My stay at the Conrad Tokyo was nothing short of exceptional. This hotel sets the standard for what true luxury should feel like. Every corner of the property is immaculate — not just clean, but meticulously maintained in a way that immediately puts you at ease. My room was flawless, beautifully designed, and made me feel like I was living in a calm, elevated version of reality.
The staff were extraordinary. Every interaction felt warm, polished, and genuinely helpful. Many spoke fluent English, which made communication effortless, and their attention to detail was top-tier. They anticipated needs before I even voiced them — the kind of service you remember long after you leave.
Everything here feels intentional and refined: the atmosphere, the amenities, the comfort, the privacy. It’s the rare type of hotel where the experience actually exceeds the price tag. Worth every single yen.
I would stay here again without hesitation, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone who wants a flawless, world-class Tokyo experience.

I was staying in Seoul, Osaka & Saporo (Lotte & Intercontinental Hotels) and the bathrooms were more up to date. Housekeeping very good job Morning & Afternoon. Concierge incredible! But now the worse part: Breakfast, and it’s not the time to habe a table. It was the time that they took to prepare a coffee “cappuccino” and espresso, 6 nights 4 i didn’t habe my coffe before I finished my breakfast. F&B needs to improve a lot. I didn’t go to the spa i never got the price list for the services. At the end i went outside the hotel for this kind of services. Location is good but is more for a Business than leisure. It’s far from Ginza main street.

The room was nice and spacious. Location is good to explore around Tokyo. Unfortunately we had a bad experience on the last day. They gave us a boxed breakfast instead of canceling ¥5500 breakfast. They gave me a piece of French baguette, two mandarin oranges and a pack of orange juice.

This hotel is on the 28th floor of an office building. Its very inconvenient to get outside, you need to take multiple elevators and it takes some time. Room can be improved but for the most part it was clean and staff was nice. Breakfast was okay, they are very strict on how much yoh can order which is weird as its a breakfast buffet. This hotel should be 4 stars.

This was our second hotel in Tokyo as we spent a few days at the Palace hotel which we really enjoyed. This was quite different but equally good. This is a modern hotel starting up on the 28th floor. This gave us great views in different directions. We had 2 rooms one looking towards the bay and the gardens and the other room looked towards the city. It was a great location with a nearby station. We went to the gardens and walked back to the hotel though this meant going over some busy roads. The staff were really helpful from checking in to checking out. The views from the breakfast area and lounge were amazing and looked towards the bay.

Amazing service! The concierge was able to fund us last minute sumo wrestling tickets and arrange flowrs for my wife's birthday. The subway station was a 7 minute walk underground. Highly recommended stay if you are going to Tokyo.

This hotel was amazing in every way possible. The staff are superb and so is their treatment of guests. Everything was perfection, from our room, to the AMAZING breakfast, to the spa and incredible pool with views of Tokyo's skyline.

The only downside of our stay here was that the bar has been set so much higher for every hotel we are to stay in from here on out. Every hotel manager should stay in this hotel for a week as a training exercise it would change their life and professional perspective.

Excellent place to stay for business or leisure. Very close to most attractions via taxi, bus or a 10-15 minutes walk. The rooms are well equipped with a good balance between Singapore charm and hi tech amenities. The only thing missing to make it absolutely perfect would be a steam room/sauna and a swim suit extractor - due to the humid climate, it can take a while to fully dry your swim suit after using the pool. That being said, our family truly enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast buffet options, great snacks/drinks in the lounge in addition to a great views room we were lucky to secure and we will not hesitate to come again.

Excellent choice, especially good for families and individuals that want to use a high quality gym/pool/steam/sauna while staying at the property. We also enjoyed the breakfast options with a good selection of Japanese and Western options. Everybody works very hard to do their job well and if something is not right, they will immediately get on it to make it right.

Highly recommend and our family would love to stay there if we have the chance to visit Tokyo again.

The hotel was amazing in all respects. I just wish I could have stayed longer and luxuriated in this five star experience. The view of the bay was spectacular. The only thing I wish they had was an accessible price list for the mini-bar, also FYI, the airport shuttle does not go to Haneda, only Narita.

We booked a suite and really love the space especially with a separate powder room as well. The location isn’t too close to Ginza but convenient with all the train lines nearby. They could add more people for check-in, check-out and concierge to fasten the process during busy period. The gym is very small for the property size. If you like to workout everyday, there’s not much space to do weights.

Amenities and service were great and the breakfast buffet is a must! While I normally don't prioritize the pool and spa, our trip to Tokyo was a family affair and my daughter LOVED the pool. Mama preferred the spa. One point of feedback is their lack of Japanese spa products. Realizing this is a Hilton, I wasn't surprised to see European style facials and beauty products. I would have happily splurged on their spa services if they used local techniques and beauty care brands - because they didn't, I passed on a facial or massage.

Conrad Tokyo could not meet our expectations.

We are expected a lot because Conrad Tokyo has a great review. We payed over $500 per night.
Conrad Tokyo can be better, so I want to give dry comments.
The 1st-floor Concierge should have told us the right elevator location. We waited in front of the parking elevator.
The shower room's fixed shampoo could not reach 5'H mom.
The raised tile floor next to the tub is a tripping hazard when trying to control the TV.

We could not make a dinner reservation at 5 PM, and they told us the earliest opening seat was 7 PM; we called reception to order room service at 5:30 because my mom was hungry, and they told us a restaurant was available. So we could have dinner. However, the restaurant could be better seating for Christmas dinner. We should have room service. Why did they tell me there was not an open seat? There are many empty seats at 5:30 PM.
The room's cabinet is complicated to find. We need it; TV remort control, tea cups, and others.
We stayed three in the large room, with no space to walk around beds with extra beds.
When the closed door opens, we can't walk into the room
The shoe case can hold only one pair of shoes
The purple sanitizer bottle did not say what it was, and all the English, my mom, tried to use it for the face.
We wanted my 86-year-old mom to have an excellent time, but Conrad Tokyo could not meet our expectations.

Great hotel, but we made the mistake of going with a \"city view\" room, which is really just a view of the three tall buildings right next to the hotel. If you have the option, definitely go with \"bay view\".

Staying at executive room. I arrived little bit earlier. No staff care for my checkin even if I am waiting for an hour. At last, I clarified and the staff did nothing - very unpleasant and see the unprofessional manner. The hardware, room, and staying experience is excellent, but the executive lounge is clap - food is like garbage. I might stay again, but I just consider to just booking a room. bunch of good restaurant is aroundthe Shinbashi/Shiodome area. The last thing my remarks fair - the bay view including Hama Rikyu park is worthwhile to enjoy.

The Conrad hotel lives up to its high reputation and more. Everything from check-in to amenities, and the most amazing staff who would bend over backwards to help with any reservations, directions or suggestions on what to do around town. Our room was on the 35th floor and had an amazing view overlooking the Tokyo bay and the city. The spa was heavenly and the gym, sauna and pool were just an added benefit open to guests only. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The lobby bar has a great view. The gym is a decent size and can accommodate a few people at a time. The lap pool is a nice addition. The rooms are very comfortable.

There is room for improvement at breakfast, particularly the Japanese style breakfast. The selection and quality isn’t wuitenonnpar with similar hotels in the area. And the only option is the buffet option.
