The room was perfectly clean with lovely white towels. Also towels provided for jacuzzi and pool.

The staff were amazing and attentive.
The shuttle to and from town was invaluable.

Stayed there 5 nights. If you are not Spanish speaking , you are out of luck. Everything is in Spanish even the breakfast menu. Reception does not speak English and not even trying too. I sent requests in English with WhatsApp, the reply was always in Spanish.
The place is far from town center, 25-30 minutes walk. There are shuttles every two hours.
I booked a room with two beds but only one bed was ready. When I requested, I was told that need to wait till next day. I had to requested next day to get the 2nd bed set up.
The booking site says that guests will get one bottle of wine per stay. I did not see the wine when checked in. When I asked about it after two days, Inwas told to go to reception if I need it. I got it when I checked out.
They do prepare breakfast individually when ordered.

The hotel was difficult to find, even in the day time. The staff was nice. Our room (Puri 2) was good size with a big bathroom. Although the shower drain was congesi so water accumulated during the shower. The breakfast was decent and freshly prepared. The breakfast room was nice.

I was here very briefly and wasn’t able to take full advantage of my stay as I got in late and had to leave very early. The property is amazing, like an oasis in this dry climate. The host was very kind and accommodating to my schedule and she even made some sandwiches I could take with me the next day. The room was beautiful and spacious. I wish to thank the host for her kind attention and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in SP de A!

Our stay is very cosy and comfortable. The room is very clean and quite. Its location is friendly for rental cars, so we don’t need to find parking in the crowded streets. The host also provides transport services to town center. Very convenient!

Absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The family run hotel is so cute and they will go above and beyond consistently to make sure you are comfortable. The location is pretty and traditional so it feels like a little village. They have convenient and safe parking for rented cars along with a hot tub and pool. The rooms are comfortable.

An oasis in the desert

It was a fun adventure to stay in the Sami Atacama Lodge. The breakfast is top quality and the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking is rather tight and limited. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. The bathroom is also spacious but the shower is a tight tube that makes showering very uncomfortable. Also it took a while to get hot water. Over all a good experience.

The place has the necessary for staying in the area, swiming pool, jacuzzi, common areas and staff treats you excelent!
The only thing is a bit far from the town to go walking, however they have shuttle services at certain hours, just ask for it, there are no extra charges.

There i a a great difference between what is shown on photos via the website and what we've discovered; the place need really to be maintained in several places.
hopefully we had a discount when we've booked, if not we would have been really disappointed.
a window of our room was repaired with scotsch tape, the door of the closet was broken, and the furniture are not the ones on photos, the door of the room could not be fully opened because of the wraped floor.the bathroom was nice.the jacuzzi should be cleaned, the wood is green because of the water.The staff was very kind and helpfull and the breakfast is very good. tea and coffee are available 24h/day. Not a lot could be done to the make the place nice to stay. the place is quiet.

We had trouble finding this property but once there it was a great experience (a sign at the end of the road to it would have been helpful). Own transport was really required for this property as it was quite a walk into town. Covered parking was provided and there was good security with a locked compound . This appeared to be a family run business, the family were really helpful, lovely people who offered a service beyond what we expected providing drinking water and hot drinks included in the price whenever you wanted. They cooked for us when we requested. Language was sometimes a difficulty but we managed and it was great fun staying here.

My husband & I stayed here for our first 3 nights in Chile. It was perfect & we cannot thank them enough for the hospitality. The owners were welcoming, caring, & knowledgeable. They were very accommodating for our early mornings & check out - even ensuring food was set out for us by 5am despite a typical 8am breakfast. We would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. The lodge is not at the heart of San Pedro and requires a 5-10 minute drive - but my husband & I preferred the quiet, homey atmosphere to a lively hostel downtown.

The staff where lovely but only speak Spanish the place is a 20 min walk from town at the very least makes it hard to come back to at night. They are doing a lot of upgrades to the property expecialy the entry and surrounds. There is no room heating but great blankets.

Great area once you find it

We had rented a car and arrived after dawn. Great difficulty finding the hostel. Not marked at all and their phone dosent work. However, when you find it (yes, it's the fully wooden gated property) the owners are so very kind. I had my own oatmeal for breakfast but used their bread to make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for our lunches. I had my own peanut butter jar.

