My room was below average for me. Not what I was expecting. The photos on the website are deceiving. Bathroom was ok, room was cold, door locks were horrible with a huge ass key that was heavy to carry vs. a key card. Close to the metro that was a plus. Overall I would rate this a 4.5/10.

I had a wonderful stay at Acca Hotel! The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel is also conveniently located near the station and not far from the city center. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a great location

The staff is excellent at the reception desk, especially Paul. They address your needs as best as they could. Checking in and checking out was a pleasure. Breakfast was great. Overall, all good, but it seems there was no maintenance person to address any room needs. For example, our room was too hot, so we needed the heat turned down which was beyond our control. As a result, it was like a motel inside a hotel.

Walk to the hotel from railway station is around 5-8 minutes walk. We arrived at night for overnight. We felt not safe area around the hotel. Nearby pizza take away.
The room was good and the receptionist was a good attitude and helpful. It’s good to stay if you visit Milan central as it’s a good price

The hotel is far away from the City Center. The hotel is in a residential area. Luckily the Metro station is only a 5 min. walk away. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant.

When we arrived around 15:00 which is 1 hour after the check in time, the room is not ready, we have to leave the luggage at the hotel and carried on without having rested in the room. Staff haven’t provided any solution or compensation. We checked in around 21:00, my bathroom is not clean, a dirty towel has been left on the bathroom counter, hair and water residues everywhere, no toilet paper. When requested toilet paper, the staff entered with their key when I was stuck in the bathroom my husband waiting by the front desk waiting for the toilet paper to be brought to him ( the staff told him to wait) . Bed sheets has obviously stain, even it looks like freshly washed. Not recommend at all, please avoid.

The hotel is 2 blocks from the metro station that takes you to the Duomo and Milano Centrale. The rooms are big and comfortable. There is a small gym and breakfast is available. The building is new and well kept, the staff is very nice and speak English.

Very quiet as set back one street from main road - surrounded by lots of amenities, superb huge supermarket just 5 mins walk away which is right next to metro station which gets you into the centre quickly.

I think we were a bit surprised by the size of the room. We booked for 4 adults - generally this has meant if not a suite then at least 4 real beds and enough space. In this case we were quite cramped and 2 of the beds were just cots. The AC in the room was difficult to adjust and meant that we were either very warm or freezing cold - the thermostat was not easy to dial in. There was also a lack of decent in room coffee, only instant was available.

That said - the shower was excellent as were the provided toiletries, and the staff was lovely. In the bathroom almost everything was provided and thoughtfully appointed. So a mixed review.

Tbh, it is one of the cleanest hotels, I have a state at. The staff are polite and helpful and I found the area to be very close to the Metro thus making it easier to get on the metro to go around the city. There are few restaurants dotted about as well as a decent supermarket not far from the hotel.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms are spacious with balcony . It was quite relaxing to be in the hotel after a hectic day . Away from chaos of city but very well connected to it. The website states that each room has tea and coffee facilities, which as far as I am aware means that there should be tea, coffee, milk and sugar in the room as well as cups. This was not the case with this hotel, we had to ask for these on a daily basis. The staff would then bring them to the room without any problem but as far as I understand it they should have automatically been left in the room without our having to ask. We were also initially put in a standard room instead of the superior room we had booked. We did not find this out until we queried the tea and coffee facilities. These were only small things but were an irritation during our stay.

Cleaners threw away some of my personal belongings which they should have never touched.
Hotel receptionist made me pay the tax when checked out when i was not told during the check in. What if I had no money left after checking out?

no heat until October. 15, and it was 57 degrees F outside in early September, so rather chilly. the shower went from freezing to scalding every 4 seconds, but I figured out to not pull the handle it all the way and it was fine. the airlines has lost all my luggage. they had tooth brush/paste and were very helpful. they offered an umbrella, laundered my clothes every day, and even had my new trousers hemmed by the tailor. super nice staff. must spoke at least some English.

Stayed here with family to tour Milan. It's outside Milan but easy to get to Milan center and you can leave your vehicle in their garage if you have one while you tour Milan. A lot cheaper to stay here than in central Milan and for a very nice property/room.

Overall the hotel is very nice, large bedroom, fee WiFi, good breakfas and clean. It was a bit far from the city centre but can get there easily using the metro.
The price was reasonable compared to other 4 star hotels.
The hotel mentions that there is a shuttle bus to the airport. It was not obvious from the websites that this is a paid service. Will need 100 euro to take you to malpensa airport.

