Convenient location to transport (hamamatsucho JR and Daimon subway). Family mart n 7-11 nearby and Yoshinoya next to it opens till 2am. Was able to have a meal there after coming back late from Disney. The amenities bar at lobby has a good variety and was free to take. Overall it was a great stay, and will definitely be back again!

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in 2025 and 5 nights in 2024. This hotel is located at arguably one of the best location in terms of transportation in Tokyo.

This hotel is located very close to the terminal station of Haneda Airport monorail, Hamamatsucho. This station is also one of the stops of Yamanote Line, a train line, not a metro/subway line.

Getting around in Tokyo from this hotel is very easy and convenient via Yamanote Line and Welcome Suica card. Of course, I could use Welcome Suica card for the monorail between the hotel and Haneda Airport.

I also noticed that each hotel room has a unique Wi-Fi password. Therefore, I felt very safe connecting my electronic devices online. Also, Wi-Fi service is free at this hotel.

Hotel is near monorail and subway station, thst connect you to other parts of the city. Coming from or going to the airport is easy, it is the last stop on the monorail. It’s great if you are staying in Tokyo for 1 to 2 nights and need to fly out again. There are lots of food options within walking distance. Hotel is clean and hotel provides you with all the amenities you may need. The area is very safe.

The hotel in itself was good. Staff was friendly and professional. Lobby amenities had a good selection of toiletries. The scented bath salts were a daily essential after miles of walking. Minused one star for the bug bites i woke up to everyday! No bed bugs, my guess would be dust mites in the pillows. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay.

Travelled with my 14 yr old daughter during Golden Week. We stayed at this property for 8 nights and I can say it was a great stay. Staff were fantastic. From the time we walked in for late check in and to the last hours until check out.

Easy access to the trains and subway. I chose this Hotel because of the review and location. I wanted an area that’s quiet and convenient to get from and to Terminal 3 at Haneda Airport. It is very close proximity to Hamamatsucho Station and Damon. Everything was convenient.

Rooms is small but it is what to ge expected. Loved the water pressure in the shower. Rooms get cleaned daily and replenished with new towels and toiletries.

I love this hotel. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

I stayed one night when typhoon was hitting Tokyo very hard. Having not able to ship two big suitcases from Narita to Haneda due to the Tyhoon, I had to carry them via train and foot despite the devastating rain and wind.

I arrived at the hotel 3 hours before the check in time, soaking wet. Two staff members at the front desk didn’t even attempt to help me bringing in the suite cases or wiping them. After I finished wiping the rain by myself just a few meters away from the front desk people, I asked them to see if there is any way that I could check in early. I was tired, wet and the outside was dangerously raining with strong wind.

His answer was this, with straight face and no sympathy. “Unfortunately, you cannot check in until 3pm unless you are willing to pay the additional fees by hour.”

While I understand the nature of the business, is there any humanity here? Is there any hospitality here? Outside, there was a huge typhoon hitting, and how can these people be so cold? Having traveled over 30 countries, I have never been treated like this before at ANY hotel.

As convenient as this hotel’s location was, I will never ever stay at this hotel or the other Sanco-Inns again. It’s supposed to be a hospitality industry, and I felt that I was treated just as a money dropping robot for these people. And yes, they did let me check in at 2:50pm, 10 minutes before the official check-in time, without a charge after waiting for 2 hour and fifty minutes near or in the tiny lobby.

Small room but has everything in it.

Simple queen bed for 2 pax room size is well utilized. There is only a small fixed table for charging phone purpos and i put my cabin luggage on it worjs well. There is still have a sofa couch which we use to put my big luggauge as there were not much space in the room to open the luggage stand. Relatively well packed and equip thoigh tje room is not big. There was a sepate sink inside the room so can wash hand, face without need to go into bath room. Separate toilet is good. Overall it seeve its purpose and has everything including shaver, toothbrush, bathing and could still have some hair essence, face milk, face wash from near rreception you can take and use as needed. Good zourish kettle and hairdryer.

It was a rude shock when we opened the door to our room. If you have ever shared a freshman dorm, the standard room at Santo Inn Grande is smaller than that. I would definitely not recommend this hotel for people with claustrophobia. Low ceilings complicate the whole thing.

When you check the amenities, it seems there is everything in 15sqm / 160sqft. There is a bath-tub, but it is half the size. The shower is half the size. Sink is right near the bed, which is yuk. It is a scramble to have 2 people in the room. Pictures on their website are deceptive.

