We had a fantastic stay in Geneva. The location was perfect for our short visit—just steps from the train station, only 7 minutes from the airport, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and historic sites.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it a relaxing place to return to after a day of exploring. The front desk staff were thoughtful, helpful, and very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, it was a great experience and an ideal base for seeing the best of Geneva.

Good standard of hotel opposite the main train station. I had a room on the top floor with a large balcony which got the sun all afternoon. Hotel is on a main road and tram way so can be a bit noisy with the windows open.
Room itself was spacious , double bed was great and very comfortable, bathroom was only small but had a bath and shower which was fine.
Staff I met were all friendly and spoke good English.
Did not have the breakfast during my seven night stay as I felt it was too expensive at 18CHF a day, and there are plenty of food places across the road at the station including a Burger King. Also there is a tourist tax of 4.25
CHF per night.
The lifts are only small and fit three people in I would say at a time .
Rooms cleaned every day
I would definitely stay here again if I could have the top floor room with balcony.

Only stayed for one night. Directly opposite the train station. Easy access to nearby shops & restaurants. Room was clean but a little dated. Hotel is in the process of updating rooms & bathrooms (02/03/2026) Our room was at the front of the hotel looking across to the station so quite a bit of traffic noise can be heard. Breakfast good and plentyful. Would stay here again but would request a quieter room.

There was renovation work going on between 9am -5pm monday to friday.
I had not been informed by the hotel prior to my stay there of this ongoing work.
I would have changed accomodation if i had known but i ended up getting very little rest and peace.

Very friendly welcome.Great room.Clean and comfortable.Great little touches like slippers, bath robes they even lent us travel plug adapters.They also sent us travel passes that covered our trip to and from the airport and could also be used on public services within Geneva.Great location less than 10 minutes on the train from the airport and opposite the main station.Everything within walking distance.I would definitely recommend.

Room was clean, and spacious enough for a quick stay. The street was a bit loud and could be heard at night on a frontward facing room (fine with earplugs). Breakfast was good. When I arrived early, I was offered a coffee and a space to wait while they finished clearing the room for me to occupy.

A brilliant location right across the road from the main train station. This means it has easy access from the airport which is just 1 stop (7 minutes) which is free as the hotel give you the Geneva Pass for the duration of your stay. This gives you free travel on trams, certain trains , trams and boats within the Geneva area. My room was lovely and clean with great amenities. I loved the Curious Botanist products they use which smell gorgeous. I opted for a room with a balcony which was lovely . Great buffet breakfast with quite a lot of choices. Mine was included in the rate I chose. Staff were lovely and friendly . I would most certainly stay here again if and when I visit Geneva as for a 3* star hotel it was great . I walked everywhere to see all the tourist bits but you can get easy access to the trams which are right across the road from the hotel or around the corner. Make sure your adaptor has 3 round pins to convert yours as their adaptors are not the same as Europe.

Breakfast was very good although on a Sunday morning they had 2 staff working, so some of the tables were left with used dishes and took a long time to clear. Some breakfast items such as the orange juice, bacon and croissants had been empty and missing for longer than they should have been. On the Monday morning with less guests, the breakfast was exemplary.
Room was great, it was a studio room, with a fridge, microwave, kettle and utensils all supplied, along with kitchen roll, washing up liquid, teas, coffee, bottled water etc. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping was excellent. Shower was large, water pressure not great, but adequate.

There’s so much I like about this unassuming three star hotel. Firstly, it doesn’t have the pretentiousness of a big brand.
The guy behind the reception desk didn’t push the breakfast option like so many other places do. He simply said that we could make our minds up on the day and pay the same rate as anyone else.
We decided to opt for breakfast and we weren’t disappointed. It was fairly comprehensive aside from fruit compote which I particularly like, but there was Swiss bircher to try instead.
Attention to detail like having two single duvets on the double bed meaning that you can fight as much as you like over the covers but you’re only pulling your own and not your partner’s.
We had a spacious room on floor six with a balcony. It was clean and most importantly warm on a cold winter’s day in December.

If you are travelling by train it doesnt get more convenient than this. From the bottom of the train station the concourse goes under the street then an escalator goes up to about 20 feet from the door of the hotel. Walking distance to river, old town and many interesting spots. We walked to the united nations in about 15 min, but the tram also stops right out front. Many restaurants in the area, and a Starbucks out the back door. Room was small but very nicely appointed. My pet peeve with hotels is a lack of counter space in the bathroom, but this one delivered in a big way. Loved it. My only complaint was the breakfast. At 18F which converts to approx $30 Cdn coffee was terrible, selection was limited and it was understaffed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, room was a decent size, and had a comfy bed.

The hotel is directly across the road from the train station, ideal if you have late arrivals or early departure.

Easy walk down to the lakefront area as well, and an underground shopping centre is almost directly out the door.

Lifts are tiny, even more so than usual for European hotels, in the smaller of the two lifts, myself, my bag & backpack took up the whole lift space.

Plenty of restaurants around, but all are very expensive as you’d expect in Switzerland.

Great position for public transportation.

The staff did a wonderful job! The floors in the bathrooms were so clean at times they actually looked wet because it's so glassy clean. I don't remember if we booked the largest size room that this hotel offers but as we have been traveling for a number of weeks, having three bags in the space of this room was challenging. The new provide shelving very very well. Breakfast was well worth the price and the convenience. Disadvantage although we did not really hear much noise is that it is directly across from the station. Many might find that in advantage if you are very adept at using public transportation as the ground rail system was there also. There is no valet or porter and no place to park in front of the hotel to drop off your bags. You have to transport your bags from the car in the parking garage and then take the elevator up to the street in to railway system.

The hotel is very close from the train station. I was able to hear the vibrations of the train. Hotel breakfast wasn’t big deal compared to other hotels I stay s in Zurich and Zermatt their food quality was much better. Staff was very friendly and polite.

Wonderful and kind staff that really went out of their way to make your stay accommodating.

Breakfast was outstanding with a large variety of options.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. I was there when it had cool evenings but the room would not go below 22C even with that fan/ AC on. The first night I tried windows open but it didn’t cool the room down and second just the AC. They did bring a fan that helped and was very kind of them to do so.

Hôtel is right across from the train station and within a 6-10 min walk to the lake/ Old town. Clean, well kept hotel. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Geneva.
