We enjoyed our one-night stay at Casa Blanca Boutique hotel. It was the perfect location, right next to the Sunday Night Walking Market and other great food places. The staff were also very helpful and attentive, providing us refreshments on our arrival, allowing us to store our luggage after check in and rest in the hotel lobby before getting a car to the airport. Aspects of the room were slightly outdated, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for those staying in Phuket for a few days!

Fue una muy agradable sorpresa. Es un hotel boutique muy bien cuidado y con una ubicación envidiable. Desde allí se puede caminar por las calles más frecuentadas del Old Phuket. Está rodeado de tiendas, cafes, barras y restaurantes, algunos de ellos con recomendaciones michelin. Pero sobre todo, lo más importante es que tienen un personal increible, dispuesto en todo momento a ayudar con una sonrisa muy grande.

If you're thinking about booking this place, think no further. I have stayed here for three nights and had only nice thing to say about it. Staffs speak great English. They're kind and welcoming. The only downside was my room was in the front side of the hotel and it was in front of a pub but the noise was minimal. Will definitely return soon.

Stay away from the street side rooms a they are noisy through the night. Everything is a little bit dated and old.and we had to climb 3 floors to stay away from the street side. Good exercise but the land stairs are higher and one can easy trip.

The hotel was very, very clean. Centrally located in Old Town Phuket made it easy to see all the sites. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. Unfortunately, they had some kind of a problem where there was no hot water for 2 days and there was excessive construction noise to fix the problem. We also had a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom, but they were kind enough to move us to another room so that we didn't have to be there while they were fixing the ceiling. Overall, I would have gave them a four, but due to the fact they did not tell us that we would have no hot water for 2 days I had to give a three. If everything was up and running and fully functional, I would have gave them five stars. I would stay there again for sure.

Beautiful hotel in Phuket Town

Awesome accommodation for our single night in Phuket Town, at the end of our holiday prior to heading to the airport. Super location right in the middle of the action, loads of food and drink options nearby. The building is beautiful inside and out, the little pool is great to cool off and the staff were fantastic throughout, especially with our little boy. Also organised us a shuttle to the airport. Would love to stay here again.

We only stayed one night but absolutely loved this property. The property was beautiful, the staff were lovely, the location ideal for seeing the sights of PT and the breakfast was perfect for us. Cereal, toast, fruit and eggs made to order. We had a room at the front and enjoyed watching the chaos down on the street especially since we were there for the Sunday night market (which was a lot of fun). Yes the bar across the street had music but we shut the double doors around 11 and fell asleep without any issues. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at this wee boutique hotel. Our room was perfect, overlooking the street. Good breakfast. Staff were lovely. The pool was a reasonable size for the middle of the city, clean and refreshing, and so welcoming in the heat! No lift but staff take the luggage upstairs. Perfect location.

It’s a beautifully maintained boutique hotel at the very heart of the Phuket Old Town. We loved the beautiful garden + European feel interior. The only drawback I would say was the breakfast choices, it’s rather limited, other than that, we loved our stay and would definitely be back!

I love how close is to the night market, so many bars, cute boutiques and shops. The hotel resembles an spanish vintage building with stairs and a nice fountain. The room was spacious and neat, very comfortable bed and the water preasure in the shower is strong. We had a room facing the street so we heard a little bit of noise from the bar in front but they turned it off before we went to sleep. The staff is very welcoming and helpful! 10/10.

The building is very beautiful and colonial, the decor is functional, the location is very good. It could all be so much better. In the hands of perhaps western, more experienced management, it could be great, it has so much potential. The breakfast is horrible, but the price of a stay is low, so you can’t expect much. Because the building is old , it’s quite noisy, if they could improve their English it would help.

So, here’s the thing: it’s a very nice property and it’s well kept and clean and conveniently located. I realize that it’s an old building and the piping isn’t great. But you can’t flush your TP. And I realize that’s not uncommon in a lot of parts of the world, but if you’re keeping your TP in a bin next to the can, it’s not a 9.0 hotel. It’a just not. On top of that you have the usual Phuket noise as there is a bar across the street that plays karaoke at 200 dB until 1am every night.
So, it’s a nice old hotel, and if you know all of this going in to it and it sounds fine you’ll love it, but it’s not a 9.0. Staff was extremely friendly.

A one night stand to remember

A really quaint hotel with a lovely bedroom with a very central location.