Front desk seems friendly, but keep a translator handy.

If there is one positive, it is the TOTO toilet seat which is high tech, but that too is in a very tight space.

The coin laundry machine does not dry clothes fully, they are all dump after a full wash and dry cycle.

The bathroom had a bathtub as well as a strong shower which was really nice, as many hotels with similar rooms will only provide a shower these days.

Everything was fine, the best feature was close to the station and the monorail from airport. The down side was the tv with no English channels at all and a window with frosted glass.
Prior to our arrival I asked for a window with a view, the hotel replied " All the windows open onto a brick wall next door."
Unfortunately we saw many rooms with a view and with clear glass windows. I felt like the small room was cell-like and clostrofobic for a three night stay.

2 blocks from the monorail from Haneda, clean and spacious (for Tokyo) room with a desk and separate bathroom and shower, superb amenities, even for Japan, all for a very reasonable price. The area is relatively quiet, but still plenty of restaurants, and about a 25 minute walk to Ginza and Tsukiji. For all the rest, 2 blocks from the JR Yamanote line... I will be back!

Nice modern hotel, smooth check in process and helpful staff. Room was small (not really unusual in Tokyo) but very well designed to make good use of the space. Wet room with Japanese bath and shower, while the sink was in the room itself. Minimal toilet space with the latest model of TOTO toilet with all the technology. Comfortable bed and if you wanted something other than the standard hard/soft Japanese pillow there was a selection in reception. Good internet and charge cables in the desk, however it wasn't possible to charge more than one thing at a time or get enough power over USB-C for a laptop. Good buffet breakfast with the usual Japanese hotel selection. Convenient for Hamamatsu-cho station and the monorail to Haneda airport.

I generally enjoyed my stay here, but there's a few aspects of the hotel that were challenging - I imagine they're just struggling with a few things as it's a new hotel but I do hope they resolve them soon, as it's an excellent deal and they have great service.

Negatives
- The rooms are very dimly lit - so much so that I actively avoided being in my room; I couldn't do any work there (even during the day). Some additional lighting fixtures could go a long way.
- The 'jazz music' being played in the hallways was loud enough for me to hear it in my room - so much so that it made it a little difficult to fall asleep
- I got a call at 9:30 PM one night from reception asking for the iron I had in my room, normally I wouldn't mind this but I was jetlagged and already fast asleep..

Positives
- Excellent service on the whole
- Lots of unexpected amenities e.g. a snack every evening in your room, a straightener, pyjamas for your stay as well as slippers, water bottles etc.
- Cleanliness
- Well located - lots of restaurants in the area

Lovely little hotel with excellent staff who were very polite and very welcoming. Room was very comfortable and clean. Free tea, coffee and soft drinks in the sitting room. Free toiletries from face mask to shaving cream and more. Excellent location, just a few minutes from Hamamatsucho station and very convenient for all the stops on the Yamanote line which is free when using a JR pass. Would definitely stay there again as it was only one train journey from Haneda airport to Hamamatsucho station.

In order to shut off treo large lights at night, I had to also shut off ac and phone charger. The electricity in the room is all on one switch controlled by your room key. Front desk was friendly and helpful but couldn't do anything about this.

出張で2泊利用しましたが、とても満足度の高い滞在でした。
お部屋は十分な広さがあり、清潔で快適。バス・トイレが別々なのも嬉しいポイントで、タオル類も毎日きちんと交換していただけました。

特に印象的だったのが朝食です。メニューが非常に豊富で、どれも丁寧に手作りされているのが伝わってきます。朝からうなぎのひつまぶしやシュトーレンが提供されたのには感動しました。味・内容ともに満足度が高く、朝食目当てでもまた泊まりたいと思えるレベルです。

立地も抜群で、浜松町駅・地下鉄大門駅のどちらからも徒歩3分程度。移動が多い出張にはとても便利でした。
次回の東京滞在でも、ぜひ利用したいホテルです。

バストイレ別というのが気に入っており、アクセスも良く何度か宿泊させていただいていますが、1点、ぜひ改善してください。

お風呂のドアの下のほう、スリットになっているところが
湯船につかるとカビだらけで真っ黒な状態が目に入ります。
今回の部屋だけではなく、前回もそうでしたので、恐らくは同じコンディションではないかと。。。。。
せっかくバストイレ別がこちらのホテルの売りだと思いますし、ゆったりと入れるお風呂なのにとても気持ち悪くなります。

是非是非改善をお願いします
