The rooms were a bit small, but clean. Equipped with modern Japanese toilets. The downstairs had beverage service and a bread breakfast every morning. The hotel is a bit far from the JR stations (about a 10 minute walk to Shimbashi or Hamamatsucho), a bit closer to both Daimon and especially Onarimon. Laundry machines on site, but require purchase of detergent from front desk for 50 yen.

Very friendly staff, clean hotel, enjoyed the complementary drinks (water, juices, vegetable juices, hot and iced coffee varieties, teas) and snacks in the lobby. The rooms were slightly smaller than expected so it was difficult with large luggage, but we managed.

Amazing staff. The staff here is what makes the whole experience. What I personally think of Japan to be, is what the staff here upholds. Unfortunately as more and more tourist are in Japan I have noticed what we all think and know Japan to be has been tested and I have seen more people having shorter patience, but this hotel goes above and beyond. The staff. Were so sweet that when I was back in Tokyo a week later after my first visit, I booked with Koko again.

This is my second time staying at this property. Extremely convenient for my needs--close to Shimbashi, Daimon and Hamamatsucho Stations. Friendly and very helpful staff. Free breakfast and proximity to kombini, helps me get my day started off right. I am looking forward to my next stay.

We stayed there for four nights. The room was very dark and small and there were spots that weren't very clean. However, their amenities were of very good quality and the bed was comfortable. Expensive but it is very close to Tokyo station/Ginza and walking distance from Tokyo tower. There are also some nice restaurants nearby. Their free breakfast bread was nice - we were given three bread each every day with free drinks available all day at the lobby. Wish they take more care in cleaning the room and washing machines.

My first time in Japan and I feel I picked the perfect hotel from the start! Price was affordable for my one week stay, absolutely loved the area, and when we were hungry there were multiple konbini and restaurants around not to mention the famous Hekkelun was a small walk away! Business area so in the morning it was quiet and at night, still quiet but just a street over you see all the izakayas filled with the people from the morning! I am definitely staying here again next year for 2 weeks this time!

We got a double room for two people and you just have to understand that majority of Tokyo accommodations are small, if you don’t pay the premium price. Otherwise, the stay was good. The staff is nice and helpful, the two nearest train stations are 7 and 10 minute walks away, Shinbashi is filled with restaurants (we stumbled upon a yakiniku restaurant which is now our current favourite).

It's on a small street in a very quiet neighborhood but feels safe to walk around. Shimbashi station is about 13 minutes away on foot and there are lots of restaurants near the train station. The hotel room is very small and difficult to find. Google seems to lead to the address to the next street instead so just look around if you can't see it. Even the taxi driver took us to the wrong street so beware.

The hotel is located in a quiet environment. Staff are polite and friendly. The price of the room we rent is the cheapiest one so it is too small in size, I will pay more next time. I found the carpet in our room (507) a little bit dirty because I got sneezing with running nose everytime I stay inside, it's better to remove it If I were the owner. The free breakfast (3 numbers of bread) are in good qulity and taste good. There is a self-service beverage area in the lobby which is very convenience. Self-service coin washing and dryer machine are located at 2/F, you have to purchase the laundry detergent at the front desk before you use it.

Going to be practical: (i) Metro and JR lines are about 8-10 min away, but the area has a lot of restaurants and combinis. (ii) Even so, everything is easy walk and Tokyo Tower is not far for a walk. A variety tea and amenities available at the entrance. (iii) Staff is nice, can be served in English. (iv) Room is small but it does the job for someone who comes in and out of the hotel for sleep and rest (the rest of the day is spent outside exploring the city :) ).

I’m truly grateful to the staff of this hotel. Our bags were delayed from our flight and we were left without many of our necessities and the staff made sure we had toiletries, pyjamas, and power converters for our phone chargers. They truly went above and beyond and we are so thankful to the team at the Hotel Wing.

The room itself was practical, clean and gave you everything you need. By Tokyo standards the room is fine in size, but may be small for some travellers.

Location wise, it was in a quiet and safe neighbourhood within roughly a 10 minute walk to two different train stations and about a 20 minute walk to either Tokyo Tower or the Ginza main precinct.

I recommend this property for your stay. I’ll definitely stay again when I visit Japan in a year.

Standard room is very snug for two, very little space for luggage but a good enough base if you're spending most of your time exploring. The breakfast and drinks included are good. The local area can get very busy expecially on weekday evenings but, there's a brillant assortment of bars and restaurants. I wouldn't say it's the best location for families. It's really well connected transport wise with a good amount of attractions within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay here. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, new and modern. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious for a Tokyo hotel. A free breakfast of pastries is provided along with drinks. The hotel is within walking distance of Tokyo tower and there are a few subway/train stations within a 10-15 min walk. Loads of convenience stores nearby too.

Only slight downside is that the nearest subway station is a little far for walking, especially as I was staying with my elderly mother. It was somewhat inconvenient to have to catch a bus to the nearest subway station. The hotel itself, however, is excellent.