Nice place. The owner speaks very good English, and was very helpful with recommendations and was very knowledgeable about everything in San Pedro. She was also very hospitable. I learned they are expanding, and when they do, I’m certain it will be even better. While it’s a tad far from the center city, it’s not dreadfully far. If I ever return to San Pedro, this is the first place I’d consider.

I tried to make a comprehensive and detailed review of our nightmare at the Atacama Adventure Wellness Ecolodge, but Travelocity only allows 1500 characters which is not enough to properly inform you of what you would be getting yourself into by booking this property which we not not advise. So the short version:

1. Booked over 3 months in advance, called to confirm reservations were in order a week before departure. Arrived, wrong rooms, no chance of moving people had to share beds that do not share beds....staff response, shrugs a smiles no apologies.

2. The wooden path, only path, from the gate to the lobby has a wooden plank missing which I stepped in and almost broke my leg, it gets very dark in the desert at night. Its a $2 board...staff response, nothing...espiecially not an apology. As if I didnt even exist.

3. Dogs on the property, 1 attacked and bit 1 of our guests who had to go the hospital and another occasion attempted to attack me which I was lucky and kicked it in the face as it was trying to bite me. Everyone was scared of the dogs but staff would not put them away, they have complete free roam of entire property. Staff response,\"they dont bite,\"shrugs and smiles, no apologies.

4. No hot water for 5 days. (Temperatures were -5 to -10 C at night and morning in the desert.)

5. No heat in the room. (Temperatures were -5 to -10 C every night and in the room.)

6. Dogs barked all night.

7. Out of eggs every morning. No matter what time we went to breakfast.

Run, don't walk away from this place.

HORRIBLE STAY!! We booked the room for 3 nights. It gets down to the low 40s F at night, so it's COLD. The first night we asked about the heat and the clerk told us that it automatically turns on at a certain temperature. Our room had a fireplace so she said someone would be there at 9 pm to start a fire for us. At 9:30 we asked her about the fire again and she said \"No.\" The heat never came on that night so when we woke up in the morning it was freezing. The floor of the bathroom is tile and it hurt to walk on with bare feet because it was so cold. The second night we asked again about the heat and she just said \"no\". We pushed further and she explained that the heat is broken and won't work, but not offering any alternative, we were supposed to just accept it. We pushed back and she finally agreed to light the fireplace, which they did, but only had enough wood for an hour of fire, so the room was freezing again the next morning. We decided then that we were booking a hotel elsewhere for the third night and leaving, we couldn't take it anymore. The first night we also sent out laundry at 8 pm, and they said it would be ready in 24 hours. At 8pm the laundry was washed, but it was still wet, so they told us we could have it the next day. I threw a fit and demanded the laundry so we could leave, and we had to dry and iron it ourselves. I contacted hotels.com about the heat issue and they called the hotel, who lied about everything and denied that we had no heat.

The space is nice.The Hot tab (Jacuzzi) was cold. I asked them 3 times to heat it up, they said ok, but they didn't. My room was very cold at morning (about 8-10 degrees celsius). I asked them 3 times to turn the heater on. Again, they said ok, but nothing was done. Therefore,I would not come back.

Know before you go...

-Clean

Cons:
-Distant from everything. The hotel is over a mile from downtown, taxis a very scarse and during night there are no lights in the streets, it gets very dark to walk around.
-Very rustic, for example parts of the walls and floor of our room were unfinished (not painted) you could see the pressboard.
-Hot water off & on during shower.
-There's no restaurant on-site, nothing close to buy snacks or food. We heard there's a person who can prepare you an expensive lunch or dinner but when we were there she took time off, so we had no access to any food near by.
-\"Heated\" pool and \"hot\" tub are lukewarm/cold-ish.
-There is not air conditioning and the heat doesn't work.

If you are ok with all of the above, you'll be fine. If you are kind of picky, you won't.

In general our stay wasn't horrible but we won't stay there again.

A long walk out of town

On the positive, the views and the stars are exceptional as it is outside the town. The intention of the hotel is good but you definitely need a car as it is a good 20 minute walk from the centre with no lighting and a number of dogs on route. Take torches. The staff tried to be helpful and saw that we were disappointed with our room conditions and the noise of the dogs and adjacent car park, but could not change the room as the hotel was full. Unfortunately the rooms outside the main building had paper-thin walls and the dogs barked on and off all night - so it was not easy to sleep. I think that the prior reviews had been very “kind” but maybe they had one of the few rooms in the main building.