Got off to a bad start though as on arrival the receptionist refused to change a b1000 note so I could pay the taxi driver! I had to go across the road and ask the bar there for change instead! However, after that things improved as I saw the very tasty bedroom.

This is a really good small boutique hotel. The facility is simple but yet it has everything that we need. Plus the front desk clerks were very helpful. Especially a clerk called Sarah. We enjoyed the stay. But nite one thing if your unit faces the street it can be noisy at night as across the street there is a bar that plays loud live music. Overall no problems if your unit faces the interior.

The room is pretty basic. Kind of an old building. Beds were hard, but I enjoyed my sleep:) the building is gorgeous! The staff were super professional and nice. Not a high class bathroom but decent👍 the location is prime. I would stay again:)
The front desk is helpful in helping you find or contact a taxi etc. They had a wieght scale for our luggage. It was nice.

This is a very nice modern hotel in downtown Old Phuket. As soon as you walk in you can see how clean it is and friendly the staff are. Our room was very clean with NO bed bugs and a powerful AC unit. The bathroom was really nice as well. There are a lot of restaurants close by along with a good bar right across the street. We would definitely stay again!! 5/5!!!

This boutique hotel is beautifully designed. We loved the furnishings and overall vibe of this special historic property. We were upgraded (thanks!) to a lovely room with a spacious balcony. The room was very comfortable with everything that you need. The small pool on the 2nd floor is very pretty and refreshing . The lobby coffee shop has excellent espresso and bagels. The hotel is located in a very convenient area walking distance to many cool restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here - the room and bathroom were huge and spotlessly clean. There is a little coffee shop in the foyer and a great bar/restaurant just across the road. The staff are so lovely, giving us ideas of where to go to eat etc. Lovely balcony overlooking a busy road but everything quietens down at night so sleeping is not a problem. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Phuket Town and just a short taxi ride if you book a boat trip out to the islands. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, with excellent, friendly staff in a great location and setting and beautifully decorated. A beautiful colonial building with a pleasant pool and nice features. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
We had a room at the front of the building which is opposite a bar, so it was quite difficult to sleep the first night - the hotel does offer ear plugs, however!

Excellent location. Large comfortable room nicely presented. Bed was firm but not rock hard like many in Asia. Lovely small but functional pool. Lots of good eating places very close by. Just a few steps to the famous Thalang Road. Staff were extremely helpful with excellent English. My only issue was noise. Not terribly sound proof between rooms and doors banging late at night. However during the night lovely and quiet so that was the main thing. Good wifi.
Beautiful old building. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for 8 nights recently. I have never met such friendly and kind hotel staff! Always smiling, and always so happy to help. The hotel has a beautiful, calm interior (the atrium and the courtyard are like a little bit of Morocco in Phuket!) and is smack bang in the heart of the old town, perfect for eating/shopping/exploring. I truly loved my time here.

A beautiful hotel in the perfect location and staff were beyond fantastic - would return time and time again. Highly recommend this Hotel. The only downside was my room windows were right on the pool level and screaming children from 8am was a rude wake up call. Suggest asking not to be on pool level if you don’t plan on being up early or have kids.

This hotel was amazing! It is in a great location, the staff was extremely helpful, and we could not have had a better experience. The whole hotel was so cute and perfect. The room was absolutely beautiful and overlooked the little pool in the back. We just happened to be there the night of the night market, which was only a block away. At night, we took a bottle of wine next to the pool and just relaxed. It was perfect. I highly highly recommend this hotel!

For people who don't want to stay on the beach, being in Phuket Town can be a lot of fun, and low key. The Casa Blanca has nice well appointed rooms that are a good value. No restaurant or bar, but an in-house coffee shop. If noise bothers you, request not to be at the street, as there's a bar right across the street with live music and open doors. Great location to walk to all of Phuket Town's historic sites including some really nice restaurants that the desk can recommend.

There is a lot to like about this place. The architecture is stunning, service is fantastic and the rooms are beautiful.

The big failing here is due to the reggae bar over the road. They have a live band every night from 830-1200 midnight, and you can hear every note of the bass. There are no windows or walls in the bar, so you get the full blast of the show. What a pity.

This is a pretty and very well located small hotel in Phuket town. This town was a surprise to us, it is interesting and pretty, with a lively market, and nice architecture. We spent two days in the hotel, they restored it beautifully and kept the nice old tiles. The pool is small but very nice, and the interior courtyard is a lovely garden. Bathroom and room were spotless, great shower, staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend Casa Blanca in Phuket Town. The beach is about a half hour ride away.
