We had a very good stay. They are very accommodating and efficient.
Location is good, close enough to the main st but far enough from the noises. Only thing is there’s no AC which might be typical for the region. They give you a fan which solves the issue. Overall, it’s very good .

Good stay in San Pedro de Atacama

The hotel is a good option in San Pedro de Atacama. It is convenient walking from the main street in the town. The hotel has not parking, so you need to park in front of the hotel or around.

The food at the restaurant is just ok.

The only inconvenient we had was in the 2nd morning, when we arrived at 07:00 am to the restaurant to take the breakfast. We were informed the night before by the person in charge of reception that the breakfast started at that hour. However, on sunday and holidays the breakfast begin at 07:30 am. That 2nd morning was a Holiday.

The person in charge of the restaurant (a man that I do not remember the name), SCOLDED me and my wife for being early on a Holiday, treated us like ignorant that cannot follow instructions. We felt very uncomfortable and we did not allow that man to serve us for the rest of the stay. We know service is not the best in Chile, but scolded people is even worst than a mediocre service.

The facilities of this hotel are broken and dirty: jacuzzi, pool, pool bar and sauna. Thus, the pictures advertised are not current and inaccurate. We have complained about it on arrival day and everyday after, which we have documented in writing and have pictures everyday to substantiate. The hotel manager told us to write her the email once again at the end of our stay. Only to replied that she has not heard any complaints and have offered us alternatives when we were at the hotel. This is 100% untruthful. Not maintaining your hotel is one thing, lying about it afterwards and hiding facts are another. Stay away from such unethical business.

Perfect stay in San Pedro

Great hotel for a few days R&R after a very busy few weeks traveling. Pool area is small, but not overcrowded. Breakfast was good and very good coffee. Fantastic facilities and amenities, and very helpful staff. They upgraded our room and offered VIP amenities automatically. Excellent breakfast and great food at Casa Paniri, their in-house restaurant. Absolutely loved their complimentary coffee and tea station for guests. Beautiful rooms and even the crib for the baby was really nice. Would be nice if they could provide an electric kettle in the room upon request to make sterilizing baby bottles easier.

It is a very nice and quiet hotel. Perfect for resting and drinking some tasty pisco sours. But the infrastructure is a bit dated, so it doesn’t feel very luxurious and can be a bit uncomfortable. The staff was the best though!

This is one of the best hotels in town, where you get picked up for your daily tours. It is really quiet, we enjoyed a great experience! It is located at walking distance from the shopping stores and restaurants, and they also offer bikes at no cost. Very good food at the onsite restaurant (breakfast was included), and staff provide great service and recommendations around the tours.

i got a room downgrade i didn’t even know that was possible. i stayed at a nice room the first night and the second night the only male concierge i can’t remember his name. he was rude throughout my whole stay. made such an amazing trip become a bad memory. i would not go back to this hotel as i was looking for a luxury get away that means a good relaxing time and i got stress and bad attitudes.

A beautiful property off of the beaten track but very walkable to restaurants and shops.
There was variability with the reception personal--some were very helpful and friendly and others not so much.
There was limited or no wi-fi in the rooms and the patron available wi-fi was limited in the lobby area. My daughter, after my persuasion, was finally able to use the hotel's business wi-fi which worked promptly and efficiently.
Very good breakfasts.
Easy accessibility for pick-up by our guide.
Large beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms.

We stayed there for 6 nights. The major problem for this hotel is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms and so in the summer there’s 30C/86F inside. It took them 3 days to offer to place screens on the window. The WiFi is nearly non functioning in the rooms, and doesn’t work either by the front desk. You have to ask the receptionist to give you his personal code and stay near him if you want to have internet. At the opening of the breakfast buffet (7am), the fresh produce (yoghurt, cheese etc) aren’t refrigerated anymore. They stay warm during the whole length of the breakfast (until 10am). The paint at the bottom of the jacuzzi and pool is coming off.

