Very easy to find and convenient hotel. We received free bus passes before travelling which we apprecuated. Check in at noon was really nice as there was a flight delay and we needed a nap. The room was very clean and comfortable our luggage fit under the bed, out of the way. We will definitely book again.

I just cannot recommend this establishment! The room on the first level where I was sleeping was tiny and uncomfortable. The room lacked both air conditioning and a toilet fan. And let's not even talk about the toilet paper—using it will give you a nasty rush in the you know where! I never thought a low-cost motel could reach so low.

Maybe it’s just me but this hotel has a childish vibe, weird cartoony pictures, a small room with bright colors, fake wood and concrete. My room with its bunk bed looks like what I imagine a minimum security women’s prison cell looks like. No amenities, no coffee or coffee pot, no hair dryer, no microwave, no refrigerator, tiny plastic shower. Yuck - I couldn’t wait to leave. In its defense, it was clean, it had many electric receptacles and was brightly lit.The free wi-fi worked. It had a small desk and the view from the window was nice. It was an adequate place to sleep for the night but I’m sure you can do better.

No air conditionning so the room is hot, very hot. Room is also very small. It is for 3 peoples but there is no way 3 peoples can live in this kind of room. It looks like a boat room on a cruize. Will stau in another hotel if I come back.

Hotel was fine and quite clean. Bathroom facilities felt like being on a ferry! We didn't realise the restaurant and bar were closed on Saturday and Sunday. Could use bar in Novotel next door but it felt rather like just a hotel foyer. Easy transport as on bus route between airport and city centre, although our bus to the airport didn't turn up (so much for Swiss efficiency!) A clean no frills budget hotel with “ikea” style furnishings. A perfect nights stay if heading to the airport. Rooms are a bit small but, adequate. Hotel located across the street from a mall for shopping, a movie theater, and the food court is open late for meals. It was a convenient, good stay before heading out to the airport. Recommend.

It would have been nice to have a free breakfast and not pay for it.. though its ok.Food in Switzerland are all organic and very good quality. Hotel does not provide a hand towel, only 1 bath towel per person. No hand soap at bathroom sink. There was all in one shower soap. No fridge. This was the worst for us. The Hotel lication us superb excellent. The main buses are right in front of the hotel. The staff is very helpful, caring and respectful, except the guy at the front desk at 9 p.m on April 26th.
The hotel also issued travel pass to travel on public transport. There is a mall right in front of the Hotel.

Excellent location 10 mins on no10 bus from outside the airport. Attractive,simple, well designed, everything worked and was spotless . Friendly, efficient staff. Requested a quiet room and it was exactly that, overlooking a pleasant garden. Excellent breakfast in spacious quiet dining room. Right opposite large indoor shopping mall with food outlets and supermarket. Bus stops 2 mins from entrance. Would definitely use again

Despite being so close to the airport, the hotel is really quiet. There is a bus stop outside the hotel so it’s easy to travel to and from the airport, the train station and the centre of Geneva. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. As a solo female traveller I felt safe and secure at all times. Breakfast is buffet style with a huge choice of options. If I return to Geneva I will certainly stay here again.

In other cities a shuttle bus goes to all ibis hotels so in Geneva we waited for the ibis shuttle only to find out the hard way that the shuttle is only for one hotel. The driver acted like he’d never heard of our problem but there were two groups in our situation, having to find another way to a different ibis hotel.

The Ibis Budget at the Geneva Airport is a very basic hotel. I had a room with two single beds. The mattress was okay but the bedding was uncomfortable. The flat sheet on the bottom was loose and kept coming off the mattress. There was no pad on the mattress so not the most hygenic experience. There is just one plastic chair to sit on. The shower was okay. The breakfast was nice but the coffee came out of a machine and tasted more like \"gas-station\" coffee. The outlets are Swiss and therefore you have to have a specific adapter for Switzerland. (available at the reception desk for about $25 USD)

It was ok . I fell I over paid for the price. Reception , didn’t tell me or give me my transit pass or any information about breakfast in the morning that was included in my room price. There was a dead roach like bug on my bed , no hair dryer ( if that’s important to people - they do classify themselves as an airport hotel) . The bathroom felt like was on a sailboat. It was tiny and cheap type of insert in the shower the same. The only thing about the hotel room is that they had the phone jacks that you can put a USB or lightning cable in so we didn’t have to worry about our adaptors .

It always seems odd reviewing a chain hotel - you probably know what to expect. The bathroom set up was slightly strange but worked. Though the curtain between the bed and the bathroom area was a bit tricky.

I topped and tailed a visit to the Montreux Jazz Festival by staying here before and after. Primarily, it was because it was near to the airport, which was excellent as the frequent bus (10) was only 3 stops (7 minutes) away. The day before each stay, I received from the hotel, a free travel pass for Geneva for two days, which meant I did not have to pay for travel back and forth to see the sights of Geneva, especially around the lake. The ibis is in the same building as the Novotel and this shows in the rooms. This is no way a Budget hotel. The reception staff (Johan, Marius and a lady, whose name I didn't catch, who was exceptionally helpful, were all a credit to the hotel, going out of their way to get me a (very spacious) accessible room (which I had forgot to book), an electric adapter for my ventilator, plus valuable info to make my stay more enjoyable. I have had such a good trip that I am going to replicate it next year and will have no hesitation staying here again. Thanks.

A decent stay. Room was quite small but good value, especially for Geneva. The biggest issue was a lack of privacy. The curtain is insufficient, especially considering there is a mirror which reflects into the other half of the room. Besides this, it was a good stay bur something to keep in mind.