The hotel isn't so well looked after which is a pity. The bed was nice but the room wasn't in great shape either.
What really annoyed us was being charged for minor things (1 bowl of cereal) when the hotel failed to give us a breakfast box twice as requested given our early tours.

nice and quiet property outside the village center

Nice hotel, much above the level of what you usually find in that price range in San Pedro. Nice breakfast. The outdoor hot tub was amazing. The wooden pads on the trails inside the garden are broken in some places - so keep an eye when walking. Also, there were lots of mosquito, make sure to ask staff for an electric device to kill them. We had a car so the 2km distance to the center of San Pedro was not a big deal.

Don’t even think about staying here!

The whole place is totally rundown. Dogs barking all night. No hot water in shower for the whole of our stay. We were woken up by owner knocking on our door at midnight to get us to move our car to let him out when he could have asked much earlier and it’s because they have limited space.
Tiny swimming pool empty, so called fire pit full of cigarette butts. Whole construction made of bits of plywood and random other bits of wood.
Breakfast dreadful, nothing cooked, kitchen always closed.
Place is really hard to find but look for the car dump and it’s just behind it!
Can’t waste any more time writing about this place other than to say DON’T STAY HERE!

Cheap hotel in a location far away from town.

I arrived at the hotel with kind of high expectations given the Wellness & Ecolodge words in the name. I was disappointed although I now know why the room was cheaper than average.

The first disappointment came when I realized how badly located this hotel is. San Pedro de Atacama is a small town full of life. Walking its streets is always entertaining and given the logistics of the place you almost must move by foot. There is barely any public transportation and the few taxies don't work 24/7. Fortunately, I rented a car. The hotel provides free transportation to and from town, but only leaving at 8:00 PM and returning at 10:00 PM. If you decide to enjoy nightlife and return later than that you need to walk two kilometers away from town in dark mostly unpaved streets, past a rural area and a vehicle junkyard, and then turn into a dark rural alley where the hotel is located. Whenever I return to San Pedro I will look for a hotel close by the town's center.

Then the second disappointment was the additional services of the hotel itself. I expected some wellness thrown into my stay and to look into the night sky with the small telescope shown in the pictures. Turns out I saw the telescope dirty, broken into several pieces and it looked like it has been that way for quite some time. We ended up using only the room like in any other hotel.

Friendly, helpful and peaceful

If you speak some Spanish, this hotel is perfect. It's located a mile from village, and is utterly serene, with a nice big garden where you can sit over a drink or two, with a great view of Licancabur. It also has its own laid-back dining room, where kids are welcome. The hotel can arrange your excursions to the various tourist attractions. My room was small but clean and adequate, and in any case you probably won't be spending much time in your room.

If you don't speak Spanish, you'll have some difficulty, because the staff don't speak any English at all. (There was, I think, one exception, and she wasn't around much.) But the staff are so friendly and eager to help that the language problem can be overcome with a little creativity (gestures and Google Translate!). When my transfer back to Calama was late showing up, the receptionist made phone call after phone call on her own initiative until it was sorted out. It's a terrific place to relax for a few days. The night sky is incredible. Carry a flashlight if you plan to walk back from the village after sundown.

Cold room in hidden hotel

The room was large and very clean , the beds are very comfortable indeed, however at night outside temperatures drop to zero and the room is very poorly insulated. There is heating in the room but it was not turned on, even after I asked for it a few times. There are a couple of dogs that lives in the hotel grounds and they bark a lot at night. There is no TV in the room either.
The place is very difficult to find, and iPhone maps and sat nav devices won't find the location.
Overall I don't recommend due to badly slept nights because of the cold in the room and the outside noise, and how inconvenient the location is. However do note that there aren't much choice of where to stay in this remote village, and the local infrastructure is very poor, so in comparison this place might not be that bad after all.

