My stay was nice. The room was clean,spacious and the bed was comfortable. The receptionist was quick and professional. My requests were answered quick and without hesitation. The only problem was the fridge was not working in my room, so my suggestion for the management is to see what seems to be the issue there. Overall a comfortable stay and I will be visiting this hotel again.

Don't miss out on this hidden gem

This is the second time we stayed at this property. For us it is in a excellent location, very close to S-bahn trains that can easily connect throughout Stuttgart. Mainly office buildings with some residential in the area. Lidl grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Staff always willing to help where possible.

The hotel has an interesting theme and is well decorated and the rooms are very comfortable and modern/cool. We were happy with the late night desk service, and though the bowling alley was already closed. It’s a fun option right around the corner.

Disappointing experience. Nobody at the check-in desk at 9:30 PM: had to wait 20 minutes. Poor breakfast choices and low quality, one coffee brokedown and no one to fix it. I got locked out of my room and couldn't get help. Room quality is very low.

Property is in a quiet residential area 5min walk from a U-bahn ( metro) station. Very practical.
Rooms are clean, well appointed, the balcony is a nice feature as well as the AC. Wi-fi connection is solid.Bathroom is no fuss, no muss. Didn't hear any noise ( stayed in 224). Breakfast was flavourful: a buffet with a variety of classic European and North American in a sunny dining area. I only stayed for one night but plan on going back.

Disappointed but ended on a good note

When we arrived, we found out the restaurant was closed for the day, but was told there were several restaurants in local area. We tried 3 all of which were either closed or hosting private events. After much hassle and alot effort we found a nice restaurant. When we arrived back at the hotel, we couldn't park our car anywhere near, and had to park along the main road. This is dispite the hotel stating it has parking. The breakfast the next morning was one of the best I've had in Europe.

My new choice to stay while in Stutgart.

My usual hotel of choice is SI Suite, it is now NEOTEL! Spent 24 nights, the stay was superb, breakfast was perfect even though I showed up early everyday. The Bistro was also fabulous, and the staff that managed it was absolutely stunning. Everyone went out of there way to make sure all needs were meet.

I will recommend this hotel to all my colleagues traveling to Stuttgart.

We had the worst experience here. I called the hotel to find out what bus/train stop to go to for there hotel and he told me to “look it up on the web” & hung up on me. It was late & I was traveling with a 5yo. My son was tired & hungry. We took a cab because we couldn’t find what train to take. That was $35. Then we get there &the clerk was so incredibly rude. We asked about room service because it was listed as 24hr room service on Expedia only to find out the kitchen closed at 10pm. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, especially a family.

Modern Car-Themed Hotel

Hotel Neotel is super cool inside with the car museum and ambience. The hotel is close to the airport without hearing the planes. The only down thing is there are no restaurants or grocery stores close at all and their restaurant closes at 7 pm. We checked in at 8, not already having dinner. However, their concierge's office is 24 hours. Parking is free but very disorganized, you could be blocked in and having to leave at 3:30 am for a flight could cause stress. Overall a good experience and perfect for a airport hotel.

Great hotel for our quick stop over!

We stayed at Hotel Neotel for 1 night in September 2018 as part of a road trip, so it was literally a quick overnight stop. The room was perfectly clean, tidy and amply sized for my partner and I. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice including coffee & fruit juices. The hotel reception and bar decor was very quirky which we loved. The only thing that disappointed us slightly was that even though we booked a double room, we were only given 1 single bottle of water in the fridge in our room, but that was hardly an issue! We would very happily stay here again.

Good but very noisy

We stayed for 4 nights at Neotel Hotel. It is indeed a value for money hotel and we enjoyed our stay. Though there are some negative things i would like to point out. First beds are awful, split ones with little trolleys underneath that made the beds separate during the night. Second and most important is that hotel is no soundproof. You can hear conversations from the corridor, cleaning ladies shouting and laughing in the early morning, next rooms' discussions etc. Third one : cleaning ladies even though they made a great job, no doubt about that, they were coming to clean the room really early disturbing your morning sleep. Once the got in the room without knocking thinking that the room was empty of guests. Besides these things everything was great, fantastic breakfast compared with breakfasts in 5star hotels all over world. But for God sake, Neotel is not a 4star hotel but a 3 one.

We were impressed with the hotel and the location. Everything was efficient and clean. I enjoyed the museum of buses which was open and free to see. The hotel has miles of bike and walking paths within a minute or two. Reserve early because they seem to sell out. We had to move on the third day, as there was no availability.