Only downside no kettle for coffee or tea, but staff helped overcome this with use of their kettle. Far from centre but had no problems because metro only five min walk which takes you anywhere at 1.50 euros each person, and metro is available all the time. Would definitely stay again.

I love this Hotel. it is not downtown but only 7 minutes by Metro from Milano Centrale (main hub for trains and airport transportation) and 12 minutes to Duomo (City center)
The hotel is for the traveling tourist. If you are looking for a 5 stars Hotel, this is not it.

I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again anytime. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has many choices and very close to subways for easy access to the city.
They are missing a couple things like a pool and exercise equipment. Overall safe and friendly.

This is not a hotel ,but rather like an apartment . The bathroom is small , the daily necessities are not packed into bottles or other packaging that reflect like a hotel does . There is smell coming from from the toilet , the bed is not soft and it gives a feeling that this is a low budget backpackers accommodation.

The building looks old and the whole neighbourhood is all about residential area .

The hotel was very nice and looked great. Seemed to be a newer place. The location isn't terrible, farther from the city of Milan which I was aware of but wish I would have stayed closer. It was near a metro stop just a few blocks away. The nice thing is there is a pharmacy and supermarket very close by. The food options to dine out at near by are not the best. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is really great though. They had an incredible selection of hot and cold items. I loved that. The room we had was nice in size even for a triple room. The beds were too hard for my taste as well as the others I stayed with. Bathroom was nice, be careful with the shower as you may spray water everywhere if the door isn't closed. They have jets for a \"hydro\" massage type effect and if not in the right setting will spray everywhere. The staff was pretty nice and helpful so no complaints there.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable overnight stay at the Acca Palace and left wishing we could've stayed for a few more.

The building is quite unique- past the reception area, the hallways leading to the lifts and rooms are all open air. We found our room to be spacious, comfortable, clean and functional, ticking all the right boxes for a hotel. Although not used this time, I'm sure we would've also appreciated the in-room microwave and little private balcony had we stayed for longer.

The lavish breakfast in the morning was certainly the highlight; the variety and quality was simply fantastic, causing us to have far too many cakes and other treats than was healthy.

During our stay, we found all the staff members to be friendly and helpful.

Whilst not centrally located, the hotel is only a 8-9 minute walk from the Affori Centro metro station, where trains will take you to Centrale and Duomo with no further transfers required.

Overall, this hotel is fantastic value for money!

I'd like to say I have nothing but good things about this hotel. And for the most part, that's true except for a few missteps.

Firstly, the hotel is in a not-so-great part of town and finding it was kind of a pain. It's a short subway ride away from the city center and it's also a short walk to the subway station so that's not too bad at all. The rooms themselves weren't much to look at. Although we had a heater, it still felt cold and sterile since the floors are tiled. The rooms were clean and large though.

I'd say skip dinner in their small restaurant since the food is microwaved. Breakfast was much better and you can't beat the price... Free.

Overall, I'd say this is hotel you'd stay at if you were there for business. Otherwise, I don't think I'd book again unless we were on a tight budget. Not bad for the price.

When we reached the hotel, we found that the room was not available, they shifted to third class hotel, we have booking for two rooms and they have shifted to another hotel there was only one room for four people where Ac was not working and one our members feel uneasy that night and shifted to hospital..i recommended everyone not to book this hotel..

We found this hotel lacking in character and personality and next to a construction site. But first the good stuff. Cleaners were magnifient. Staff were great and so was the breakfast. Location was near an underground station so the centre of town was not too far. Decent shops for essentials and a dog poo street were nearby. Bovisa (Malpensa express) was not far (20 mins walk) but I do not recommend the walk unless you are a fan of mad max industrial wastelands.
Hotel lacked personality. Doors cannot lock on inside. A real lack of the personal touch in rooms. TV channels promised but not delivered. The sound of angle grinding at 7.30am (construction site next door) was not the best experience either but the hotel can't control this. Really felt the overbearing concrete. I suggest some nice touches such as pictures and plants in rooms and corridors. WIll be interesting to see how this hotel ages.

Although situated a little out of Milan, the hotel is located within a short walk to the train station. The general area is a mix or residential and office, with parking hard to find during the day. Would recommend the 10 euro underground service the hotel provide. We paid for upgraded room and were put in room 601. There is currently a building being built next to the hotel, which may affect the noise level in some rooms. We had no issues. Overall pleasant stay

We booked 3 nights via Expedia. When we arrived late in the evening - they did not have our reservation and were full. They checked on Expedia and found our prepaid reservation. They paid our round trip cab ride to another hotel and contined to be helpful during our stay, letting us into our room at 10 am. So ended up well.

