Fantastic hotel, staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.Momoko Uchino made our check in process seamless. The restaurant is excellent and topped off with night cap cocktails at the roof top bar was the cherry on the cake. Highly recommend!

Definitely a luxury hotel with impeccable service and ability to get reservations at top restaurants with short notice. Tower view rooms have a direct unobstructed view of the Tokyo tower which was very nice. I also loved the breakfast food (especially the udon set).

Amazing hotel with high quality design throughout. The staff are wonderful, hospitable, and able to address any need. We had our bags sent from another hotel, and the bags were already placed in the room when we arrived.

We appreciated the happy hour to unwind from 6-8pm each night. Property was clean and at the 50th floor with amazing city views. Just be okay with your ears popping a bit.

The rooftop bar was very nice and had electric blankets to keep you warm. The breakfast was very good.

The neighborhood was a bit quieter and slightly less central via the subway, but it was not an issue.

The service was bad. We arrived at the checkin floor but noone took us to the counter. When I asked, a man took us to the counter in a very tiresome way. I dont think I will be staying here again.

The only small negative is that the lighting in the room is either too bright or too dark, it’s difficult to get just right! But that is such a minor thing, everything else really is great

Location was ok, not the closest to city center but worth it for amazing staff and amenities. There are many convenient stores and restaurants around and easy to take the metro or grab a taxi into town. Our stay was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Honeymoon for 5 nights

Went here on our honeymoon and stayed for 5 nights. The service was impeccable, the room was lovely and the facilities were really great. We really enjoyed the free drinks between 6-8, the pool and the free minibar. They did a great job of making the lounge area feel very homely and you could potter around making yourself a drink. The only negative I’d have to say would be the food. I ate room service twice and neither was nice, we ate in Bebu which was fine but not amazing and the canapés which were with the free drinks were also not great but then they were free so nothing to really complain about there. We didn’t try The Sushi upstairs but did visit the Rooftop bar which was lovely. People complain about the location but I think that it’s actually quite good, it’s near 3 different stations all with different lines so you can get anywhere you need to. The immediate vicinity isn’t a super touristy part of Tokyo by any means but I think that’s a good thing and we enjoyed dinner nearby on one occasion. All in all a lovely end to our honeymoon

Everything here is extremely well thought out. Stylish details throughout (the 37th pool stands out but this statement is true throughout) and a level of sophistication taken to the next level. In fact, the check-in experience itself is a taste of what's to come. Of all the high-end places I've stayed at, the Andaz truly stands out.

I cannot say enough about my stay at the Andaz. The room had a phenomenal view with all the 5-star amenities one would expect. The food was excellent as well as the service. Great cardio equipment in the gym. Gym has an amazing view. I would highly recommend this hotel for an outstanding experience.

Absolutely perfect in every way. With rooms on the 47-50th floors, every room has an outstanding view and floor to ceiling windows. Incredibly spacious rooms with bathrooms with separate large soaking hot tub and rain-shower. From check-in to check-out, you'll feel perfectly pampered. Don't miss a trip to the AO Spa to use the facilities and get a treatment. The masseuses can work out any tension. Food and drinks are artfully prepared in all on-site restaurants.

Didn't realize I accidentally booked a double twin bed room. The beds were really small and detracted from the overall experience. At check in, I was told that they didn't have other rooms available but for some reason I found that unconvincing during my stay. Rooms had nice finishes but where was the lint brush for my coat? Neighborhood was dead and had no good restaurants in its vicinity. Pool was nice.

The level of service was exceptional with all staff very fluent in English so that was extremely helpful in getting information of what to do and where to go. The room was very spacious and the bathroom facilities were well-appointed in every regard. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the Tokyo train station and the metro is right across the street so access to everywhere is excellent. As the hotel facilities begin at the 51st floor, the views of the city are amazing. We will definitely return to the Andaz on future trips to Tokyo.

Spent around $7,000 in a week at the Andaz and Grand Hyatt (same owners) and I am a Gold Member. Asked for 2:00 check out on a Monday, confirmed the hotel wasn't near booked, and was denied ....wanted to charge me 30% of hotel rate. Hyatt sucks as usual and their \"preferred guests\" are treated like crap (no upgrades, no late check out etc. Stay away from Hyatts unless you have to stay there.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay over the New Year's holidays at the Andaz. The views are simply amazing! Happy Hour was a nice touch every evening with complimentary wine and appetisers. Also complimentary juice in the lobby in the morning. Only problem was that sometimes there were too many people enjoying the happy hour and no place to sit. One reason we stayed at the Andaz was the fact that we could put three people in a room - a very important consideration with our family of five. Staff was very helpful. Free food and soft drinks in in-room mini bar was a nice touch too! It is a bit off the \"beaten path\" in terms of tourist areas in Tokyo, but not so much that I wouldn't highly recommend it!

Beautiful boutique hotel at 45-50 floor of one of the Mori towers. Gorgeous room, fantastic view, stylish bathroom with round bathtub ... Price is adequate for these kind of things .... Good location between roppongi and ginza not far from Tokyo tower. Nice rooftop bar at 52nd.

The room was gorgeous, located close to everything worth doing in Tokyo. The staff was wonderful, they spoke English and gave us the address in both English and Japanese to help us when when took cabs. The view is amazing. I am so lucky that I chose this wonderful hotel for my first time stay in Tokyo. The surrounding area is very nice and safe.

Best Hotel Service with very well trained and thoughtful staffs. View from the Hotel is breathtaking, nice facilities, great food and the Spa is very good! Only problem we have is the room temperature in the middle of the night when it gets too warm when we visit in Oct. Nice neighborhood but no shopping nearby, closest is Roppongi which is a very long walk. Walkable distance to Tokyo Tower and some nice shrine.

From the moment you arrive at this beautiful hotel you are awestruck. you are first brought to the 51st floor for your check in where you are offered to sit down and enjoy various tapas, wine, or your choice of juices, beer etc. all you need is ask.
We stayed on the 47 floor which provided a incredible view of the city at night.
The Staff throughout the hotel are more than attentive which only gives you more realization of the Japanese culture and its beautifulness.
Your are simple left with a want to return as soon as possible.
We regret not having stayed a few days longer but will be sure to do so when we return.
The Spa is first class and it is advisable to enjoy a massage during your stay to relax and relieve stress.
If you are with the craving for a burger on the main floor you will find a place called BeBu where your choice of burger will be sure to enjoy every bite.
We were unable to savor the menus in the other restaurants other than the breakfast which was very enjoyable as well.