This hotel was great, the staff, location , room, pool and atmosphere are great. The only issue was the restaurant, the bar/snack menu was very good but the evening menu was very over priced for what you get for example, we had the lamb, it was very tough and mostly fat so I left feeling very hungry (maybe we just had a bad cut of meat, I don't know) also the service can be a bit on the slow side. The BBQ however, is great so don't book a trip at high altitude on Sunday as you'll want to eat. We only had 2 fall days here and feel we should have had more, be prepared for an expensive time as trips, food and drinks all builds up pretty fast.

Ridiculously Overpriced

Still reeling from being asked if we would like to add a gratuity to our final account - for domestic staff? No! I just paid $600 a night for the most ordinary hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Your staff - you pay them!!
The good - Staff were lovely; and breakfast (eaten in was very good).
The bad - Cleanliness, black mold in shower recess.
Toilet leaked incessantly (you may ask why I didn’t complain? At $600 a night, the toilet should NOT leak, cleaning staff should have picked that up).
No air conditioning in rooms. Advised to open the door and turn on the fan.... Firstly, opening door only created a mosquito issue. Secondly, fan was quite noisy (at least it blocked out noise of constant leaking toilet). Finally, eco-friendly? Maybe.... but why aircon in reception and public areas?
While we’re on the eco-friendly aspect. Why have a rain shower head in a shower that had little to no water pressure at any given time? Yes, that’s right, NO water pressure, ie NO water, at times. Had to resort to the handheld shower head.
Take-out breakfast. We were advised this would be prepared the previous evening and kept in a fridge until we were ready to collect. When we collected, it had not been kept in a fridge. When I questioned this, I was advised that it had been taken out just half an hour ago. Warm yoghurt and a sour tasting ham sandwich? No thank you.
I understand prices are premium in SPdA but $600 a night for bed and breakfast of this poor standard is ridiculous.

Great stay in the middle of town!

Great hotel, great rooms, great restaurant. Service here was excellent! Water pressure in the shower would be our only complaint, but that's understandable given the fact that it's in the desert! The first room they gave us had extremely low water pressure so they gave us a different room that was a little better. Not only did they accommodate to our request, they went above and beyond by sending us a bottle of wine and cheese plate as a gesture four \"our troubles\". They also let us check out extremely late at 6pm on the day of our departure without charging us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to San Pedro Atacama!

Nice hotel and location convenient for San Pedro shops, church and tour companies.
Comfortable large room suite (not quite as expected for a suite from Expedia description but hotel manager says In South America most rooms are called suites.
Only one chair in room - would be nice to have 2 comfortable chairs to sit in!
Shower looks nice but awful dribble of water from rain shower no pressure to wash body or hair - unpleasant experience!
Also no door dividing bedroom from sink and shower so no privacy! This would be easy for hotel to rectify to
Make it nicer for guests.
There is a miniature indoor gravel/stone area in a mini outside room with 1 cactus plant next to shower (which lets cold air and occasional biting mosquitoes in).

Bed very comfortable and nice soft sheets.

There’s an outside terrace walled to sit in next to bedroom.

Room was cold morning and evening in May and heating didn’t work.

Communication with staff for transfer was very confused.

This an upscale hotel; the right balance of comfort and service for people who come to a far away place for outdoor activities. We went to celebrate our 10th anniversar. It was amazing, the hotel is beautiful everywhere with nice ares to lounge and relax.bedrooms is very spacious and clean.
they offer free filtered water, coffee and tea bar loved that!
also they had free sunscreen at the front des
We Took 1 full Day tour and the next Day we stayed all Day at the hotel relaxing in the pool, which was marvelous, so relaxing the snack bar and restaurant were delicious, the menú was one of the best of the City, and the prices very good as well.
I definitely want to go Back and spend more time at the hotel and San Pedro, there is a lot to do, but if you just want to relax if perfect as well.

