This is a lovely little hotel. Very professional staff extremely clean and quiet. Located right by the Schonbrunn palace it is just a gorgeous neighborhood with lots of lovely restaurants, bakeries and shops. The Palace grounds are beautiful and huge. While not right in the city centre I preferred staying here as the restaurants are cheaper and there is more of a local flavour. Wonderful hotel.

Conviently located next to Schönbrunn and close to the metro. Definitely an older property with few amenties, but a more affordable option than others in Vienna. The plumbing is old so the bathroom had a bit of a smell and also there is no AC so keep in mind for the summer.

The area where the hotel was situated was really good, lots of restaurants and shops, also the underground was a two minute walk away. Schonbrunn was also just across the road. The hotel itself was abit outdated, and the sheets were never changed in the four nights we were there, even though we requested it. Three beds in one room was too much as you could not move around the room.

It's next to the Schonbrunn palace and next to the metro. Very comfortable and good, knowledgeable staff. Only issue is that there's no AC, but other than that it's a good hotel.

We did not have a good experience. The hotel is old, clean but worn out facilities. Bathroom old, scuffed door. Window old. Bathtub drain clogged. It needed to be urgently renovated, especially the bathroom.

Nem volt rendes takaritás, az ágy feletti rész poros, nem minden esetben üritettek szemetet. Az ágynemü agyonmosott. Törölközök régiek, kutyák alá való.A reggeli amit beigétek 9 EU ért, sovány, minden nap ugyanaz. Az orosz tulajdonos összekeveri a két fővárost. Ha ezt előre közlik messze elkerülöm őket. Magyar vagyok nyögtük őket, tehát ismerősök. A Tulajdonos elutasitó. Mozgássérült vagyok, rendelkezem EU kártyával mégsincs a szállodánakmerre biztositott helye. Pedig úgy hirdették mozgássérült barát. Aszobák butorzata a II. világháboru előtti lehet. Soha nem megyek még a környékére sem. Visszakövetelném a parkolási dijat. De nem teszem mert nem tudok idegen nyelveket,

The property is well managed and well kept. It is conveniently located and accessible to almost everything. The staff (and, I believe, the owner) were very friendly, sweet, and accommodating. My only problem with our room was the cramped space between the desk and our bed. I checked our bed; it was a bit old, but was ok. Will certainly love to stay again in this hotel next time we're back in Vienna.

Lovely older building \"boutique\" hotel. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me; I kept waking up during the night as my face would sink into the pillow. The bathtub/shower was a bit of a challenge to climb out of if you're a short hobbit.

It is a historic building with old style furniture. A small recently refurbished bathroom. All is very clean. The charm come with some minus: the mattress a bit uneven, poor sound isolation and the door to the room shakes with any air movement in the corridors. Ok breakfast. Wi-Fi quite unreliable.

An old-fashioned Hotel which has seen better days but one with bags of character. The staff were very helpful and there was a good value Breakfast in the morning. The soft bed wasn’t to my liking but the room was clean and spacious.

Lovely stay near Shonbrun

Hotel Viktoria was amazing! Our flight was delayed a day, so we needed last minute accommodations. Not only did they help us with our bags, they let us check in 5 hours early, and helped arrange airport shuttle for us. Such a lovely place, I would absolutely stay here again!

The location is fantastic for Schonbrunn and access to the subway system, and there are a lot of good places to eat nearby. However, that sums up all the positive things about this hotel. My daughter and I were put in one of three basement rooms, even though the hotel was not full. Because the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, the room was hot but our window was high on the wall in the room, at street level outside, and we didn't feel comfortable opening it in case someone tried to get into our room through the window. Had we been placed on a higher level floor, we could have opened a window and got some fresh air. Additionally, although I put a do not disturb sign on the door in the morning, the room was available every afternoon, but was only cleaned once, with a fresh change of towels during our four night stay. The basement rooms are close to the breakfast room, so all morning the noise of dishes being carried to and from tables could be heard. The duvet only covered half the bed, so if two people had been sharing a bed in this room, only one of them would have had a duvet at night. We had a great time in Vienna, but the hotel was a big disappointment.

Comfortable hotel, very close to tube station, buses and trams. Very convenient for Schonbrun palace and 15 mins on tube into centre of Vienna (Karlsplatz/Oper). Good Wi-Fi, good buffet breakfast (extra cost depending on package). A little dated perhaps and some dust in our room on arrival, however, made up for by friendly and helpful staff.

Local area is quite well to do, being very close to Schonbrunn and you feel safe walking around in the evening. Lindt chocolate shop very close and good local shops and restaurants. Typical Austrian food at \"Otto\" restaurant and good Italian with more atmosphere \"Da Fernandando\". Both within 5 minutes walk.

Good location, but that's it. Bed bugs in our first room and although the staff were polite, the damage had been done and my bites became very sore. Loved Vienna, but would not return to this hotel.

