I always enjoy my stay sometimes there’s a bump which is where it is everywhere not enough workers, but they try their best to do what they can do for you. I had to change my name a couple of times, but it was no problem. It just short short staff That all is good clean food was decent always enjoy. My state of staff is very friendly with me enjoy your day.

the room was decent, though there was a sock and a charger left in it from the last clean.
the front desk gent during check in was most personable, which was good.
The workout room was smaller than most. only complaint was two of the machines were half tore up.
The pool was spacious but it was exceedingly cold. There was no heat in it or around, the greenhouse design, while quaint and adventerous...not ideal at all. My kids went in though full of complaints because of the cold, dragged their dad in and not for long. another set of kids were in and out too, unfortunate as this was a main sell for the room along with location.

At the very least it was quiet and no rowdiness. The maintenance guy was helpful as well and brought us waters while in the fitness room.

I am also confused on their policy as far as refund for the room hold, I booked through expedia but still had to pay an extra 100$ i've yet to see.

12:00, noon, check out was appreciated. But no one was available at the front desk when we checked out at around 9am , so this makes me question whether or not we will get our refund at all.

We didn't make it to breakfast, we were in town for Passover so it's ok.

Cleaner than most we've encountered and staff we engaged with were nice/good/personable.

Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was nice very good spread, I been here many times nice and quiet. If you're staying more than one night, be prepared to change your own lien and request towel. We requested many times for room cleaning but returned to the room an nothing was done.

We had to change rooms 3 times because they were not fully functional, including lacking the advertised amenities. The worst thing was a pungent and permeating odor coming from a utility closet and room, which was overwhelmingly noticeable 😷

Breakfast is hot but average tasting, the rooms are pretty clean in most spots, but theres a bit of damage and shotty maintenance attempts to cover them up. Over all decent hotel. We would stay here if we had to again even though its quite over priced for the condition of the hotel.

breakfast was good. I was not able to watch TV more than three hours for a two days that I was staying there. There were something wrong with the television in my room two different receptionist had to come to my room to try to get the TV to come on and that I could look at different channels the second day of my stay I was not able to watch the television in the room at all, otherwise the facility service was very good. Thank you.

Our stay was good, but there were some things wrong with the room. There were handprint stains on the wall behind the beds that look like they could've easily been wiped clean. There was a small indentation in the bathroom door that looked like someone hit it with something small. The bathroom is a little too small. The door is literal centimeters from the toilet. I feel like they could've extended the bathroom by a foot to make it comfortably spacious. There was barely any body wash in the bottle in the shower. Not enough for my family of four to use. The bottom drawer of the dresser didn’t close all the way and the drawer to the bedside table would close, but pop back open a little. The desk chair had one of the arm rest pads unzipped and dangling and when I sat to eat my breakfast, I almost fell out of the chair because it was missing maybe 2 screws underneath the seat, causing it to wobble to one side. The pool area was clean and had nice, calm music playing. Breakfast was good, but we wish they had a little more to offer, such as a waffle maker, cereal, and oatmeal. Did not like how the fruit cups were out and uncovered. I always disinfect all handles, remotes, light switches, etc. when entering a hotel room. The wipes were pretty clean so the housekeeper did a good job with that. It took a very long time for the water in the sink to get hot. Front desk staff were kind and efficient. Aside from the maintenence issues, we would stay here again.

My room was at one end of the hall and they were actively shampooing carpets in the rooms on the other end of the hall. As soon as I took my shoes off, my socks were instantly wet. Thankfully, I was only changing and then going to my event for the next five hours. By the time I got back, the carpet was dry. A little bit of warning by the front desk when I checked in would have been nice. Other than the wet carpet my stay was great. The bed was comfortable. The shower was huge. Breakfast was bacon, eggs, and French toast. I would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunate how under staffed they are. I stayed for 6 nights with no room service even though I requested it twice. This is the first time I’ve ever had to buy bleach wipes and go over the entire bathroom on the first day. The toilet wasn’t fully emptying so I called for maintenance. The desk told me to come down and get the plunger to do it myself. Breakfast was nice. Pool and fitness area were very nice. Location is great. Just a bummer you can tell they need more employees.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks while he was attending rehab for a stroke. The room was great. The only thing we didnt like was the toilet that was very low to the ground. It was hard to use for someone that had a stroke.We had a kitchenette so we were able to fix most meals in the room. The breakfast they served everyday was great. All the employees were great!

It was a hot day outside and they do not have the air conditioning on anywhere in the building. Our room was hot but thankfully cooled off quickly. But as soon as you walk out of the room it’s warm. There was a sticky film on the desk and nightstand. Looks like whatever they cleaned with didn’t dry properly. Overall if you just need a place to sleep it’s fine. We left a little before 7am but thankfully breakfast and coffee were out and ready.
Nothing fancy but good for sleeping.

OK first thing when you check into the property. They make you sign away or that you won't do 10 or 12 things that most people who stay in hotels would never think of doing 2. They charge a $100 for incidentals.3. There are bizarre signs all over the hotel warning.You warning you not to steal things or put your hands in the drinking water very strange. Whoever owns or manages this hotel needs to understand what that feels like to check in to a hotel and basically be suspected of wanting to be a thief. Weird property, it's all I got to say.

Great for a one-night stay.

If you are staying for just one night, this hotel is just fine. I would have rated it 5 stars across the board if we had only been there one night. Our room was nice, and everything worked. For a multi-night stay, it's a bit lacking, as there is no maid service in between customers. We were there five nights and there was no maid service between check-in and check-out. My wife had to go hunt down toilet paper.