Very clean and comfy bed. Nice pool and decent breakfast. No AC in the room, despite temperature a being extremely high. Only a small fan is provided. Biggest complaint is level of service. Simple requests were not accommodated (I.e. having eggs scrambled instead of an omelette, was an impossible ask). Also, at checkout we were asked if we wanted to leave a tip, which is not something I expect when paying over $400 a night.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. beautiful grounds and rooms were ver roomy and comfortable. Great location. Had 1 meal in the restaurant which was lunch. Had a quinoa salad which was nice and fresh. Booked a couple of excursions through the hotel which were very well done. I also booked one with a local agency in town and the difference was pretty dramatic. Definitely try to book your excursions through he hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel close to town; wonderful staff

This was an elegantly designed hotel, with an excellent restaurant, in a perfect location a few blocks from the center of town. The staff was wonderful and tremendously helpful when an airport transport I arranged from a local tour company never showed up; the front desk staff made numerous phone calls to ensure that the company hired a private taxi to take my husband and me to the Calama airport so we could make our flight! My only disappointments were that our guest room had just one small fan and was too warm at night in the height of Chile's summer even when the outside temperature was cooler. Also, the room had tiny ceiling lights and bedside lamps but was still dim at night and so reading (and finding things) was a challenge. Given San Pedro's hotel choices, I would still recommend this hotel as a first choice for its many great qualities.

Amazing hotel with wonderful staff !

The hotel has an authentic decoration with native and natural elements. The team was very friendly and helpful ; we had a car crash and I don't know how we could have done without their help. The staff was very caring and accompanied us at the small medical center. They help us to reschedule our flights and were very very efficient. We really appreciate their support.
I highly recommend the hotel; the excursions team is just fantastic. We had everyday a small attention in our room, everything was perfect.

From check in to check out the service at this hotel as been incredible. All the staff have gone out of their way to be helpful and even take the time to learn your names.
The rooms are beautiful and spacious and clean, just what you need when you come back from a busy day out and about.
I highly recommend the tours provided by the hotel. Whilst they might be slightly more expensive than those you can book in town, the service received is above and beyond and they also know the best times to go the areas so that they aren't overcrowded and you can get the most amazing photos.
I would come back to stay here in a heartbeat and am very sad to leave! I can't recommend this place enough!

An oasis in the desert.

Downtown San Pedro was bustling and dusty. While fun, it was great to know that at the end of the night, I'd be returning to NOI Casa Atacama. The hotel was modern, clean, and relaxing. The 24 hour complimentary teas and coffee was appreciated. Used the spa services to get a massage while I was there and it was lovely.

Amazing place to stay!!

Really great place to stay. Stayed here after the Salt Falt tour from Bolivia. Very luxurious with staff that will help you with anything you need. Booked a private Moon Valley tour and hotel staff found a great driver/guide for us! A bit of a walk to the main square (about 10 mins). Best place to relax and unwind in the desert. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Boutique Hotel with Friendly Staff

We had a wonderful time during our 5 nights at the Noi Atacama. The hotel had a laid-back, boutique feeling and its décor was very compatible with the overall feel of San Pedro de Atacama (intimate and adobe houses). The staff were friendly and efficient. The meals were delicious and accompanied by great freshly-made juices and nice wine. I would highly recommend the hotel's excursions with knowledgeable guides and drivers (shout out to Matias, Ricky, Leandro and David). The rooms have comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and balconies. The hotel strives to be environmentally friendly as well.

We enjoyed our stay at Noi Casa Atacama! The breakfast was the best we had in Chile...everything you could want was offered. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We were upgraded to a suite and the room was spacious enough. I really loved the bathroom...very roomy, good water pressure, luxuriously thick towels, nice bathrobes. Other reviewers were complaining about the poor wifi so we were prepared for that....but we thought the wifi was very good. Our room was near the reception so maybe that helped. I would definitely stay here again.

