The bed was very disappointing. It had a noticeable dirty, old smell that made it uncomfortable to sleep. The linens did not feel fresh, and overall the bed seemed poorly maintained. This really affected my stay, as cleanliness is a basic expectation for any hotel.

The first room they put me in, the battery for the door was dead…. I put my things in the room and left out to get food .. came back not able to get in my room…. Took a few hours , no on call maintenance…. For them to offer me another room, as I took the other room… it was the most nastiest dirty room I ever seen. The closet door was broken and just sitting there , stains on the furnatuyre and floors and walls …. Hair and sticky things all over the floor in the bathroom, gum on the remote for the tv… which didn lt even have batteries in. I booked for 2 nights and stayed barely the first night. I have to now wait for the manager to call me to get a refund . Worse experience ever. The person at the front desk said “well this is the cleanest this place has been since it took over new management “. Also said the cleaning people are nice.. I said that’s great I m glad they are good people but they should still know how to clean but don’t have open rooms if they have not been cleaned out.

Initially room was clean but no one inquired about fresh towels, emptying garbage, nothing for 2 days. At 10:58am
housekeeping made their presence known to see if we checked out. Coffee available but no cream or sugar and I was told by the front desk there wouldn't be any either, not even if I asked housekeeping. I had to go to the gas station for a cup of coffee. There were 2 small roaches in the tub, one dead one alive.

The sofa beds are broken and dirty. I asked for a room change and they said no until I insisted we needed the extra bed. They just let me check a different room and the mattress of the sofa was all orange/yellow and smelled bad. Didn’t expect hotel being in those conditions.

This Hotel needs a complete upgrade. Rooms and halls smell like smoke. Mold was growing on the shower head and shower faucet in the bathroom. Couch was extremely dirty, leather chair was ripped and was also dirty. They definitely need to upgrade their furniture. Didn’t look they vacuumed or cleaned the room properly. Saw a big bug and not sure if it’s something to be concerned about, hopefully they don’t have any infestations of any kind. The stairways were dirty, people leaving candy wrappers and doors open. Their WIFI is absolutely terrible. TV’s were very small in the room and we had to go back and forth and use one remote on each TV. Microwave door handle was completely broken off, someone left the handle inside the microwave but we took it out and made it work for the days we were there.

When I arrived, they were cleaning my room. Told me it would be 20 min and would call me. I waited around and after over an hour, I went up to the room. Two people were still cleaning it. I waited another half hour. Asked the guy at front desk, he went to check and came back 15 min later. Told me shoild be soon. Waited about half hour went up to room. They were standing outside it, just finishing up. When I get in there, it wasn't clean at all. What were they doing for over 2hrs??? There was no kitchenware. Microwave wasn't working. The closet was filled with garbage and dirty socks. The end table had white stuff all over it. The floors didn't seem vacuumed. I checked the sheets, they definitely were not clean. I travel with service dog. They have signs stating to clean up after your dog, or would give a fine. They do have a bunch of poo bags for this too but, nobody seems to pick up after their dogs! There is garbage and vapes and chicken bones and who knows what that completely litter the grounds. I didn't like walking my dog here at all. They don't secure side doors. There was a weird room down the hall that was sealed on the outside with duct tape. Staff was rude.

Rooms were dirty snowed of dog urine TVs were outdated without remote controls. Beds didn’t have no pillows on them. Bathrooms were nasty. The only good thing was the African-American front desk. Staff who made me feel better after having all these unfortunate still haven’t got a refund have been calling for three days. Save your money save your time. Save your energy. Find another hotel.

Elevator was out our entire stay and we were on the 4th floor. Bathtub had the slowest drain of any place we've ever stayed. Front desk never had new towels or sheets for us. We would have to bring ours down for them to wash and dry and then pick them back up. Front desk never had any of the items they advertise that they carry for customers convenience. The free wifi was horrible. I work remotely and had issues our entire stay with how slow the internet is. Just an all around horrible experience.

I arrived at the location after midnight and a sign indicated I needed to call for the attendant. I used the phone in the lobby and dialed zero and the phone rang until it went to a busy signal. I continued calling 4 more times before the attendant showed up.

Once the attendant did show up, I was assigned a handicap room but not with a roll in shower as I had requested. The attendant looked for a room with a roll in shower and provided me electronic keys to the room. The attendant indicated there were no towels in the room so he handed me a pile of them to take to the room.

Once I arrived at the room the keys did not work and I had to go back to the lobby to get a new set.

When I finally got into the room, I saw that there were no hangers for me to hang my clothes on or cups for me to drink any water or take any pills. I called the front desk and was told there were no hangers, they were getting a shipment the next day, but he would bring me some cups.

The condition of the room was poor. The linens were thin and the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed.

While staying at the hotel I had an accident where I slipped coming out of the roll in shower and hit my head against the gripping bar. I called the front desk and
asked if they would have housekeeping clean the bath room. I was told it was Christmas and there was no housekeeping and I would have to clean it myself. If I wanted any cleaning items, I would have go to the front desk to get them.

