The hotel look like a transit hotel. We had to check five rooms before we can even stay in one. Wanted my money back Expedia did not answer to give me a refund. Did not want to stay there and also they want $100 deposit a night. Homeless people hanging out in the lobby asking people to use their ID to get a room. Never had clean towels. Please take them off your hotel list it is giving EXPEDIA a very bad name and I am not sure if I want to go through you all again.

The room was absolutely disgusting!! There was blood dried on the front of the toilet from the previous guest.
There was a trinket feom someone's necklace that was in the middle of the bathroom floor. The room had not been vacuumed, nor was any of the fixtures like the light switches wiped down. The room smelled of cigarettes and the remote control for the TV was taped together so the batteries would not fall out.
This was probably the nastiest hotel i have ever stepped foot in!!!!!!!

This may have been my worst stay at any hotel. The entire facility was in terrible shape and poorly kept. Most keys our key cards stopped working and needed to get them rekeyed daily. The rooms were in poor condition and the furniture looked like it was purchased from a second-hand store. The main elevator off the lobby required you to hold the button to go to any floor and the button for the 1st/Lobby floor didn't work. It's questionable whether the sheets had been cleaned from the previous occupants. I've never given a review before, but our experience was so terrible that I had to make an exception. This location needs to be closed down, put under new ownership/management and completely renovated!! My recommendation is to NOT go here if you want a pleasant stay.

We got to the room and it had not been cleaned. The toilet had stains in it, there were no clean towels, and the soiled bed linens from the previous occupants were throen across the desk. After going to reception and being refused a refund because we \"booked through a 3rd party\" we were offered a room that was very cleary unutilized. It also had a dirty toilet and towels and used soap in the shower dish. The linens were cleaned but the thermostat was completely turned off with the room at less than 50degrees when we entered (in November). Obviously the room was never temperature controlled because the room had clear evidence of peeling paint. Never again. Dont know how it had 7/10 customer satisfaction.

I had to go to the front desk to get a \"do not disturb\" sign for the door. No grab bars near the side of the toilet. I requested and booked a handicapped room. Pictures show a living room chair with an ottoman. The desk chair was broken. Wheels didn't turn. I didn't get a comfortable chair for 24 hours.

My room was pretty gross around the edges. The carpets felt dirty and smelled like an ashtray. The bathroom had some mold and wasn't fully cleaned before my check in. Everything else was OK but it felt pretty gross. Great for a working traveler or something but i wouldn't bring my family here.

Check in was slow because the clerk didn’t have a password for the computer. The bed had hazardous bars protruding out, which I accidentally kicked a few times. They didn’t have coffee in the morning and the breakfast selection was dismal.

We came back to the hotel around 8:00 pm. We went to go into our room and the door was jammed closed.
Some how the flip lock on the side of the door was stuck closed after we closed the door when we left earlier. We went to the front desk and they told us we would have to wait until the morning when maintenance and the manager would be in. They would give us another room , but all are belongs we in the locked room. My boyfriend was able to finally Abe to jimmy the door open. I had to throw our dinner out that we just purchased.

The cigarette and marijuana smell greeted us when we entered the hotel. When we reached our floor, the smell of marijuana greeted us again. The smell greeted us the next morning as well. We stayed out of the hotel as much as possible. Inside of the room was not very clean. Around the beds and the carpet were dusty. The towels were stained looking and not very fresh looking (Poor laundry).

The marijuana smell was terrible. I complained about smell, it seemed that something was sprayed which helped, but the floors should be monitored on a timely basis instead of waiting for complaints. I had to move rooms as the first one had no working air conditioning. Second room was okay, but there were several stains on the top blanket. No working hair dryer in bathroom, one of the lights were out, fan didn’t work and the towels were dingy. Breakfast was blah at best. I went to the restaurant next door for breakfast on my second morning there.

There were two crawling things in my room. The TV had lines in it (looked like it was about to go out). The iron didn't work. The tiles on the floor and the bathtub need to be steam cleaned. I stayed here before a few years back and it was really nice. I was very disappointed this time.

The rooms don't appear to be very clean, nothing about the building did. Our room was missing shampoo, conditioner and soup. There was grime in every corner of the shower. Paint peeling in the room and there's a connecting door with a lock on the opposite side which didn't feel safe.

Upon arrival we were informed that our reservation had somehow been canceled due to full capacity at the hotel by pre arrangement. Realize that glitches do sometimes occur but we had not been given prior notification of the cancellation by Expedia or by Quality Inn. It was now up to us to find new lodging and to initiate the return of our funds for the reservation with Expedia. There was a loss of communication between Quality Inn and Expedia some how resulting in the traveler holding the bag and shouldering the inconvenience. Thankfully, Expedia did resolve the issue and returned our fund very quickly.

I can truly say with a total clear conscience that this hotel is THE WORST, THE FILTIEST AND THE SMELLIEST hotel I have ever stayed in. I only stayed for one night and couldn't wait to leave next door, refused to shower or brush my teeth with their water, used bottled water to brush my teeth. I even avoid eating their breakfast, thinking if the hotel is this disgusting, I can only imagine how the breakfast is made.
I hope you will do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel.

We spent the first night on a room with no heat assuming it would warm up over night. Management moved is to another room, but did not offer any comp. Second room, had heat, but was less clean than the first. There were smudges on the ceilings and walls, long strands of hair on the bathroom dryer, and some kind of cellophane wrapping left over on the shower. Definitely things that creeped me out. Complimentary breakfast included store-brand yogurt from Walmart. Not what I expected for a room that went for over one hundred dollars a night. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

I almost turned around when i got out of the car as i should have.People in front of the door smoking marijuana a group of young adults sitting in the lobby having A loud discussion and I had to wait for someone to come check me in. The carpet smell dirty, and the place looked outdated But I was outdone when I laid down and started getting bit multiple times by what I’m assuming or bedbugs I checked in around midnight and was out of there by 4 AM never again

Wow - where do I begin. Stay started with need for additional towels. We had three guests and two towels. Called desk and told no extra towels. Sat on beds and realized we had just sheets and a thin bed cover - no blankets! Woke up at 2 am with yelling and cussing in courtyard right below our room. Called desk with no answer then walked to desk only to find clerk arguing with guest over a missing shower curtain. Clerk told is to call police. We waited from 2:30 to 4:30 for police. They escorted the person off premises. Went back to bed with a blanket I pulled from my vehicle at 5:00. Wend down for breakfast at 8:30 only to hear another guest arguing with clerk over taking food back to her room. Please please PLEASE AVOiD this mess of a hotel. Terrible start to our summer vacation!!!

Staff was very rude and had a hard time communicating. We checked in and there were working girls getting rooms. It took so long one of the girls was finished with 2 men before we got our room. Then they gave me the wrong room and argued that i was wrong. We finally got the right room and it smelled like cigarettes and the air barely worked. One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

Quality Inns are usually a little better.

The bed/mattress was great. We slept like babies. It was not lumpy or over used.

The shower was not so great. In between the tiles was mold/rust. Not a nice place to shower.

The sink was EXTREMELY SLOW to drain.

In the room there had been no vacuuming around the base of the bed. Even fingernails were there with the dust and dirt.

The furniture had drip stains that should have been cleaned. The in-room coffee maker did not work, nor did the iron. We called about the iron and it was replaced after quite a wait.

The breakfast area was not kept stocked. I went there around 8:00.

Also, I overlooked the bathroom sign stating that hospitality would not come unless informed early. We were leaving around 1pm and informed the crew which was next door. They referred us to the front desk which said they would not do the cleanup. Very disappointing.