Amazing time. Beautiful hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. A perfect getaway spot to relax. The hotel offers 30 minutes of free sauna, a jacuzzi, pool, and 4 hours to use their bikes. It´s about a 20 minute walk from the center of San Pedro, but the hotel has several free transportations during the day. The receptionist was really kind, she would call a cab when we needed to go out at a different time. About US$5 per ride. Another cool thing is that most of the full day tours in Atacama start really early, so you loose your breakfast. Not in this hotel. If you ask the night before, they pack you a lunchbox to take with you to the tour. The rooms aren´t huge, but they are comfortable and clean. There´s also a fireplace that the staff will gladly turn on if you request it, it´s beautiful to spend the night out. I´ve stayed before at the center of San Pedro (just because of the location), but I definitely prefer being a little further on a nicer hotel.

The hotel is great for the price. Food on site was convenient and delicious - the included breakfast was perfect and they have cake, coffee, tea all day. Although the hotel is a long walk to town, a complimentary transfer and bikes were included. So easy! The staff was also ready to assistant with information or requests. Room was nice with a wonderful bathroom. Lots of areas to sit and read or relax. Only complaint was that the hot tub didn't really get hot and the road in was kinda trashy (but this is typical). Overall, wish we would have stayed here the entire time (we tried a hostel and AirBnB as well). Definitely recommend for San Pedro!

Lovely, relaxing place

Amazing place! Beautiful grounds, great view of the volcano and comfortable room with the biggest bathroom I've ever seen. It's quite far out of town, which is only a problem in the heat of the day, but they laid on taxis which was great for getting in and out of town for dinner. Little English spoken, which is a common feature of Chile, but I suppose that means I should learn the local language! Really lovely place, would definitely recommend.

Overpriced for the quality

The Expedia rating of 4.1 was misleading. This is little more than a rustic motel. Not even close to owe up to its name as a wellness spa. We would uvalue this place at less than half its price. One staff member was helpful. The others were not reactive about our claims that the heat shut off at night. The bathroom was small and the shower was not adequate. The pillows were rock hard and the rest of the bedding was worn.

A good mid-priced option . . .

This is an adobe ranch style resort. There are two types of rooms here - some which appear to be original, relatively well built cabanas and with reasonable San Pedro style insulation, whereas other rooms appear to be added on with cheaper construction. Given the bright sunny days and cold nights, this can be a factor and suggest requesting one of the better built/insulated rooms. We stayed in both types. Beds were fantastic in all rooms with what appears to be newer memory foam mattresses. Blankets, comforters and towels were quite impressive, as was the supply of various toiletries. Rooms are fairly spacious and there are a lot of garden areas (this is a desert area with controlled water supply, so think desert vegetation).

The hotel was very quiet. Great wi-fi in all rooms. Good breakfast with fresh fruit, good coffee, fresh fruit juice and optional whole grain bread, as well as the usual jamon y queso, and eggs upon request. All of the staff were very welcoming, informative and accommodating. The hotel pets are also very friendly.

Seems very overpriced for what you get but it seems all of Atacama is that way as far as accomedations go. Once you turn onto the last little street the hotel is located on You have to driveby what appears to be a kind of local dump filled with all kinds of deteriorating car parts and materials. We had a car só the location worked for us but it is located out on the edge of town só it makes for an incredibly long walk in the afternoon heat or in the night after it gets dark. If you are without a car I would definately recomend renting something closer to \"downtown\". Breakfast was very basic. For the most part the staff was friendly and tried to help but the early morning and evening staff spoke minimal English. Oh, and the dogs. There seems to be almost as many stray dogs as there are residents of Atacama. You would think that being out on the edge of town would make the desert nights even more peaceful but one or the other of the neighborhood dogs barks all night long. If you are a light sleeper you definately want to bring your ear plugs.

It's ok but there's better for the money.

This place was OK. It's a little pricey for what you get and it's located just far enough south of town where it's better to drive, especially at night or in the heat of the day. It's contained in walls all around the property which doesn't give it the best feeling. Our room had an add-on bathroom to an existing house which made it feel really weird and slapped together. They gave us the wrong key to get into the compound after hours so we had to ring the bell for them to let us in. They staff was nice and they accommodated me for my wheat allergy by making eggs and getting rice cakes which was much appreciated.

Perfect oasis!

The hotel was so quiet which made it a very relaxing get away. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We booked all of our tours through the hotel and we had the same tour guide for every excursion. He went above and beyond what tour guides should do, which made the experience way more personalized. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in San Pedro.