The staff were very friendly and dog lovers. But the 2 rooms I dealt with were filthy, toilet wasn’t flushing in 1 room had to move immediately. The previous guest had left clothing and food behind along with dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The furniture and decor were trashed and filthy. Not to mention the pot smokers in the building stinking up the place but also affecting my COPD! 4th floor is a little quieter but still the guests get outside at night and argue along with key fobs constantly being pushed! For a commercial property the city is a problem!

Day of check in they check me and my family into a dirty room. Had to wait another hour for them to figure out what to do with us. Due to this happening I clocked in LATE for work causing my company to suspend me!! Finally they rushed “cleaned” another room that turned out to be TRIFLING! Dog or cat poop under bed dirty shoes and underwear under bed smoking blunts and bloody tissue behind nightstand moldy shower curtain broken and leaking dishwasher fridge barely worked room filled with nats phone didn’t work and we didn’t have a remote for either televisions. But they made sure to bam on my door everyday to see if I was staying over ! Worst experience ever will not recommend!

The property is completely falsely advertised in the photos, what you see there is what it used to look like maybe when it was opened but it definitely isn't the case anymore. The hotel is dirty from the front door all the way up to the rooms. The carpets haven't been vacuumed in a while, the sheets have stains, there's water damage on the walls and ceilings. Most of the advertised hotel amenities aren't available because of the \"construction works\" and as they said at the reception there's very limited breakfast options. The receptionists and the hotel manager act as they're genuinely helpful while you tell them that you don't like the room and don't want to stay at the hotel until you leave and then just pretend there was never any issues when Expedia customer support contacts them. To sum it up, I got there, the room wasn't ready, checked it out and left after 15 minutes to a different hotel. Don't stay here if your expectations aren't very low to none!

Never and I mean never again

Check-in was smooth, the elevator needed to be swept out. The room had a smell, housekeeping is none existed. You have to take your used towels to the front desk, and pick up clean ones. Either you take your trash to the elevator or to the end of the hallway. We received two keys, one would work then you have to go back downstairs to the front desk so they can swap it so it can work did that twice. Wi-Fi was weak it kept buffering and no ice but have a sign that direct you to it.

I bought a hotel room from here and when I got there they couldn’t accommodate me, they told me they were fully booked and I would have to go through hotels.com to get a refund since I couldn’t even stay in their hotel. I reached out to you guys and after a while you emailed me that because the hotel won’t answer you can’t give me a refund. It is not my fault or my responsibility to force the workers at this hotel to do their job. I was told to go through you guys and you’re saying you need them to answer to do anything for me but where does that leave me? Not being able to trust hotels.com….I was not even able to use this room yet you’re still trying to charge me. I would like to speak to someone about this otherwise I need to dispute this on my bank card…this is ridiculous that I have to go through all of these obstacles just to get a refund from this hotel that was fully booked when I got there. This is also the second time this hotel location has been fully booked after I purchased a room

The property itself was OK. It is beginning to look like it needs some maintenance in certain areas (dirty carpet and painting mostly). What I did not like during my stay there was that there was no coffee pot in the room. There was coffee packets on the kitchenette counter but when I asked the front desk about it, I was told that none of the rooms had a coffee maker.

The other thing is the main reason I was staying at that particular location is because they had a gym. Well, while being walked up to my room I was told the gym was out of commission due to a fire months ago so I was unable to use the gym the whole time I was there.

Can I get a credit for this on my credit card?

Urine on toilet seat, shower hose was linking causing water to spout all over bathroom floor, there was no cable attached to tv and cable service, a chair was broken, the access outer doors did not lock at night for key card entry only which made me feel very unsafe, and another resident received a package I had delivered but never gave to reception. Even though I had asked in advance if package delivery was permitted.

The TV did not have a cable wire to get service so we couldn’t use and the service desk stated to maintenance on duty. Shower head was broken. Therefore the floor got soaked with water. The like switch had a broken cover exposing the wires. The sheets were dirty needed to be replaced. It was not stained as she explained to us. Appeared to be.fresh makeup.

The front desk clerk who checked me in was great, friendly and efficient. The rest of my stay was not as pleasant. The room was not very clean, the shower drain did not work, the microwave handle was broken off, I had to rewash the dishes before using, the a/c-heat didn’t work, the bed linens were so skimpy I had to fold them over to get warm, the gym was closed and when I tried to get some coffee condiments (cream/sugar packets) from the front desk one evening, I was told by the clerk that she couldn’t give me any. This was not a very cheap place to stay. Next time I will spend a little more for a better hotel.

This hotel was VERY dirty. There were stains all over the hallways - on the walls and floors, and stains on the sheets in the room. We had to ask for sheets for the pullout sofa and were told there were no pillows for that bed. I wouldn't stay here again if it were free.

I was very impressed with this facility. So very clean and pleasing to the eye upon entrance to my room.