OK for a Business Trip to NW Milan

Difficult to find and hidden off the main road in a oneway system. Booking in staff were nice enough and gave me free underground parking as i was staying 3 nights (normally 10 euros a night). However they did then try to charge me for this when I got the bill until things were explained! Rather odd hotel design as all corridors areas are outside! eg you leave the warmth of reception to wait in the cold and wind outside for the lift to go upstairs...strange! The internet in the room was not explained properly so I had terrible connection until I complained when it was properly explained the second time. Food in the restaurant was of indifferent quality, not served hot enough and overpriced. However this area of Milan seems a culinary desert and not much to find on the streets outside either.Room itself was spacious and warm and OK enough for a business trip. It is 5 mins walk from the metro stop to central Milan which was handy though. I do just feel I can probably find better next time.

İt is a nice hotel but not recommended in cold weather. Lobby, Restaurant and Rooms are not all inside a building. You will need to wear your coat to go from your room to lobby or restaurant. Also, if you're not in your room all day, rooms are getting very cold.

Rooms are big in the hotels, breakfast is poor. Dinner is all about 4-5 different meal options in the menu.

Also, hotel is located in a very strange neighbourhood.

The hotel is a bit out of the central area and I was told by some locals that the area is iffy. I did walk south for some distance down the main street during the day and I would be hesitant to return at night. The subway isn't far. There is construction next door and during the day it can get noisy, but the nights were quiet. A shower fixture was broken and the liquid hand soap was empty so quality inspections and daily checklists are lacking. I did ask the front desk if there was a bar nearby to get a drink before dinner. \"There are no bars here\" was the answer. The breakfast was fine and the close subway made getting around easy.

The hotel cannot be claimed as 4 star. At best, it is 3 star.The receptionists not helpful and not even properly trained. The conrner of shower cubic is covered with black spots.But breakfast is OK.

Out of the way, but accessible

Stayed one night in Milan with husband and two teenage kids before dropping my son off at airport next morning. Acca Palace room was huge, comfortable for all of us. It is out of the way - a neighborhood of blocky looking apartments. But only 2 minutes walk to Metro and 7-8 stops to the Duomo and shopping and museums. Good value for the space and comfort. And, they had reasonably priced parking.

Just perfect!

You get MORE than what you pay for.. Location: 5 min walk to metro station,(something-centrale) anyway same line as duomo station super easy access.. I suggest you buy a journey pass, incase you want to take other trips that day, also good for some trains and trams... Parking: on the street it's free or 10€ underground.. Staff: very polite & professioal, Pablo and the fellow with red hair (sorry) are awesome.. Breakfast, hot and cold and other good stuff... Room and bath are like new large and complete, also very clean..you will not be disappointed.

Good place to stay

I spent 4 nights here, and it was excellent - friendly, welcoming staff, HUGE and very comfortable room, and a superb breakfast selection. The hotel is brand new and everything looks great. It is some way out of the centre, which was not a problem for me, as the Milan transport system is excellent and cheap. The nearest metro is Affori Centro, about 2 or 3 minutes' walk from the hotel. It's on the yellow line which includes Stazione Centrale and Duomo on its route.
Not a huge number of shops or restaurants in the area that I could find, but I enjoyed visiting the nearby supermarket which is very good. If you enjoy local food shopping, I recommend the deli counter!

Expected more

We selected this hotel because of the good reviews and because it is conveniently close to the Metro. What disappointed us was that the hotel is situated in a not so good neighbourhood. The front desc staff was friendly but overall the standard of staff service, amenities and breakfast is not what we normally get in a 4 star hotel. The hotel bed was so hard that we had three very uncomfortable nights there. I normally prefer a hard mattress but this was to the extreme. I will not stay here again.

Great ideas not fully realized

The Acca Palace is an indoor/outdoor hotel, with the elevators, stairs, and common areas covered but outdoors. Our room was large and attractive, and all rooms have balconies - there are only 8 rooms per floor. The Acca Palace struck me as a 4-star hotel built by someone who had a lot of money and great ideas but no actual experience with hotels. There are a lot of great ideas that are not fully thought out - things that don't work so well in the real world as they did in the architect's mind. Underground parking is nice, as is private parking stalls, but they're too small, access to the upstairs is not inuitive, and if the place was busy it would be an absolute nightmare.

The room itself was large and well appointed, but at only two years old, many features are already showing serious signs of wear and the rooms could use a DEEP clean a couple times a year to keep them fresh.