The Atacamadventure Wellness and Ecolodge is a good spot to come if you wish to be away from the noise and traffic of San Pedro de Atacama. It is a 30 minute walk to town, about 15 minutes by bicycle which the hotel provides free of charge and in the evenings you can get free shuttle service into town and back. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. They will book tours for you if you wish. The breakfast is a adequate, including fruit, yogurt, cheese ham , cake, jam, cereal, juice, coffee and tea. Tea and coffee are available at any time in the main lodge. If you are leaving early in the morning, they will pack a box lunch for you. There is an a la carte menu available at other times of the day. The pool is quite chilly. The hot tub seemed to get more use. This is a charming resort but if you want to be where the action is, then stay in the town of San Pedro.

Great Lodge in the Hart of the Atacama

A little out of the main town which made it a more Relaxing place for me personally. Great views of the volcanoes, excellent in house meals, superb staff, free use of bikes, and cheaper alcohol than anywhere in town. Although the happening scene is in town, if you want a place to ease your soul and mind, specially if you're with a partner, I couldn't rate this place higher.

Enjoy San Pedro De Atacama

I have been In San Pedro de Atacama for 2 days and three nights: Atacama Aventure & Wellness is not in the City \"Center\" but a bit far.If you want and still have some free time after the numerous tours the local agencies are offering you, you can reach the Ciudad in 4 mintues taxi ( 3000 pesos). The fact that this hotel is not centrally located was better to me , because after the escursions I have done ( three in two days!) a place so peaceful and quiet is what I needed. Easy persons, family atmosphere.I was fine. Carlo

Great place. Very friendly staff. Only drawback is that the hotel is 20-minute walk from the main square, but they do offer free rides between 7 and 11pm, as well as they lend bikes. I had some issues with the hot water early in the morning but the staff readily helped to solve this. Highly recommended cozy and friendly hotel!!!

An oasis in the Atacama desert

I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and would highly recommend it. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable (although a bit cold despite the outdoor heat) and there is a lot of outdoor space to relax in. The only down side is that it's located about a 20 minute walk from the centre of San Pedro. The walk is manageable during the day but not ideal at night. That said, the hotel offers a great free transfer service at certain times of the day.

Awesome Atacama!

Atacamadventure is a great place to relax and unwind. The rooms are a good size and very clean. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The food is simply AMAZING. There's a nice continental breakfast. Lunch and dinner are prepared at your request, however the menu is already set. Think salamon, beef bourgignon, asparagus soup, vegetable rice, etc... It was like being at your grandmother's house. :-)

There's free Internet in the common areas. When we were there they were also installing it for the guest rooms as well. Nice places to relax outside. However be aware of the ants and mosquitos. Unfortunately I got bit a few times.

Finally be prepared to be dazzled by the night sky. Magnificent views all around!

San Pedro hideaway

A very friendly, laid back place with really helpful staff and good management.
The centre of San Pedro can become rather congested with tourists. The Atacama lodge is on the outskirts. It's a devil to find - we got a taxi driver to drive ahead of us to show us the way and even he was lost for a time! The surroundings look a little unprepossessing, too. But once inside the grounds you are in a real oasis.

We booked a superior room. Almost certainly worth the small premium if staying for more than one or two days.

We enjoyed both the breakfasts and the dinners (simple but pleasing).

Walking into town takes a dusty 20-25 mins. Otherwise cycle or self drive.

Overall a very good place to relax and visit the Atacama desert and the surrounding areas. Only inconvenience is the distance to village centre, but not a major problem as it is in walkable distance and once you stay, you can rent a bicycle to get into centre.

Our stay was very nice. The dinner and breakfast (they do lunch too which we didn't have) were excellent. It's a 25 min. walk to town and you can use their bicycles if you want. If you want fast wifi or internet use, don't expect much. Another reason I have reservations on a harty endorsement is that the electricity went off everyday we were there. The owner helped us get some great tours with Fabian, who loves his job. The price we found weren't any different than the bus tours and we got the experience we had hoped for and better. Life in the desert isn't perfect and if it were I'd give this a five. Enjoyed our stay there and would do it again.