Bed bugs, basic breakfast, good location

We had an issue with bed bugs for the first two days - with little help from the staff. On the third day I stripped the sheets and showed them my bug-bitten arm. They moved us immediately and were accommodating after this - even giving us free breakfast...although this wasn't great. I would advise that if you stay in room 184 (or any), that you check the bed before agreeing to stay there. Hotel wasn't a cheap option, so expected more. Good location but I won't be returning.

Great stay in Vienna for Eurovision Weekend. Fabulous location, close to all means of transport, the Htl Viktoria was a great choice.
A family run and friendly hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Staff were nice helpful too... Not a luxurious hotel, but if you want clean and central, this is a good choice...

NOT a chance to ever stay again.

The stay began with no toilet paper in the rooms washroom. When asked for some at the desk we were told we do not use it. Now I was speaking English but if you translate toilet paper to German there is not much changing with the words. Staff had credit card details on the store paperwork but pushed very hard everyday for us to pay for our full stay upfront. Staff were not friendly during the stay, actually quite rude. Will definitely NOT recommend and would NEVER return even if the room was half the price. Was convenient for the distance to the palace grounds.

Good value for money

Das Hotel Viktoria ist ein nettes 3 - Sterne Haus. Wir kannten es von einem Aufenthalt 2018 und waren uns bewusst, dass wir keinen Luxus erwarten konnten. Das Doppelzimmer mit Balkon ist aber wirklich nett, nur das Badezimmer leider klein (kaum Abstellfläche für Toilettesachen).
Das Doppelbett ist sehr gut, und das Zimmer für 2 Personen sicher groß genug.
Wir wussten, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Dass es ausgerechnet während unseres Aufenthaltes in Wien so extrem heiß sein würde, dafür kann niemand etwas.
Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder für kürzere Wienbesuche - allerdings wahrscheinlich nicht mehr im Hochsommer.

Frühstück erst ab 8:00, obwohl auf der Homepage 7:30 angegeben wird, was uns vom äußerst unfreundlichen Personal nicht mal geglaubt wurde. Ungut mit 2 hungrigen Kleinkindern. Außerdem ist die Qualität des Angebots den Preis bei weitem nicht wert. Der Frühstücksraum ist im feucht-kalten Keller.

Zimmer prinzipiell ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Am abgewohnten Teppich waren noch die Haar-Büschel von den vorigen Gästen zu finden.

Lage super für Schönbrunn-Besuch.

信じられない品質の低さ

ここはとにかく酷い。フロントには誰もおらず(通路の奥まった場所)、部屋は暗く、冷暖房なし、冷蔵庫なし、週末の観光の情報も得られない。
同一価格帯のホテルを一度見られたら良いのでは、とさえ思う品質の悪さ。
私は出張でｳｨｰﾝに来る時は毎週ホテルを変えていろいろ経験してきたが、ここは最悪に近い。

Hotel praticamente davanti a Schönbrun, un po’ datato ma pulito e in buone condizioni generali. Bagno nuovo e funzionale. Ascensore pulito. Colazione migliorabile (per 12€ al giorno l’offerta è un po’ misera, non ho visto traccia di uova e roba calda quasi zero). Rapporto qualità-prezzo abbastanza onesto considerata la posizione. Personale gentilissimo.

A pesar de no estar en el centro, tiene una parada de metro muy cerca que en poco más de 15 minutos te deja en la zona más turística. No obstante, está al lado de uno de los palacios más interesantes de visitar en Viena. La atención por parte del personal fue correcta.

Como parte negativa, es que al hotel no le vendría mal una reforma ya que tanto en estética como en funcionalidad se percibe anticuado. Nuestra habitación daba hacia una zona interior en obras, que ya desde las 7 de la mañana comenzaban a hacer ruido.

Hotel ist schon etwas älter, dafür ist es in der Nacht recht ruhig u. das Zimmer war angenehm groß. Lediglich das Badezimmer hätte etwas geräumiger sein können. Im Zimmer gab es sogar einen Wasserkocher u. Tee bzw. Kaffee zum selber machen. Der Tiergarten Schönbrunn ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar u. in max. 3 min. ist man zu Fuß bei der U-Bahnstation Hietzing (U4).

Gute Lage zu einem guten Preis- Leitungsverhältnis

Geschäftlich im Tiergarten. Die Lage ist optimal. Man kommt zu Fuß in 5 Minuten in den Tiergarten und die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr ist ideal und kommt in 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt.

Schön ruhig gelegen, dennoch zentral in Hietzing. Gute und preiswerte Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Park und Schloss Schönbrunn direkt um die Ecke. Sehr netter Empfang, kompetente Mitarbeiter.

Wir waren auf einer Citytour mit den Fahrrädern in Wien unterwegs und checkten im Hotel Viktoria ein. Das alte Hotellgebäude ist sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Gutes Frühstück. Das Personal teilweise grimmig aber sehr hilfsbereit
