with the addition of Air conditioning units in the rooms. We had a unit in the room but unfortunately it wasn't working. The hotel is situated near quite a busy road so if the window is opened it gets to be quite noisy.

The staff were really helpful and welcoming. We were unable to get dinner in the resteraunt but there are some eateries around the area and a hypermarket within walking distance.

Breakfast was continental as one might expect but was good value.

This was a place that was away from the main area of Orleans and a car absolutely necessary. Free car parking available which is always a bonus in Europe. The room was a triple room but extremely cramped and not ideal when you are travelling with a lot of luggage. Not a lot of interaction with staff other than check in and check out but seemed personable enough. Thought the price was a little bit expensive for what we got.

The hotel was well positioned for our trip … The outside of the property is tired and in need of an upgrade.
But as they say “don’t judge a book by the cover”! The room was good/clean,bed comfy and all laundry fresh .
The breakfast was continental but unbelievably good value .
We traveled in a high value vehicle and the carpark was gated and secure.
Overall a good experience.

Reasonable hotel for a good price

A reasonable hotel for a good price. Fine for one night stay while driving to Southern France. The pillow was very small and lumpy, and I was woken a number of times in the night; first at 1am by the person in the room above banging around, and again at 3am by someone in the corridor outside my room talking on the telephone. Staff are very friendly and it's close to some reasonable restaurants. I would stay here again for one night when travelling in France.

Excellent room- a real bargain

I was really impressed by the bedroom and bathroom. Small, but perfectly formed and with all the amenities you could want.
My only concern was the staff. A younger employee was friendly and helpful. The older employee was not and had made some guests feel uncomfortable. I wish you a stay when it is not their shift.

The outside of this hotel is a little shabby. The rooms are fine if a little on the small size, with comfortable beds, and a good shower.Close to a major road but we heard no traffic noise. Secure free parking. We did not have dinner there but it looked good. Breakfast was plentiful and reasonably priced. Staff were pleasant and efficient. I would recommend for an overnight stay.

I was woken at 6:30 by a very noisy lorry and the sound continued for the rest of my stay. Somebody was smoking below my window so i had the smell of smoke in my room. I had paid for my room already but when I went to pay for my evening meal and breakfast I was asked to pay again! I was not amused. However, the room was lovely and very clean and up to 6:30 I slept very well. My car was safely locked in the car park and the lady serving the buffet dinner had excellent English. I also had good wifi.

Great for a stopover

Great hotel if passing through Orléans. Very friendly reception staff. Secure parking in a lot at the back of the hotel, accessed by key code. The room was spotless and even had an extra area with a bunk bed so 4 people could have stayed.
We didn’t have an evening meal in the restaurant, though it looked good and was busy. We walked 3 minutes to La Boucherie for steak frites...which were superb.
Breakfast was fabulous...lots of choice and all fresh.
Really can’t fault this place for value and service.

The hotel has secure parking over night. Dinner is a buffet and so is the breakfast. My room was next to a room with the washing machine in and it went on until 2300. Staff can speak English is are very polite .

ideal place to break the journey

Having travelled all day from southern France, we were delighted with this hotel. Have to say, it was not the easiest to find, as satnav directions weren't quite accurate. but we got there.
There was a nice little restaurant, serving lovely buffet style food, so you could choose what you wanted. And it wasn't too expensive. Perfect, as the last thing we wanted was to go out again. Though there seemed to be one or two alternative restaurants nearby for choice.
The room was just right, clean and warm, with nice bathroom, and very comfy bed and pillows. Not enormous, but perfect for overnight.
We didnt take breakfast as we wanted to get straight back on our journey, but it did look nice.
Staff were very welcoming and helpful, nothing was any trouble.
The car park was locked at night,so we felt our car and its contents were safe.
The only downside was the wifi didn't work that well in the room, but was fine in the lounge/dining room.
A great place to stay!

We stayed here overnight on the way south. The hotel is in a retail park with few restaurants in the area but good tram connections just a step away so Orleans centre was easy. Parking was really secure. The hotel is small and basic but really clean and friendly. Did the job for us and I would stay again.

Okay for an overnight stop

I read the reviews of this hotel before I booked so didn't expect it to be fantastic. We only wanted a clean bed and bathroom for the night and this provided just that at a very reasonable cost per person. The room was small and one of the single beds was under the window so couldn't open that to let some air in on a very hot night. Having said that, the staff were very cheery and helpful. I would say we got what we paid for and would probably stay again if in transit further south in France.

Cheap! But out of the way on an edge-of-town outdoor shopping mall. Free wifi intermittent. Quite noisy with door slamming and no aircon but otherwise pretty good for the money.

We stopped here overnight on our way to our holiday, had a very comfortable night's sleep with our large dog, once we found the hotel.Make sure you take a map or detailed directions, as otherwise finding it is a tricky one!

Very convenient friendly ideal short stopovers

Staff very helpful We arrived quite late and found the staff had waited for us to arrive and were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast next morning was good with lots of variety. Despite being on what looks like an out of town retail park which was a little confusing it gave us a very peaceful nights sleep and was ideal for our one night stopover as it was really convenient to the autoroute but without the noise. We would certainly stay there again.