Okay, relative to the other options in San Pedro

San Pedro has a lot of overpriced properties, so take this (and all reviews) with a grain of salt. For what you end up paying, you rarely get the experience you expect. That said, given the cost of this hotel and my statement above, it still came a bit under expectations for me. The rooms were nice, clean, and well decorated. They have a nice bar area and fireplace which was great on some cooler nights. That said, a few things really disappointed:
1) The service was VERY hit or miss, and the staff were not working together. Often, we would ask for something, and were told to go speak to someone else because \"if we asked them, they would do it, but if the front desk made the request, it may not happen\"
2) The outdoor area had a lot of ants -- more then I think is acceptable. I understand its outdoors so things will happen, but there were at least 4-5 on every single seat around the pool.
3) Front desk staff were not able to help with any local information, and would consistently send us to their travel agency to make bookings.
4) Wifi was unreliable in the rooms (i.e. we couldnt consistently even connect).

Overall, its a good hotel but definitely not worth the cost (even relative to San Pedro).

Nice hotel in a quiet location

I think the owner/manager (Andrea) did our check-in when we arrived and I have to say that it wasn't handled very well - whilst he met every request we had, his reaction when we asked for things (such as an extra heater or even information about the town) seemed to be one of 'surprise' that we were making such requests. All the other staff at Casa Atacama were extremely helpful though and I was impressed with their service. Despite advertising that they offer wi-fi in the hotel, the signal is only good in the rooms near the bar/pool area and they don't make this clear when you book with them (we were only informed about it when we checked). Breakfast was great and they also had eggs/bacon/sausages on offer as well. Location is a little outside the main town but San Pedro is a small town so it's only a short walk in.

O quarto não era tão limpo porém a equipe de funcionários eram muito cordiais . O café da manhã era muito ruim , a qualidade de itens básicos como o pão ovos eram muito ruins , frios as vezes crus .
O SPA era excelente . Um dos melhores massagens q já fizemos .

Hotel muito bom e confortável. Quarto espaço e com mini refrigerador. Banheiro muito bom. Café da manhã é mediano. Poderia ter mais opções para veganos, inclusive leite vegetal. Poderia sinalizar os pães e bolos que são veganos. Os ovos mexidos ficam mal cozidos. Mas se pedir eles fazem individual bem sequinho. No geral é um excelente hotel.

Localização excelente e muito próximo ao centro (com lojas e restaurantes próximos), além de excelente acomodações (ganhamos um upgrade sensacional!) e funcionários extremamente prestativos.

Quiero destacar que Lucio Molina nos recibió desde el primer momento en que llegamos con una gran disposición y amabilidad, preocupado de cada detalle, y regalos en la habitación. Fuimos atendidos por él, Javiera y otros, además de quienes trabajaban en el restaurant con gran cariño, lo que nos permitió experimentar una estadía espectacular. El hotel nos encantó, inigualable ubicación y las piezas con un excelente diseño y amplitud. Lo hemos recomendado a nuestros amigos por la increíble estadía que tuvimos las 7 noches.

Não vale o preço que cobra

O Hotel é razoável, mas pelo valor da diária não vale a pena. O atendimento é ok, não fazem muita questão de te ajudar, perguntar se precisa de algo e etc. Quando solicitamos que vissem a tv do quarto que não funcionava e outros pontos, demoraram 3 dias para tanto (tivemos que reclamar algumas vezes). Os quartos são escuros, o que dificulta a organização da mala em geral, ainda mais pensando no deserto (temos sempre que usar camadas e era realmente dificil enxergar as roupas pretas). Não há ar condicionado nas acomodações, e não se engane, durante a noite passamos muito calor (mesmo com as temperaturas mais baixas do lado de fora). O café da manha é sempre o mesmo, não há muitas opções. A comida do restaurante não é boa (recomendo comer na cidade) e a cama dos quartos era terrível, barulhenta e desconfortável. Único ponto positivo é a limpeza, sempre impecável (assim como a simpatia das camareiras). No geral, não recomendaria o hotel para ninguém. Foram 8 estadias que não valeram a pena, se eu pudesse, teria mudado de hotel.
