The good bits: The location is perfect if you’re travelling, being just off the autoroute. The reception team were nice and friendly and the room was very clean. The breakfast was ok as a buffet breakfast goes.

The not so good bits: There’s not been much money spent on the place for a long time, it’s dated and not the thickest of walls, doors or windows!

The Comfort Hotel was conveniently located for an early morning drive to Paris train station/airport. The room was reasonably comfortable and clean. We did not choose to pay extra for breakfast.
Our only problem with the hotel was from the online check-in which changed our paid reservation from 4 to 3 people. We were unable to contact the hotel to figure it out before our stay - phone calls were dropped and there was no response to multiple online chat attempts. When we actually arrived the staff were very accomodating, saying the reservation changed due to the room having an issue and they gave us 2 connecting rooms. So it all worked out, but it was still a bit stressful ahead of time.

Basically a shipping container with a portals in corner, very shabby, not very clean although bedding was ok, just one blanket no extras offered, no soap, dodgy bedside lights and very difficult lock on door. Appalling area on edge of industrial estate and mainly occupied by road workers!

Next to motorway so very convenient for a short stop on our long journey. But old tired and in need of renovation. Ok for a nights sleep but I guess better options must be available. I wouldn’t stay again despite the convenience.

Disappointing stay

Expected a basic hotel but this was not good. Looked very tired. Restaurant was closed even though website suggested it was open. Beds and pillows very hard. Room was on second floor and rain on the roof was like being in a caravan. Poor nights sleep.

Difficult to find by car even with GPS. I got lost and it took me 30min to find it at least and asked people twice on the way to help me find it. Disappointed on arrival. Small basic room and noisy especially around 6am due to traffic as close to motorway with lots of lorries. No food available on Sunday evening.

I accidentally booked this hotel on expedia but both they and expedia refused to cancel. I don't know how it happened because I was in the middle of making a Campanile booking or so I thought. My attempt to cancel was immediately upon realising that something had gone wrong with the booking.
I subsequently booked Campanile correctly, but no doubt Comfort will have billed me. This was my first bad experience via expedia.

No stars. Last moment decision as we needed a bed for the night on way to Calais. Should have looked into details before booking The hotel is in an area near to truckers stopover. Can be noisy with traffic. Rude man at reception. Breakfast was a waste of money as there was nothing much left when got there. Staff were helping themselves to the food. All we got was bread, boiled eggs and hot drinks Awful

The stay was pretty decent; the room was fine, if a little small- as was the bathroom, and the food was good. The one oddity was that we could not have a pre-prandial drink in the lounge area before 7pm but could if we sat in the dining room. We did this but would much have preferred to sit outside.

A good test for Sat Nav - hard to find.

Very small room with small window in roof of hotel - second floor with no lifts.
Tiny bathroom almost impossible to get into shower/bath - glass shower screen not moveable leaving less than 18 inch to get in to turn shower or bath water on! which meant you were getting into bath on its sloping end and therefore very slippery . The only redeeming factor of our stay was the food and service in the restaurant which was very good.

Kyriad is the \"upper\" brand of Premiere Classe chain - and it shows! Rooms are bigger, bathrooms have a bathtub, the restaurant is nicer - and the price difference is nothing! Highly recommended for transit or even a short 2-3 days stay.

Right on the motorway, great for an overnight stop, in the middle of nowhere so wouldn't stay for any other reason. Rooms were clean and comfy, food in restaurant was good. I was very pleased with the discounted price I paid, I would not have been so happy if I had paid the full price.

Clean hotel ideal for a stopover

Rooms were big and luxurious compared to premiere class and we managed to get a good deal well worth paying a bit more. Tea coffee facilities always a plus sign. Wifi was sparodic better in the morning. We had a car but didn't seem to be much around but it was only a stop off on way home. Would use again.

Hotel good if you don't want to have a walk round after arrival. Otherwise no great problems, expect WiFi too slow to let me watch the F1 GP.

I got delayed so called and they were very helpful giving me directions off motorway. They spoke English which was a bonus. It was very reasonable so didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. It is new so rooms were very clean. Comfortable bed with extra pillows, tea and coffee, water and toiletries were as standard which was better than much more expensive hotels.

This is a good hotel, close to the motorway near Orléans. It's drawback is that the restaurant is closed at weekends, so after a long drive all day one has to get back in the car to go out for dinner.

This hotel is within easy reach if the motorway but that is about all that is good about it. Our room wasn't very clean, dust on most surfaces especially the bedside lamps and in the corners of the room. The air con didn't work very well but too much noise outside to have the window open. When we checked out they wanted to charge us for breakfast which we didn't have.

In all honesty could not recommend this hotel. Stained smelly carpet everywhere, dingy room, bad lighting, one of our towels had been used by a previous client and simply folded and replaced on the rack. Bed linen was however sparkling white, although no liners on pillows - a big no no where I am concerned! Breakfast was acceptablele, but at 9 euros a bit steep for the quality and range of food available.

A good place to stop if you arrive early in Paris and are heading South. Less than two hour drive from CDG. Good breakfast, quiet hotel, well rested for the next days travel.

Notre arrivée était glaciale par l’accueil. Nous avons dit bonsoir, on m’a direct demandé mon nom pour la réservation. En tant que réceptionniste, la cordialité est obligatoire. Bref…
La chambre, malgré qu’elle soit spacieuse, nous avons mal dormi. L’état du matelas laisse à désirer (de la mousse au sol). Le pseudo drap housse trop petit, on a mis le drap plat pour faire le drap.
Dans la salle de bain, les toilettes, il y avait du ca** au fond, j’ai mis un coup de brosse et c’est parti. Pas de gobelet pour se rincer la bouche.
Au petit déjeuner, j’ai voulu me faire un jus d’orange pressée, j’y ai faillit laisser ma main ou les doigts ! Il faut changer le presse agrumes, il est beaucoup trop dangereux sérieusement !

Je ne reviendrai pas ça c’est sûr !

Le parking est facile d'accès et assez grand derrière l'hôtel. Accès par deux côtés, très pratique si vous êtes garés derrière.
L'accueil était bon.
La chambre sentait le propre très agréable. Les lits sont confortables.
A disposition nous avons eu le droit d'utiliser le micro ondes pour réchauffer nos repas.

Wir haben 2 Zimmer , aber wegen der groß lager Schimmel im Zimmer und auch im Badzimmer , mussten wir 6 Person im nur 1 Zimmer (3 Betten) schlafen.

Ich habe gefragt ob ein Andres Zimmer gibit oder andres Losung , aber leider gab nichts!!