The hotel was very loud (I could hear my neighbor cough in his room) and the beds were very uncomfortable. Definitely not what I expected or paid for. The bathroom is old (and old-fashioned), the wifi did not work anymore after one hour of use and kept disconnecting. The breakfast buffet was ok.

Really interesting hotel with great service

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast delicious and the museum at the hotel along with all the interesting pictures made it a great place to stay. There were several good restaurants within walking distance and was very convenient for the station.
My only criticism would be the lack of air con in the rooms, they do however provide a fan.

A GREAT PLACE to stay and one of the FRIENDLIEST!!

It was supposed to be a one night stay on our way to northern Italy. The hotel was in a business area but easy to find and very easy access to the motorway for our purposes of traveling the following day. The people at the hotel were extremely friendly. The next morning we checked out and were about to get on our way when we noticed a strange noise when our car started. Also, a light indicated that we should seek assistance immediately. I went back into the hotel and the desk manager told us that there was a Volkswagen dealership and service center 1 km away. We drove there and they told us we needed a new radiator! However, they said they could get it fixed by 5 that evening. It was too late to leave for our next stop so we asked about a room for the next night. The hotel immediately were very accommodating and gave us the same room. We had a place to stay while we waited for the car and a place for the night. The car was ready on time, we stayed the night in the hotel - we could walk to a restaurant - and we left the next morning. The hotel was perfect for our purposes. It was a delightful place to stay with its decor of antique cars and buses. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Oh - the breakfast was one of the best we have had in many years of traveling!

Great location, excellent hotel and good value

The hotel was easy to find and had ample parking. Rooms, service, breakfast buffet and hotel was excellent. I had booked this hotel as a one night stopover on a tour and booked it even though I thought I would be put off by the bus museum theme, but actually that was really good and not intrusive, so I really liked it and would recommend this hotel. We used this as a base for exploring Ludwigsberg and Tubingen rather than Stuttgart and it was ideally placed for that, but I believe it is also well placed for easy travel into Stuttgart by public transport

This is very nice hotel with a little museum inside, close to Stuttgart, our room was modern and clean , with a lot of small clever conovinient little features. 2 cons- there were no safe in the room nad no airconditioner. However they said they already ordered safes and will be adding A/C very soon. Anyways, value for the price waqs very good.

This hotel was a great choice for us, because we were just passing through Stuttgart headed for our next destination. The front desk staff was great, and we checked into our room with out a problem. The other hotel guests looked at us a bit funny because we were leisure travelers and everyone else was on business. This could have made some people feel uncomfortable. Once in the room, we realized either we didn't know how to work the air conditioning or it didn't work. The size of the room was massive, which was great, but when the A/C doesn't blow hard enough or at all it space you have really doesn't make a difference. Needless to say, the room was hot. The hotel offered a great breakfast, and free internet on a computer down in the lobby. We found this quiet handy as we were able to check out our travel plans for the next day. The location of the hotel is probably great for business travelers, but it's terrible for people trying to see the sights in Stuttgart.

Das Hotel hat die besten Jahre schon hinter sich.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist teilweise unschön zusammengestellt. Die Minikühlschränke funktionieren nicht. Im Bad hatte ich einen undichten Wasserabsperrhahn, das Wasser lief an der Wand über den Waschtischspiegel herunter.
Das Frühstück ist gut und die Parksituation ist ebenfalls gut und sicher.

Wir konnten spät abends kurzfristig buchen für die selbe Nacht, telefonisch kurz abgeklärt und sehr nett empfangen worden (obwohl nach 0.00 Uhr). Zimmer (Standard Doppelzimmer) ist nichts besonderes - alt eingerichtet, für 1 Nacht ok.
Frühstück mit 12€ günstig, war jetzt aber auch nichts besonderes.

Ein einigermaßen ordentliches Hotel, gutes Ambiente. Die Angestellten zu 80% sehr unpersönlich, ein Mitarbeiter vom Empfang freundlich. Es wurden keine Betten gemacht beim Zimmerservice, den man aber vorher bestellen muss. Sowas sind wir nicht gewohnt.Es war aber sauber in den Zimmern. Die Balkons dreckig und voller Unkraut. Da kann sich niemand hinsetzen. Das Frühstück war okay, mehr aber nicht. Das Hotel können wir weiter empfehlen, ist aber keine 4 Sterne wert. Da gibt es zu viele Ungereimtheiten.
