Pretty rundown. Room smelled pretty bad. The window didn't even close fully. The bathroom had drainage issues. Water smelled like something rotten. For the same price I paid ($150+/ night), I think you can stay at much better places in a more central parts of the town.

Tivemos que ir para outro lugar às pressas, tivemos o maior prejuízo e não tiveram nem o decência de reembolsar o valor q pagamos pq dentro das condições era o mínimo a ser feito

El alojamiento está al lado de una gasolinera que considero es peligroso, no solo por el alto riesgo sino porque bordea mucha gente la vereda lo que lo hace muy inseguro, nada que ver con lo que está en las fotos, el estacionamiento muy sucio, las habitaciones viejas, las almohadas planas, el baño con demasiado olor a cloro, muy deprimente, ingresé por el área de la cocina y se veía en mal estado. Realmente no tiene relación el precio con la calidad.

Não tivemos uma boa experiência com o Hotel. O quarto no qual ficamos tem o banheiro que voltava o cheiro do esgoto, no primeiro dia quando chegamos o quarto estava bem arejado, mas a partir do segundo dia o banheiro estava inabitável.
Pedimos para trocarmos de quarto, mas informavam que estava lotado e que não tinha como trocar.
A limpeza tanto do quarto, quanto do banheiro foi feita somente no dia que chegamos, tivemos que pedir produto de limpeza/banheiro para poder colocar no ralo, na privada e na pia para poder diminuir o cheiro e assim usar.
Os móveis do quarto são bem precários, a TV so passa um canal, o café da manhã poderia ser melhor.

Chegamos ao hotel em um domingo à noite. A recepcionista Carmem simplesmente informou que não havia quartos de casal disponíveis (só quádruplos) e que não tinha mais ninguém do setor de reservas lá naquele horário. Quando questionamos que a estadia já estava paga e que deveríamos ser acomodados em outro tipo de quarto senão acionaríamos a polícia, ela resolveu nos fornecer um. Chegando lá, nem banho pudemos tomar porque não havia toalhas. Algumas horas depois é que foram conseguir umas pra gente. O quarto era espaçoso, mas não muito confortável. A água da pia e do chuveiro tinha um gosto HORRÍVEL! Tive que comprar água mineral para escovar os dentes. Café da manhã oferecido por uma sobretaxa, nem comemos.

Horrível. Se sua viagem é de férias esqueça este hotel. Ele é claramente feito para os compradores que vão ao Paraguai fazer compras. Está localizado nos pés da ponte da amizade, não tem nada a ver com turismo. A situação dos quartos é precária, camas quebradas com colchão fino, eu preferi colocar o colchão no chão pra não sentir o estrado da cama nas costas. Eu fiquei 1 hora no telefone com o Hoteis.com mas consegui cancelar o restante da reserva e ter reembolso e peguei outro hotel pra continuar minhas férias. E a questão nem é preço pois peguei outro hotel excelente pelo mesmo preço. Este hotel até deveria ser retirado deste site pois até a atendente não gosta de reservas pela internet e nos tratou extremamente mal. Sem falar que pedimos quarto pra casal e nos deram quarto com cama de solteiro. Além de tudo na frente do hotel tinha pedintes abordando todos os hóspedes. Pior experiência que já tive em Foz. Hotel é antigo, comida do restaurante super ruim, quando cheguei a recepcionista mandou eu me dá o trabalho de ir até o computador dela, entrar no meu e-mail para provar que eu havia feito uma reserva. Péssimo atendimento, falei que era para deixar minha reserva em aberto pq eu poderia ficar mais dias, mas as 16 hrs da tarde eles me incomodam no quarto falando que eu tinha que sair pq eles já haviam alugado para outra pessoa. Não recomendo!

Reservei um quarto triplo, com cama de casal e solteiro. Quando cheguei, era por ordem de chegada, não importa a reserva, nos deram um quarto quádruplo, com quatro camas de solteiro. No banheiro tinha goteira no teto, da chuva, bem em cima do vaso.
