I requested a room on the top floor when I booked and was told that it was fully booked at 4pm in the afternoon on arrival. the receptionist was particularly unhelpful. When I insisted on atop floor room she miraculously identified one.
When you request a top floor room when you book a week in advance online, why can't the hotel provide you with one.
The staff need training on dealing with customers,

We booked another hotel to stay in that advertised A/C. They of course did not have it. We found two rooms in this establishment which fit the bill. The staff were very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information about the property. We were there for a wedding and the fact that they have a laundry room on site was a huge plus. We would not hesitate to book here again.

We have stayed at this property many times when driving north and this was our worst experience. I asked for a quiet room as a light sleeper and they managed to find a junior suite room at the back. However, the person sleeping above moved around all night scraping the chairs on the floor, so didn't sleep much. No carpets.I phoned reception but no one answered so had to put up with it. We may find somewhere else next time

Pleasantly surprised at this hotel

Very good budget hotel. No restaurant for evening meals but very good breakfast, gym if you need to exercise, secure parking, very good staff, comfortable bed, great bath/ shower and cosy and warm when it was almost freezing outside. Recommended.

We stopped overnight enroute to the Dordogne and it was perfect for the night. We had a prestige suite which was perfect t with a a sleeper couch for our kids, aged 5 & 7. Little kitchenette was very useful and a breakfast option if needed. Very conveniently located just off the main highway and safe, secure parking. Highly recommend it

The reception gives an image of modern and new but don't be fooled, the rooms are old and not the best equipped.
It's like you're back in the 80s. The fridge was very old, mouldy/dirty rubber.
We had to go to reception twice, once because there was no toilet paper in the room, and another time when we realised the tea towel given must have been in the cupboard for months, it stank so badly!!
The receptionists were great both time and we have no problem with the service given at reception, but they should check their room cleaning service for sure!
I ended up cleaning every bit of cutlery, glasses and plates we used, I couldn't trust it.
The bed was comfortable enough, no complaint there.

We stayed here twice on the way to and back from a holiday this year, it is conveniently only a couple of miles off the motorway near a McDonald's and other restaurants. There is also a large car park that is locked at night. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and also spoke good English. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quite basic but good value, we all ate and drank well before we left. I accidentally left my ipad in my room on my first stay and before I noticed it was missing I received a call from them to say they had found it and it would be kept safe. All in all we enjoyed our 2 stays and will definitely be returning

Very good for an overnight stay. Well locsted just off the motorway and next to a large number of restaurants. Also a supermarket nearby if you want to cook in the kitchenette. The air conditioning was very powerful which is a plus for me. Black out blinds made the room very good for sleeping. The bed eas adequately comfortable, but they provide cots without mattresses. Luckily our child sleeps heavily, but if you have a light sleeper this might cause issues.

Breakfast in the morning was good for the price. Croissants, cereals, crepes, meats, cheese, yoghurt all on offer plus hot sausages and scrambled egg too.

We had a really lovely stay here. Good stop off in n our way south. Very friendly welcome. Great position for near the motorway and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and cool with the air con. Have stayed here before and will definitely return.

We've stayed here many times. A nice, clean hotel with room for a family of 4 plus dog. Walking distance to restaurants. All good.

On the downside, WiFi is sporadic (don't try to do a work call from here) and you only get two small pillows - you have to ask for more.

We had booked a basic room and it was very clean and smart. Very well appointed with a large bathroom and a full kitchen facility with a fridge microwave and hob, we could want for nothing. The bed was really comfortable. It was a pity we were there for only one night as it would have been a perfect base for a longer stay to explore the area. We will be definitely using this hotel on a regular basis. Easily accessed from the A10 autoroute it was perfect for us.

, the location is in a commercial area outside of Orleans. It is within walking distance of local restaurants but the suite also had facilities to prepare your own food, microwave etc.

Honestly, staying in this room was a roller coaster for me. The room itself was nice and I like the fact that there were two bedrooms and a kitchen. However, with that said, I value quality over quantity and this room did not meet that. When we first arrived at the room around 4 pm, we were given the wrong room by accident. The room that was given to us by mistake had not been cleaned and there was a smell, the bathrooms and beds were dirty, and that was not a pleasant experience. We were given a different room immediately, but the previous experience already left us a bad taste. Furthermore, the wifi speed was pretty slow and kept logging off on its own. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. Overall The hotel was OK and I appreciate the effort. I believe that with a few minor changes, this hotel can be significantly improved. Good luck!

Perfect for an overnight stop with family. Kitchen had everything you could need - all crockery/cutlery, saucepans etc; small hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher. Washing up liquid, cloth and tea towel provided together with towels, soap/shower gel in bathroom. Large tv with dvd player and good comfortable double bed and double sofa bed. Decent size suite. Very impressed overall. Close to restaurants and supermarkets too.

Perfect stop over!

This was a stop over to break up our driving from the Netherlands to the South of France. Perfect for the occasion! Gated parking in a quiet area. Fast food either across or down the street. Toilet has louvred doors, so if not comfortable with your traveling companion it could be potentially awkward. Otherwise, free tea, coffee and cookies in a room with a modern kitchenette. Great stay!

This is a regular stopoff point en route for the south of France. I would recommend it. It is clean, comfortable, reasonably good value and the car park is safe. There is a small exercise room and a jacuzzi. There are basic kitchen facilities in the rooms which are very useful.

Great hotel, very clean , reception staff friendly and helpful although told me the air con had been switched off for winter despite temperature being in low 30s during the day and still in 20s at 10pm in the evening , the room was too hot and uncomfortable,did not state anywhere at time of booking about no Air Con outside summer season! apart from this couldn't fault it.

Exactly what we needed!

I stayed in this hotel with my husband and two young children, using it as an overnight stop on the way from Calais to Limoges. It was easy to find, and the reception staff were very friendly and spoke good English.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the room, which was a family suite. It had a large living area with a kitchenette containing a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, sink and all the crockery and utensils we might need. The sofa was made up as a double bed. The bedroom was separate and there was a bathroom and separate toilet. Wifi was free, although we had to keep logging on as our devices seemed to lose the signal. Not a problem though.

There's a large Carrefour supermarket about 3km away.

We went out for dinner, and after trying several places which weren't open at 1800 we ended up in Les 3 Brasseurs, in the cinema complex. We had a lovely meal, and the service was excellent. They were especially friendly towards the children, and the kids' menu was good.

We had breakfast in the hotel the following morning at a cost of €12 per person. Children under 5 were free. There was a good selection of teas, coffees, pastries, yogurts and bread, as well as sausages and omelettes.

All in all this hotel was better than I expected, and was exactly what we needed. I would recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very modern and clean. We found the location to be in an industrial area. The hotel was hard to find as it set back from the street on a side street that is hard to see, and you have to do a 180 degree turn, if you are coming from one direction

Het ontbijt was niet vers, gebakken eieren werden in microgolf opgewarmd en pannenkoekjes waren niet lekker. Koffiekoeken en brood waren uiteraard afbak.
De kamer was heel proper en werd helemaal opgeruimd op vraag, parkeren was heel makkelijk en vlakbij.
Kamer was ruim en handig (we hadden kamer met keukentje) hoofdkussens waren daarentegen niet goed.