O hotel tem boa estrutura e o staff é gentil. Mas duas coisas foram ruins: o café da manhã, apesar de ter bastante opções para escolher, é a la carte, o que as vezes faz você continuar com fome. A localização também não é boa, pois é muuuuuito longe do centro e caminhar por 30/40min sempre que for subir ou descer para a caracoles realmente é um limitador. O transfer que o hotel oferece ajuda bastante, mas ele só está disponível em alguns horários e isso dificulta um pouco a locomoção.

Um pouco longe da rua Caracoles, mas havia o transporte fornecido por eles a cada 2 horas.

El lugar tiene potencial, pero prevalece la ley del mínimo esfuerzo.

El desayuno es muy limitado y las porciones son pequeñas. Se eligen cuatro opciones de una lista y dos bebidas, una caliente y otra fría.

Por ejemplo, el zumo de naranja era medio vaso pequeño (debería ser de unos 150 ml). Se pide pan, mantequilla, jamón y queso, y solo te dan una loncha de cada uno. Me pareció muy poco.

Solo sirven el desayuno a una hora programada el dia anterior, a partir de las 8 de la mañana.

Las excursiones suelen salir antes, así que la mayoría de las veces te vas sin desayunar.

La ducha es muy difícil de regular. Se pierden al menos 10 minutos, si es que se consigue ajustar la temperatura.

Es necesario lleva linternas para moverse por el lugar, ya que hay poca iluminación en los caminos que llevan a las habitaciones.

Adoramos o sami, ficamos em San Pedro por 5 dias e fomos bem atendidos. O quarto era grande e limpo, cama confortável, segurava a temperatura e a noite não passamos frio. O café da manhã muito bom e bem servido. O hotel fica um pouco distante do centro, porém se vice precisar eles lhe levam e lhe buscam no centro. Tem hora mais eles são muito pontuais. Quando você não consegue tomar café da manhã eles disponibilizam um sanduíche em qualquer horário do dia com suco e é bem grande.

Um hotel muito acolhedor, e tranquilo. O café da manhã é a la carte, você escolhe o que quer dentre as opções, e é uma delicia. A água para o banho esquenta bem. Ele não fica perto do centro que é a Caracolles, mas disponibilizam carona para lá sem cobrar. Tem água gratuita nos quartos para beber. Eles também emprestam toalha para os passeios que precisa. Só senti falta de um aquecedor no quarto, pois para levantar da cama no inverno é bem difícil rs, mas não passamos frio para dormir, as cobertas eram mais que suficientes, e eles dão mais caso precise. Os funcionários são muito gentis e prestativos, e os cachorros que ficam pelo jardim são uns fofos, e brincalhões. Recomendo!!

Achei as pessoas bem solícitas. O hotel fica a uns 20min andando para a rua Caracoles mas há um serviço do hotel que leva a gente pro centro e busca em alguns horários também, então valeu muito a pena. A água do chuveiro é bem quentinha, cama confortável e com bastante cobertor que não deixa passar frio. Pra mim a única coisa ruim do quarto foi não ter aquecedor. O café da manhã é muito gostoso também. E não posso deixar de mencionar os cachorros do hotel que são lindos. No final valeu muito e a limpeza é incrível também.

Infraestrutura capenga

A experiência foi aquém do esperado. Na descrição do quarto pelo aplicativo Hotels, havia frigobar e blackout, o que ao chegar lá não se concretizou.
A temperatura da agua do banheiro (chuveiro, banheira e pia) oscilava o tempo todo, e estava um frio de lascar.
O café da manhã atrasava em relação ao horário que marcávamos, além de ser oferecido em pouquíssima quantidade, ficávamos com fome e tínhamos de complementar com outros lanches.
Para sairmos ou entrarmos na pousada, tínhamos de descer do carro e abrir o portão, que era velho, pesado e emperrava. Algumas vezes nos deparamos com o portão trancado com o cadeado, na hora de sair para um passeio agendado com agencia. Ao reclamarmos, a recepcionista da pousada se isentou de responsabilidade alegando que algum outro hospede deveria ter trancado e que ela não tinha como controlar o comportamento dos hospedes.
Deveriam investir em um portão eletrônico e no treinamento das atendentes da pousada, para serem mais cordiais com os clientes.
Não nos importamos com a simplicidade da pousada, mas sim com o descuido e desconforto, além da evidente falta de investimento na infraestrutura. A área de lazer está evidentemente “largada”, cheia de entulhos, a jardinagem descuidado, não ha planejamento arquitetônico. Nota-se que as suítes foram “remendadas”, a parede do nosso quarto “suava” (ficava úmida).
Afora esses pontos, o quarto, roupas de cama são limpos, e a cama é confortável.

