I normally rank this hotel as good, excellent for a one night stay on the way south. However this time I felt a little let down by the pod bathroom. It needed renewing,visibly scuffed and dirty and only one third of a toilet roll. On the whole the hotel is good for the price

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

On arrival The room smelt extremely stuffy and had to be aired.
It would have been helpful if we had a kettle or tea making facilities in the room and a usable Wifi connection.

Très bien pour le prix, cependant la moquette dans l’ascenseur et la cabine sanitaire sont un peu vieilles et semblent ne pas être très « fraîches » (rouille en bas de la cabine, tache dans la douche, poussière sur l’interrupteur…) mais pour le prix c’est mieux que ce à quoi je m’attendais.

I usually stay in priemere classe hotels. Usually, you get your standard, but I saw this hotel and it looked newer so thought we would give it to you. I am disabled and have never had an issue parking in disability bays. However, on this occasion, I was made to feel as though I couldn't be there. I had my disability badge in the window but still was told the bay is for disabled. I told the women my badge was in the window, I even got it out to shower her, but this didn't seem to be enough. I know I am young, but young people can be disabled too. Up until this point, I was generally happy, but it made me feel self-conscious and unwelcome. I couldn't relax.

This was an overnight stop on a longer journey. Rooms are basic, (exactly the same as all in this brand), but functional. 2 rooms. 1 was very clean, the other was less so (sheets stained?).
Staff were lovely, polite and helpful.
Doors open into internal corridors (better than last one where they opened outdoors).

Basic hotel just off the motorway in Oléans.
Secure parking, basic but clean room. Bathroom is one of those plastic \"pods\" but adequate for one night.
Not much in terms of restaurants nearby but only 5 min walk to the tram which takes you to the centre of town every 15 mins or so. Buy tickets at the park and ride €3.40 return.

Needed an overnight stop on a long journey. For the price, the room was excellent, the bathroom a little small for me, but still functional. I wasn't expecting luxury for the price, but I got a good comfy double bed, AC, and a decent shower for a lot less than I paid for a room elsewhere.

Good easy stopover hotel.

Well positioned by motorway. Cheap price for stopover and served purpose well... Restaurants nearby in walking distance. Secure carpark behind gates locked at night. Lovely receptionist. We added the continental breakfast and it had everything you need, including great hot coffee! The only negatives are, bathrooms are a bit tired and only one small pillow each. But a good, clean, convenient stopover. Thank you.

We arrived at 10pm and the hotel door was locked. We had to use a machine to get the room keys but the machine would not recognise the room bookings so we could not get the keys to get into the hotel. Don't need this hassle after a long journey. There was a number to call which we did and someone opened up for us and he was very helpful. We had concerns that if no one answered the phone we would not be able to get into the hotel.

We were staying for one night, short stop before continuing our trip. The situation of the hotel is very convenient, it's just near the highway. There are places to eat nearby.
For the cons: it's quite outdated, not very good sound proof, you can here people from the next room and from the corridors. The self check in machine is very slow, takes ages to get a card from the room.

It's situated very conveniently, close to the highway, but you don't hear the noise from it. The room is cozy and quiet, good for the break on the way in case of long journey. There is a possibility to take breakfast, it's not expensive. It was very hot in the room, but we stayed in a extremely hot day, so it was expected.

The lady on reception/serving breakfast was very miserable! She needs to be a bit more customer friendly and put a smile on her face. It was like we were an inconvenience to her!

Cheap but not so not cheerful

You get what you pay for...not a lot. If it's an overnight stop over close to the motorway you want and you smoke so don't mind cigarette odour throughout the building and don't mind getting a drink from a machine instead of the luxury of a kettle then this is the place for you. That is if you can get in. Out of hours( check what they are before booking) , it's self admission. I didn't have a code to do this but found my booking by name, however the computer didn't recognise my payment as having been made in advance and wouldn't issue a key card unless I paid again. I was lucky , I tried the door again and the receptionist was there and check in was fine. He was pleasant ,chatty and helpful and by far the best asset of this place. Didn't have high expectations having stayed in bargin convenient over night stopovers previously but we were disappointed so next time will pay the extra . Dark when we arrived but saw a tram into Orleans which if staying in the area the location would be handy to go into city without haste of parking.

Stayed one night. The hotel is close to the end of the tram line, which is very convenient.
The room was comfortable, although not all the lights worked and the toilet ran. It has a nice set of cubby shelves.
The bathroom is very small.
Getting to the hotel can be tricky: there is an alley to the hotel just before you get to the toll plaza, but it is easy to miss. Safer to go by way of rue 'd'Aquitaine.

Cheap and Convenient for Travellers

Overnight stop-over while travelling from the Cantal to Calais so didn't explore the area. Chosen for ease of access to the motorway and low cost. Room was clean and practical. WiFi was good. Breakfast was well priced and adequate for travellers on the go. Pillows were a bit lumpy. Otherwise a cheap and cheerful. Would use again for cost and convenience.

Just great for stop over. Clean and pleasant. Campanile restaurant very nearby you get a discount. Good value for money. Stopped at Campanile in Clermont Ferrand, the room was not so good and i paid double the price! Only exception Campanile had tea and coffee in room, well one tea bag and one sachet of coffee for two people!!??

Simple & cost efficient

Premier Classe chain of hotels are all the same, never had a problem at any of them. Located at motorway junctions, totally functional rooms, this particular one even had a balcony. Simple, efficient, cheap, safe. Exactly what I needed to get some sleep before moving on my way. With the added bonus of only being about 10 minutes walk from banks of the Loire GR path.

Ideal budget stopover in mid-France. Hotel currently under refurbishment. We had a recently refurbished room. Small,neat,tidy. Bathroom is of the modular plastic type. If you're a larger person you may have difficulty fitting into the shower! Actually had three,yes,three power points in the room! Plenty of parking space. Reception staff informative and helpful with excellent English. Late arrivals check in terminal outside,easy to use. Close to Autoroute, relatively easy to find.

Do not arrive late!

Having agreed with the hotel that I could gain access by using the reference number they sent me as I was arriving after the reception had closed, I tried to key in the reference number several times but was unable to gain access to the hotel and had to spend the night in the car park. In the morning when the hotel opened I was offered a refund for the pleasure of sleeping in my car.

We used this hotel on our way through france, didn't expect too much for the price but it was perfectly fine for 1 night. Bed was comfy and the room/bathroom were clean and the wifi worked fine. The receptionists were friendly and sorted out our booking quickly on arrival.

Just what we needed

We booked this hotel as a stopover point on the way to Spain. Was going to book a Formule 1 but had read some bad reviews so decided to look around.
It was only just off the French autoroute, so was really easy to find. We checked in and paid for the next mornings breakfast in advance. Room was great, small but spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a good night's rest before the 600 mile drive the next day.
Breakfast was a bit rubbish though, it was over 4 euros a head and was basically cereals, and some rolls and jam, etc. We were expecting a continental breakfast with cheeses and various meats.
We stayed here again on the return journey back home but didn't bother with the breakfast. We went to the local Auchan supermarket instead and bought some Croissants ready for the morning. Filled up the car with diesel there too, as it was only 1.25 Euros per litre. On the autoroute it was normally about 1.47 per litre. Huge difference. Would definitely book one of these again.
Only had one little issue with the booking. I handed over the form that I had printed out after making the booking, which clearly said two adults and one15 year old. The receptionist said that Expedia had only reserved a room with a double bed. I said 'Well sort it out then', and she did. She was very helpful and even put the username and password for the free wifi into my phone so I could go online in the room.
Very pleased with the whole experience.
