For what we paid it was a good hotel, though we were unlucky to be there during unusually cold weather, and the hotel was not equipped to deal with this (heating etc.). It was all pretty basic, but that's what we paid for, so can't complain.

Bom, quanto ao atendimento dos funcionarios, foi tudo incrivel, localizacao tambem é excelente, da pra ir ate o Paraguai a pé, tem mercado próximo e restaurante. Quanto ao quesito estrutura, deixa muito a desejar, hotel com estrutura antiga, nao tem boa acustica, ouve tudo o que se passa no corredor, ate o que conversam em quartos ao lado. Se a pessoa procura praticidade pra ir ate o Paraguai, é o lugar ideal, porem se quer conforto, nao recomendo.

Tive dificuldades com transportes pela mudança de nome não informada do hotel, me colocaram em um quarto ao lado da recepção onde eu não conseguia dormir por conta do barulho (tv, chegada, limpeza...), o quarto em que eu estava não passava muita sensação de segurança e a persiana da cortina estava quebrada.

Limpieza y la Habitación deja mucho que desear. No hay mesa de luz. El aire si bien anda (mas o menos) y tiene control remoto; anda porque esta enchufado, porque el control esta de adorno. El baño un TOTAL desastre en toda su palabra (se inunda; el inodoro no tiene la suficiente fuerza en al agua (se entiende no ?); no tiene donde apoyar los utencilios básicos; las cucarachitas te visitan.

Normalmente só faço avaliações em 2 ocasiões: quando um hotel é MUITO bom ou MUITO ruim, e infelizmente o Hotel Bandeira se encaixa no muito ruim.
Fiquei no quarto do segundo andar, que são mais novos, mas havia muitas baratas embaixo do frigobar (que não foi limpo mesmo após eu pedir) e o chuveiro, que era de água temperada, não estava esquentando nos primeiros dias. O quarto também não foi limpo em nenhum dos 4 dias que fiquei.
Pedi para trocar de quarto e me deram 3 chaves de quartos do andar interior para escolher, dos quais apenas um possuia frigobar e estava todo enferrujado, com estrutura muito antiga — que é o de menos nesse caso. A piscina do hotel tambem estava vazia, numa aparente reforma que foi deixada para trás.
O atendimento e o café da manhã são bons. Os recepcionistas são educados e atenciosos, mas só foi eficaz para o caso do chuveiro. Tivemos que pedir chaves de quartos do andar inferior (com chuveiro elétrico) para tomar banho.

As fotos do site estão desatualizadas, os quartos são pessimos, banheiro minúsculo e vazando água, não fornecem toalha de rosto (completamente sem nexo), o armário deve ter vindo de algum lixão, sujo, quebrado e fedido, lençol e cobertor rasgados, no banheiro tem mofo. Ao abrir a janela, a vista é para uma parede suja em um pequeno cúbico cheio de água parada pois fica gotejando do ar condicionado. Nosso quarto não tinha frigobar e no dia seguinte conseguimos um, porém sem chance de ligar, pois era muitooooo barulhento e de lá saiu várias baratas. Mosquito então, tem muitooo. As 5 da manhã começam os barulhos. Café da manhã as mesmas coisas todos os dias, dois tipos de bolos, pão de forma, frios, pão de queijo, ovo e salsicha, td bem simples. Mas o pior foram as BARATAS E O BARULHO. Piscina enorme e soltando a lona, da para ver a sujeira nas bordas e escada, a área de piscina parece que foi abandonada, cheia de coisa velha é mato.

Minha esposa precisou de secador e a recepção não sabia informar onde estava o único secador de uso coletivo pelo jeito, senão tínhamos levado um.

Chegamos no hotel a atendente nos colocou em um quarto com um cheiro insuportável de agua de sanitária, as roupas de cama e travesseiro sem condições de uso, fomos a recepção e solicitamos a troca de quarto, fomos pra outro tão ruim qto, só q esse fedia a mofo, não conseguimos dormir e como chegamos no hotel na madrugada ficamos até amanhecer, fomos tomar o café, que por sinal era tão ruim como o quarto.

Alguns ajudaram até em indicações no local e outros não mostraram interesse no cliente. Um dos dias não houve limpeza no meu quarto por erro do Hotel (a chave estava disponível). TV razoavel e ao solicitar mudança para um outro quarto com TV melhor e mais bem localizada não fui atendido, embora houvesse vagas disponiveis. Café da manhã razoável.

Do que não gostei, no quarto havia somente 2 tomada, paredes mofadas, cama suja e quebrada, ao invés de ser de casal era de solteiro, TV só funcionava a Globo e o resto era religioso. No banheiro um cheiro de parede com infiltração, chuveiro esquentava de sair fumaça ou congelante, a porta do quarto para o banheiro não abria por completo. O recepção indicando prestadores de serviço de transfer ilegal (sem cadastro) para a prestação de um serviço, E mentindo para os hóspedes sobre a prestação do serviço do táxi e UBER para força ao hóspede utilizar o serviço ilegal. O hotel bandeira durante a minha hospedagem estava em reforma e por isso durante o período estava um barulho super incomodante e nenhum momento houve alguma solução para ser menor o incomodo dos seus hóspedes.
