Unfortunately we were on the 6th floor and both lift were broken in the morning which meant we had to carry all our luggage including skis down 6 flights of stairs. This was not good. We also waited a long time at Geneva airport for the shuttle and were fortunate to get a space on it.

I accidentally locked the security chain in my room from inside and could not remove the chain to get out. The phone in my room was not hooked up and not working. I couldn’t call the front desk or anyone regarding the situation. It took me a while to figure out how to call long distance from my cellphone to the hotel front desk asking for help. Two guys came and helped me to unlock the chain after half an hour. They laughed when I said good thing there was no fire drill or emergency. But there was no safety protection. Phone in the room was not working to reach anyone.

The receptionists were helpful and the room was nice, clean. Sadly, however, the airport shuttle does not run before 5:55 a.m., there for I had to spend $25 for a taxi. One reason that I picked this service is because they stated that they had an airport shuttle. Also, while waiting at the airport for the shuttle, I waited over 40 minutes.

Coarse management, Amin, the staff was more mature and helpful than the manager herself. Very poorly managed location because the manager does not know what goes on behind her back with some of the staff members, but instead of looking into it, she is quick to blame the customers. We had no choice but book and pay for an extra room just for one family member (party of 3 people in total), but worse part is not even this, it is that we were approached as if we had commited a crime by booking 1 room for 3 people, manager was not kind enough to explain normally at all. Nobody had enough common sense to explain nicely that some protocols may be different in Europe, they expect you to already know otherwise they start fighting. Shower water control does not work; it is either burning hot to the point of burns or ice cold. Plaque inside bathroom states they carry all kinds of toiletries in case you forget yours, but no matter what I asked for, they didn't have it. Shuttle was supposed to run every 20 minutes but definitely did not, we either walked back ourselves most of the time or waited for more than 20 minutes, while other shuttles belonging to nearby hotels went by at least 3-4 times - which was a telling sign there is better options. Please read all google reviews before booking and save yourself the harassment and disrespect. There is SO many other IHG and prestigious hotels near the airport and same distance to the airport and everything. Please research carefully.

My wife and I came in around 8:30. I had reserved a room with a queen bed. The front desk initially didn't say anything but gave us a room with two twins (NOT WHAT I RESERVED). I turned around and went back down to complain. They acknowledged my reservation and stated that they ran out of the queen beds, and that was all that was left - so much for a reservation. One individual tried to be helpful recommending pushing the beds together. I did but was navigating the crack between the beds the whole time.
The bed mattress feel like 20 layers of cardboard stacked up. Woke up each morning feeling very stiff.
They tried to perk up the reservation by advertising free coffee, and there was, but if tek8ng coffee out of the hotel you need a paper cup. The dispenser was always empty. You can ask the front desk for a cup, but they would roll their eyes in disgust each time and get one cup for you (never refilling the dispenser).

This is a nice hotel close to the airport. The breakfast is good.The shuttle is convenient and free. The tram is about 3 min.away.

I think that this is the best location for someone that is in Geneva and need a place to stay.

This is a budget motel which is important in Geneva, given that many offerings cost 2X as much. It is very convenient to the airport and if you want a bit of exercise, it is only a clean, safe 15 minute walk from the terminal so I liked this. There are also numerous free buses that you can take. All was clean and efficient. Breakfast was fine, but perhaps did not have the same quality of products that you would probably see at higher end hotels. There is good food shopping near by. Overall this was a fine place from which to do business in Geneva and would be a good stopover spot on journeys that involve the Geneva airport.

Airport hotel. Very stripped down basic service rooms. But they were kind enough to let me check in a bit early. My biggest complaint was, I asked to borrow a fork. I went to retrieve that and the person who had mopped the floors yelled at me for walking on the floors after she mopped them. I couldn’t see that they were still wet and she didn’t put up a sign, but it was quite rude. I apologized that didn’t seem to stop her yelling.

My stay was just OK. The check in was easy but the staff was rushed. The room was adequate but not as clean as it could be. The bathroom sink still had “stuff” in it, the shower did not drain very quickly so I ended up standing in about 2” of water. The breakfast area was clean and very busy. Adequate food.

Awful mattress with hole!

First our key cards didn’t work. After they fixed them, we weren’t told that 1 card had to be placed in a slot to provide power to the room. There were no washcloths. Worse, one of the twin beds had an 18” diameter, 6” deep compressed pocket in the middle which made sleep impossible. How could housekeeping have missed it when changing sheets????

The room was great, but the overall property has a problem with noise between the corridor that serves each room and the door which slams creating excessive noise. Also other hotel guests talking in the corridor can be clearly heard, very audible and I assume that the door type and construction is of poor quality.

Small rooms and tiny beds

Hotel was clean with friendly staff, but rooms and beds are very small. Rooms does not fit more than 2 people, 2 small people as the double bed is tiny. We were in a room sold for 4 people with 3 people ans felt suffocating.
Both double bed and pull out sofa was too small, my daughter fell off the bed in the middle of the night.

Breakfast was good, physical facilities in great condition. Front office staff were friendly.

However I was very dissapointed that a 10 day stay (which is why I selected this as an IHG property) provided no loyalty points due to a position that bookings via Expedia earn no points, and this information wasn't available from Expedia either! No way to directly contact expedia except chat bots, very unhelpful and impersonal.

Housekeeping did not change bedsheets except once when I specifically asked them to, often left used cups uncleaned and didnt refill bathing soap in dispenser when it ran out the last 2 days.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff there are helpful and friendly. The hotel is well located, only a few minutes' walk to the tram stop to go into the city centre. There is a Coop supermarket close to the tram stop which is handy. The hotel is also only a short walk from the airport, but a free shuttle bus runs regularly too. The room was comfortable with air-conditioning, a choice of firm or soft pillows and a good shower. I also enjoyed the free breakfast buffet and the complimentary coffee machine in the reception area. Overall a great trip and I would happily stay here again if visiting Geneva in the future.

We had to wait 45 min for the airport shuttle, because the driver was on his break, as they told us once we arrived at the hotel. It was supposed to run every 20 min.

Pleasant airport stay

We enjoyed our stay. Check-in was slow, but we had forgotten to book an infant cot and were happy they could provide one quickly since we arrived late. We stayed only one night, so not much to report. The room was comfortable, and we enjoyed the included breakfast. A solid airport hotel option!
