Staff: Very polite and courteous throughout. Could effectively communicate with us in English as we did not know how to speak Japanese. Seamless transfer of baggage between rooms due to having 2 separate reservations.

Room/hotel amenities: The room itself is moderately sized for two people (by Tokyo standards) and reasonably fit our baggage. It was regularly replenished with amenities, including water. The mini fridge was also useful for storing snacks and drinks purchased from the Family Mart located in the basement of the building. Tokyo Tower (slightly obscured) and Mt. Fuji are visible from the room.

Location/transit: The hotel is within walking distance of Ginza and Tsukiji Fish Market. Major tourist areas like Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Asakusa are all roughly 30 min away by transit so the hotel is a suitable location as a \"home base\". Our one-way taxi ride from Haneda airport was around 8500-9000 yen since our driver got a little lost.

A little dusty, i guess its hard to dust the amazing art work.

Beautifully presented room with features such as kettle, mineral water, yukata, and exceptional bamboo toiletries. Very high quality breakfast, service equally good. Trains can be heard at times but it’s not disturbing. Very handy for BA5 arriving into Haneda.

The room was amazing and the views were breathtaking. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to see Tokyo during the day and the night in its beauty. On top of that, you have a fantastic view of Tokyo Tower and Mt. Fuji. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Amazing stay!

The hotel was amazing! Liking art, I loved that there was art everywhere. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a full day.

We were a bit disappointed that brunch ended before checkout time, but the concierge kindly gave us a nice recommendation of a nearby restaurant.

The art work all over the hotel is great, the room was spacious and well appointed with good temperature control, staff was helpful, location is convenient for the metro and Haneda airport. It isn’t as central as some locations, but I would happily stay here again.

I am writing this as an international traveler, traveling on vacation, who was in Japan for the first time and started my trip in Tokyo. To cut it short.
The hotel is within an office building and it is what you would expect from a nice business hotel.
The rooms are very clean and nice, but they are smaller than the international average size.
The area the hotel is in is quiet and almost feels like the financial district of Tokyo. The building the hotel is in is directly connected to the subway and is one of the hotels the limousine bus from the airport drops you off/picks you up at directly which is great.
Ammenities are pretty scarce, this is not a hotel you come to stay the day in, simply to explore the city of Tokyo from.

. We stayed in a Sunrise Room on the 34th floor, and the views of Tokyo were absolutely stunning. The room was beautifully designed with artwork by Koki Tsujimoto and was noticeably spacious compared to typical hotel rooms in Japan. The queen bed was firmer than I prefer, but that’s fairly standard for Japanese hotels, as were the pillows.

The bathroom was average in size but featured a deep soaking tub—perfect after long days of walking—and excellent shower water pressure, which is often lacking in other hotels. The room also had ample storage and was very comfortable overall.

The hotel restaurants were just okay. Menu options were limited and leaned more upscale; while the food was good, the prices were high, making nearby 7-Eleven a more appealing choice.

The staff were outstanding, especially the concierge, who was extremely helpful. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again, though I would skip the on-site restaurants next time.

Hotel lobby is very nice. Room was average. Decided not to have breakfast after server asked for my eggs to order requested egg whites the server said they cannot. Decided not to have breakfast at hotel and went to outside restaurant.
Overall experience hotel good location most staff nice pleasant helpful. Wouldn't recommend breakfast buffet at 4,500 YEN limiting egg order to 2 eggs at 4,500 YEN!
Hotel decorations very nice spacious lounge area in lobby.

The room was clean, and a wide variety of complimentary toiletries were provided, which was more than what I received at a five-star hotel during the same trip. If you show up with no luggage, you'd be covered. The train station is connected to the building, and there is always a taxi waiting outside. Transportation is ridiculously cheap in Tokyo, especially the train/metro. There is nothing much to do in the immediate vicinity of this hotel. Lots of shopping in the nearby Ginza area - I would recommend taking a taxi to Ginza if the 15min walk is not your thing.
The staff was very helpful and extremely respectful. They stored my luggage free of charge while we took a short two-day trip to Kyoto. The breakfast was tasty, although I did expect more variety. Nevertheless, it was sufficient to start the day.

What was great: The staff were very courteous, efficient, and helpful. The location was convenient for transit (3rd floor of the building had direct access to Shimbashi station). Checking in and out was fairly quick. The toiletries that were provided were lovely.

On the first night at the hotel, I bought food at 7-11 that required heating; however, I didn’t realize the room did not have a microwave and when I asked at the lobby, the staff kindly offered to heat up my food in their break room and deliver it to my room. They went above and beyond all my expectations.

Not as great: The room was dated but clean. The food at the “Art Colours Dining” was mediocre.

We debated between Shibuya and Ginza for our Japan trip and chose a hotel near Ginza—Park Hotel Tokyo. It wasn’t our first choice, but its “art hotel” concept intrigued us.
Our room on the 29th floor had a stunning Tokyo Tower view and was surprisingly spacious for Japan. Check-in was quick and courteous, even late at night.
The hotel felt like an art museum, with vibrant paintings and sculptures throughout. We enjoyed complimentary drinks each night and exploring the art floors, plus a memorable traditional tea ceremony.
Great location near subways, shopping, and sights, with attentive staff and warm hospitality. Park Hotel Tokyo exceeded expectations—spacious rooms, breathtaking views, and an immersive art experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel was lovely, the room was great and the staff were outstanding. The problem we had was the location was very difficult to navigate. Really hard to understand the subway system directions from underneath the tower as it was extensive and confusing. With all the tracks, roads, highways etc surrounding the hotel, it was also difficult to navigate outside the hotel. Otherwise, our stay was very good.

The hotel lobby is on the 25th floor and has amazing views of Mount Fuji and the Tokyo tower. It is near two subway stations and the JR line so it had easy access to everywhere. The art rooms are painted by different artists, , and the whole hotel is an art gallery. It was very walkable with lots of food options nearby and 15 minutes to Ginza by foot. Our art room was Zen themed, which was a little less brightly-painted than some others, which we preferred. The room had a tub/shower combo and a fully heated bidet toilet. It also had a view of Tokyo tower and Mount Fuji if you leaned up to the window and looked to the side. The one retraction was because the room was facing the train tracks, you could hear them from 5am through midnight. We would not say that it was a show-stopper, as the Fuji views were well worth it.

The room was fantastic, and had an amazing view of the station from the side we were on. The staff was very accommodating, polite, and helpful.

The hotel itself was also very nice, with an amazing view of Tokyo Tower, and on a clear day, a view of Mt. Fuji. We aren't even big art fans, yet found ourselves admiring the art, and were fortunate to see the transition into the Winter Collection.

The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with a Family Mart accessible in the basement level, and both the metro and subway are connected to the hotel, allowing for an ease of transportation. Two taxis were also stationed outside at a time.

We highly recommend staying here