A estadia foi bem agradável. Tamanho bom de quarto e banheiro. Pedimos uma cama extra e nos atenderam prontamente. Fica distante do centro mas há serviço de transfer gratuito com regularidade. Disponibilizam água no quarto através de bombona de água de 20 litros. Ótimo atendimento. Nos passeios em que a saída é mais cedo do que o horário do café da manhã eles disponibilizam um kit lanche pra levar. Voltaria.

Noisy and out of town!

If you are sensitive to noise, do not come here! Dogs will keep you up all night! Read an earlier comment about it and thought - how bad can it be? It was terrible - we are talking many dogs in a constant verbal fight with the neighbor dogs. I had to use my earplugs, which wouldn’t be a problem, except I missed a tour, because I slept through it, which is a testiment to the quality of the earplugs.
Also, it is way out of town; nothing happens there. The condition of the lodge is very poor, everything seems to be under renovation. Service is not very good either, breakfast was fine, without being it more than that.

Petit paradis dans la nature !

Je recommande sans aucune hésitation! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’endroit est un vrai paradis: la nature, le calme, tout est propre et soigné. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du jacuzzi, le petit déjeuner est fait maison et les attentions et détails sont vraiment parfaits. Les gérants sont attentionnés. Bref mon seul regret était de ne pas rester plus longtemps !

Adorável local confortável e familiar no atacama

Quartos muito limpos, aconchegantes, espaçosos. Banheiro espaçoso e bom! Hotel familiar, chá, café bolo e bolachinhas a disposição dos hóspedes sempre na área comum. Cama confortável. Ofuro e piscina bons para os dias de calor no verão. Café da manhã bom e preparado na hora, se precisa sair para passeio mais cedo oferecem um box para viagem, ficando bem pratico.

Longe do centro, portão para entrar com o carro pouco prático, precisa entrar por uma porta e abrir por dentro, seria muito bom se fosse mais pratico. A propriedade oferece transporte gratuito até o centro combinando-se previamente.

Chuveiro é bom, mas tem um timer que fica gelado após um tempo, não conseguíamos acabar o banho antes do timer, então tinha que aguardar um tempo para a agua esquentar novamente, como fomos no verão não foi um grande problema.

Banheiro tinha secador de cabelos e toalhas bem limpas trocadas diariamente se solicitado.

Sentimos falta de ventilador no quarto. Nosso quarto não tinha freegobar, mas tinha um freegobar na área comunitária que podíamos usar.

Pátio atras com linda vista para o vulcão , onde você pode relaxar. Linda vista do céu e das estrelas, diria até que tão bonita quanto a vista do tour astronômico que realizamos fora.

Proprietária solicita , nos emprestou mapas, deu muitas dicas do local, gostamos muito da viagem e voltaríamos a ficar no local, um bom custo benefício!

Sem dúvidas o melhor hotel que já nos hospedamos no mundo. Atendimento impecável, limpeza excelente, piscina deliciosa e um ambiente inacreditavelmente mágico! O Samí oferece um serviço de hotel com o carinho de um lar. Utilizamos também o serviço de transfer e foi incrível! Assim como o transfer diário para o centro de San Pedro que funciona maravilhosamente bem. Nos hospedar no Samí sem dúvida foi uma experiência que vamos levar para o resto da vida! Todos foram muito carinhosos comigo e com minha irmã, tornando tudo ainda mais especial! A família responsável pelo hotel é muito querida, e os cachorros e gatinho que vivem lá transbordam alegria e carinho com os hóspedes. Além de ter disponível bolo caseiro, biscoitinhos e água quente para chá e café em um ambiente super aconchegante. Garanto que não há lugar melhor para se hospedar em San Pedro. Estamos ansiosas para retornar ao Atacama e ao Samí. As fotos estão sem filtro algum, para vocês terem a dimensão da beleza desse lugar.
