Was a bit oudated, in that some fresh paint and minor upkeep could help the rooms seem a bit better. No soundproofing at all. You could hear everything and we stated at the same time that some inconsoderate guests did. Being loud, slamming doors, letting their kids run wild. Maybe they could invest in that somehow. To allow guests some peace from at least the hallways and connecting rooms. It was like everything was paper thin. Staff was extremely friendly, but might have been a bit overrun, trying to keep pool/hot tub area clean and stocked. Breakfast area seemed nice, but we didn't stay for breakfast. Overall very comfy and welcoming. I would return..

Staff was friendly, room was clean but the clothes rack in our room fell completely off the wall when 1 shirt was hung up on it, shower floor needed to be refinished, breakfast was so disappointing… we went 1 hour before it ended…. There were 2 mini muffins, a few dry bagels, cereal, instant oatmeal, imitation sausage links that seemed to be reheated as they were very dry…no eggs, but on the positive side , fresh apples and bananas were available.
Hotel was convenient as it was just off the highway and near restaurants, gas stations, etc .. it was ok for 1 night

I had a wonderful stay at Country Inn. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The amenities met all my expectations, and I truly felt at home during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again!

Front desk was amazing. Super friendly! Very helpful. The room was not clean. There were still crumbs on the floor, the bathtub was dirty, stained. There was still trash in one of the trash cans. The ac unit did NOT work. We went to the front desk to ask for another room…that same front desk staff seemed a bit annoyed then. She changed our room though. It was “cleaner”, the ac worked, all the trash had been emptied. However, the refrigerator didn’t work, the tv wouldn’t turn off so we had to unplug it, a the shower had hair left in it.
It seems as though they are trying to upgrade the hotel. The smell of paint was overly strong. They were drywall pieces all over the floor in the ice/vending area. Overall, I wouldn’t say here again…but the bed was super comfortable!

The room we were given smelled terribly of smoke which was an issue for me and since we checked in later in the evening we did not address with the staff. Could not get a restful stay unfortunately. Staff check in and other interactions were great, just room smell.

Breakfast was good and kids loved the pool. Was kind of a bummer they had to be out of the pool by 8:30 pm since we got in later, but it was fun while it lasted. Text for customer service went unanswered. Requested more towels because there were only 2 in the room (4 guests) but we made due and I’m sure I could have called down to the desk if I really cared that much. Overall it was a good stay for the price and perfect with kids.

Website indicate hotel had indoor pool. Picked specifically so we could use pool after long day of travel. Arrived and found pool was closed for maintenance. Highly disappointed should have been clearly notified when booking that pool would be closed. Otherwise was ok

At check in i was tolf the pool was in order. It was 1030pm, i then said before we continue heck in are you sure that your pool will be open first thing in the morning. Like 6am. The night lady answered yes, but i could still refund you and you could go somewhere else. I asked a 3rd time are you sure the pool would be open. She assured me that someone was going to be there by 6 am to fix the pools. I had told them we had made the 5 hour dribe for my sons surgery the next day, and we booked this hotel due to the pool and hot, which both were not working.. again i was assured they would be. The next morning the pool and hot tub were nor working. The desk staff stephanie was helpful. But not much she canàß

Yes and yes.
The lobby seemed abandoned. No music no TV on It was extremely quiet almost desolate.
Cleaning the room occurred every three days which I did not appreciate.
The eggs for the breakfast were terrible. The pillows were not very comfortable.

I stay there a lot and I bring a lot of others with me. The old manager and staff were friendlier and very accommodating . They charge you extra for everything they didn’t do that before . Family of 3 and the manager said it was more then the advertised price, no housekeeping on weekends, and we added days on our trip and he charged us extra to stay in the room we were already in! Never had this happened before! Very disappointing ! Also said people could smoke marijuana on the property! Vs I’m allergic and woolen blow it in my kids face!! They got a contact high. Different types of clientele are staying there now. Because they can smoke the marijuana and you can smell it in the rooms.

The staff was difficult to work with. Wouldn’t accommodate a change in plans with not needing a room for a four days that we prepaid and crediting us. So room went vacant and we still paid. Was going to charge us $500 to make the change. Disappointing since we were hoping to find a hotel to use every month for the year. They lost a lot of repeat revenue not working with us.

Room and amenities were comparable to a dorm. With outlets not working no remote for one of the tv’s, some light worked some didn’t. They gave us another remote that didn’t work. No soap shampoo and conditioner, only 2 towels for a 3 night stay for 2 people. The list goes on.

The pool was green and looked dirty so we did not swim. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The floors could have been cleaned better and the furniture showed a lot of wear. The cabinet doors were falling off. Overall it was fine for the price but we will not stay here again.

Clean room with good space. The facilities are not new but they have been remodeled and still some areas are in that process, perhaps some details need to be taken care of. The customer service was normal, nothing outstanding. I found this hotel with a promotional price, for that cost I believe it worth it, however, at a full price there are definitely better options.

My experience was terrible upon arrival they forced me to get a room other than what I purchased because they said even though I had small children the room could not fit us. We still only shared the one bed that was a king in the suite they forced us to get. When arriving to the room construction blocked our way the entire time and even woke us up the next morning. It was a very big safety hazard to put 3 small children near that. The room was filthy and so was the pool which we did not stay in long. When I went to explain my issues to management he yelled at me called me a liar and scammer because I didn't put my children on the room. And said i didnt care about them anyway because i ran out to get my car and sat them on the couch. They were rude and disrespectful!

Cabinet for the refrigerator and microwave was broken, door falling off. Bathroom atteched to room was dirty, shower - hair was left in it from prior occupants. Shampoo, soap, and conditioner very small packets enough for only 1 person when it shows in pictures the shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash is in shower in dispensers. Tv - limited cable. Breakfast was about the only good thing there. Trash found in elevator, stairwells. Pool area was cold and pool towls empty.

Price of incidental charge raised, but nothing in the hotel was different than last time I stayed. Cracked Tv screen, the small convenience items were very limited and my incidental payment hasn’t been returned more than a week later. The pool was the perfect temperature.

This hotel has been recently renovated and everything was fantastic. Starting from the friendly and helpful staff to the clean room and the amenities. The pool area was very well-maintained and clean and the hot tub was very relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I travel to this area quite a bit for work and will definitely stay here again!

Found a roach or some type of insect in the tub, along with hair and some residue on the toilet. The toilet seat should really just be replaced. I booked this hotel because of the pool and hot tub availability, called ahead of time to confirm, and spoke with the same person on the phone who told me it was closed. Passing the pool, there was water in it and seemed like it was working but nobody wanted to tend to it? Just disappointing experience.

The staff was great. However cleanliness overall was lacking. Not because of the painting and new carpet being installed. There is built up dirt in corners and edges, both in common areas and in my room. A good deep cleaning is needed. Then someone needs to check behind the cleaning staff.

2泊滞在して、2泊目に部屋の掃除をしてなかったので、フロントに聞きに行ったら、朝の11時までに掃除の申請がなかったので、今日は、掃除はできないと言われました。
チェックインの時に、そういう説明はありませんでしたといいましたら、フロントのテーブルの真ん中を指さして、ここに書いてあるだろうと言われました。新しいタオルを渡されて、ごみは自分でドアの前に置いておくようにと、ビニール袋を渡されました。ごみは、朝まで、ドアの前にあり、不衛生だなと思いました。フロントの男の人は、とっても感じが悪かったです。