Very friendly service and an excellent breakfast. But the room is small and smelt of cigarettes. Situated in the centre commercial, so convenient for shops and chain restaurants, but this part of Orleans is not pedestrian friendly, so expect to go almost everywhere by car.

Le parking devrait s'ouvrir automatiquement quand on sort car nous n'avons plus la carte et donc plus le code.

Le personnel de l’hôtel est vraiment adorable. Nous avons demandé une chambre plus grande et ils nous en ont proposé une immédiatement. Le petit déjeuner est généreux et très bon. Et pour un spectacle au Zénith, c’est parfait : il est à seulement 800 m, donc pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Un séjour très agréable, je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Une honte notre pire expérience

J’avais réservé une nuit pour être proche de l’Arena. Le jour de la réservation je reçois l’appel de l’hôtel en me disant que des chambres ont été dévastées. On me propose de nous transférer dans un autre hôtel à 5 mn à Olivet. J’accepte. Ce qui n’était pas mentionné c’est que cet hôtel est un 2 étoiles et non un 3, mais le pire c’est que le vendredi soir est organisé un rodéo urbain sauvage lors duquel une bande de blaireaux fait exploser les moteurs de grosses cylindrées et les tests de sono surpuissants qui vont avec.
Personne a le réception, et une grosse frayeur avant de rentrer dans l’hôtel.
Bref pas dormi… et naturellement on ne nous avait pas prévenu.
Sans compter l’horrible odeur de Javel dans la chambre.

Il y a tellement de commentaires négatifs sur cet établissement, pas de bol je n’avais pas vérifié.

Hôtels.com a envoyé un message mais toujours pas de réponse.

Une belle bande d’escrocs !

Arrivée en chambre, toute petite ! Wc avec urine, traces excréments sur le mur côté papier toilette. Serviettes sales (traces et cheveux dessus)
Pour finir au vu du prix du petit dej, 9:15, que 4 pains aux chocolats plus de pain trois madeleines…
Plus que décevant, payer 104€ pour si peu de propreté et de qualité de petit dej c’est décevant !!!

Nous avons été relogé dans un autre hôtel du groupe suite à des incivilités dans celui ci.

Mais ce nouvel hôtel « Confort Orléans Olivet » était juste innaceptable :
• propreté à revoir
• odeur de javel dans la chambre
• odeur de tabac dans la salle de bain
• les serviettes de bains étaient totalement imprégnées de l’odeur de tabac = résultat pas de douche !!!

Séjour satisfaisant par rapport à l'hôtel mais bémol par rapport à l'environnement qui est bruyant : la nuit où nous y avons séjourné en famille, nous avons été gênés par les bruits émanant d'un rodéo urbain juste à proximité dans la zone d'activités où se situe l'hôtel, le cirque a duré jusqu'à une heure du matin !!! Quand vous appelez la police pour signaler le problème, celle-ci vous répond que c'est habituel le week-end et que les jeunes responsables de ce désagrément se calment vers minuit....?!!!!!

La réservation a était faite en amont par mes soins pour une collègue et à l’arrivée la réservation a été indiqué comme « annulée ».
Aucune chambre n’a été proposé et ma collègue, malgré une réservation active, a été obligé de trouver une solution de repli à 23h.

Nous n'étions à l'hôtel que pour dormir mais la chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres, le petit déjeuner en buffet assez fourni pour tenir lors des visites et le personnel agréable. Petit + pour le ventilateur qui nous a été mis dans la chambre avant notre arrivée pour palier à ce week-end de hautes températures.

Très confortable!!

Goed hotel with the amenities and facilities one needs. Perfect breakfast buffet. Also, if you wish to have dinner at the hotel, there is a lot to choose from. Everything is freshly made, maybe even home-made (like the tarte de cassis, yummie!) - it would not surprise me, as this is a family-owned hotel. The staff is very friendly.
By car, you’re in the city centre of Orléans within 10 minutes.
In summer it is wise to leave the window and curtains of your room closed during the day, as there is no airco. Per room a fan is provided, which helps a great deal too.
All in all, we had a great stay at the hotel.

Bien pour une nuit

Chambre petite mais propre. Bon accueil. Pas de restaurant le weekend mais zone commerciale avec des possibilités d'autres restaurants à proximité. A 39 € la nuit le rapport qualité prix est tout à fait correct. Petit déjeuner, du choix et les viennoiseries sont bonnes même si je continue de penser que 9€ un petit déjeuner c'est cher.

Une agréable surprise

Franchement, une agréable surprise cet hôtel. Équipe cordiale. Une chambre assez sympathique. Un restaurant sous forme de buffet à volonté ouvert pour le dîner (minimum) à prix super canon... un parking sur place sécurisé et gratuit vient compléter le tableau.
Bien mieux que certains hôtels du groupe Accord, qui proposent moins et pour plus cher.

Service au top, la réceptionniste vous accueille avec le sourire, les chambres sont clean, le dîner du soir est à volonté à un prix abordable. Le petit déjeuner est complet. Au top niveau rapport qualité/prix, je recommande.