Minato city was a great location in general for food, shopping, parks etc. Trains took us to shibuya and Shinjuku and a day trip to Kyoto and back. Very safe area, staff was helpful and spoke good enough English. Simple check in and check out. Breakfast was included but very simple grab and go items in a paper bag waiting for you at the front desk. Soda machine and coffee machine along with water available all day until midnight. Overall would stay again and recommend to anyone wanting places to stay in Tokyo.

Our stay at this hotel was outstanding, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed the delicious complimentary breakfast, featuring fresh breads and unlimited drinks. The quiet, safe location was perfect—just a short walk to the train station and ideal for exploring Tokyo. The room had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, and the on-site laundry made traveling light a breeze. We can't recommend this place enough. I really miss the green tea they offered, simple as it may seem, I cant find a comparable better tasting green tea than the one I had there. A recommendation, if you want to book a room with more space than the smaller rooms there, do so as early as possible because they sell out quickly. Other travelers and locals that stay at the hotel are friendly and the atmosphere overall is peaceful and relaxing. We hope our future travels lead us back here again. Thanks again to all the staff there for making our trip experience so welcoming.

In the middle of Tokyo with options for transit to all areas of the city. Not too far from any stations. The staff was great and there was a lot of supply for drinks and washroom supplies. It’s in a quiet business area, but close enough to Ginza to walk. Only thing is the room is very small, so it maybe hard to maneuver with lots of luggage. A great option though and would stay again.

A genuinely great hotel, 5-12minute walk to nearby train stations. The facilities where great, including toiletries, stationary, alcoholic vending machine. The place was quiet (surprisingly as it is near a hospital).

They would constantly be cleaning and refreshing towels without needing prompted.

My only complaint was the check in process took way longer than it needed to. That would be me mostly being overtly sensitive due to horrendous jetlag.

This hotel really surprised my daughter and I. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They were super nice and polite to deal with. The size of the room is what you expect from the pictures and description. Double room is clean and tidy when I checked in. Minor detail is the bathroom faucet was loose during my stay. Aside from that, everything worked as intended. Hotel has a total of 9 floors and I was given the 7th floor.

The location is close to a few convenience stores and in a decent, safe area. However. Depending on which train station you walk to, the walk could range from 7-10 minutes. The door to the lobby is locked at late night and can only be accessed with your room care for added security measures.

It seems like a front receptionist staff is always available. The staff were very polite throughout my stay and helpful when I had questions or need help.

This hotel is fine but the staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel also provides some convenient services, for example the ability to have limited restaurant food items delivered and a massage therapist who can do room massages (totally legitimate). They also offer little pastries/baked goods for breakfast and free coffee, tea and other beverages. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fine.

I don’t know if I would stay here again however because it’s a little far from a train station (10 minute walk), the rooms are very small, and the color scheme (dull green and brown) and lighting is a bit depressing. You wouldn’t want to spend any time in your room. But if you need a relatively affordable hotel for one night before flying out of Tokyo, it’s fine.

Terrible place, hairs everywhere in the room, stains on the bed pad, pillows. Literally one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in terms of cleanliness (which is the most important thing for hotels). Also the air conditioning doesn’t work at all, must be leaking coolant and not maintained. If not for the close by Tokyo tower, no one would stay here I suppose. Rooms are small, typical for business travellers with no luggage. This is what the hotel is designed for.

Place sits on a slightly run-down looking side street (By Tokyo standards) but is actually safe and fine to be on. Rooms were very tiny as promised but otherwise clean and my stay there was quiet. The staff was always amazingly polite and attentive but the english was minimal so don't expect to talk baseball with anyone. There was a fairly large lounging area with great drink stations available 24/7where one also ate breakfast. Bfast was very basic: 3 kinds of small breaded product but the coffee and juices were great. Self serve laundry was very reasonably priced. The areas with the stored and restaurants during my stay were nearly .5 mile walk, which I didn't mind given Japan's high carb cuisine.The surrounding area is busy but safe and the motorists are very courteous with pedestrians, but watch out for the bicyclists buzzing around on the sidewalk, as there is no rhyme or reason to which side of the sidewalk to walk on. My room had a detachable shower(head) and short but deep tub, but I never did use as a shower bc there was no calking around the perimeter of the tub and walls. I basically sat in the tub and carefully used the shower head to bathe. My other hotels in Japan had a usable shower.

Great base for a trip to Tokyo. Rooms are on the small side, but not the smallest we encountered in Japan. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the area downstairs in the lobby is great for grabbing a drink. Many people were using the microwaves to heat up food - such a great addition. It's between a number of train stations - some are longer walks than others - but this meant it was very easy to get around Tokyo. Plenty of food around the area too.

Very nice hotel some staff very helpful and polite and couple of staff not so helpful. Was disappointed with guests smoking in supposed non smoking rooms. Stayed many days and off and on there was cigarette smoke entering through the air vents I believe. Staff did do a check but some didn't seem to take it seriously. Overall good hotel good location very disappointed with the cigarette smoking odor entering the room.
