Staff service was excellent. Room was nice and clean. View of the Tokyo Tower from our room was great. Tried the set course dinner at its Japanese restaurant and the food was disappointing - considering the high price we expected something better.

The room was bright, spacious, and kept perfectly clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room offered a stunning view of Tokyo Tower, which made our stay even more special. Breakfast was not only delicious but also a delightful start to each day. Getting around was a breeze with easy transportation options. I truly wish I could have stayed a little longer to enjoy it all.

This hotel is located in the middle of a green space which is nice in terms of quiet and being in a place that feels separated from the city. That being said, there are no 7-Eleven or convenience store close by, but a wonderful restaurant and wonderfully helpful staff and concierge.

It's a five-star hotel, but I'm giving it a four

Location:
- Stunning, it's literally right next to the Tokyo tower, if you're looking to spend the night with the iconic landmark, this is the go-to place without a doubt

Staff:
- The quality of the service and the staff is top-tier, and the utmost professionalism is embedded within it. Here is what you would expect for a five-star hotel. No questions asked.

Room:
- Make sure to pick the room with a view of the Tokyo Tower. This is a must if you plan to have an unforgettable night. The room itself is what you will be expecting. It's clean, luxurious, and fancy.

Breakfast:
- This is where I drop the 1 star, make sure to tell the staff to get the one \"WITH\" the traditional Japanese style breakfast. In my opinion, I shouldn't have had to ask for it. The breakfast itself is amazing. Even though it was a buffet, the food seemed to be almost gourmet. The view was a surprise for me. On the left side, you can see the bridge that connects to the harbor and to the ocean at a distance, and on the right is the lounge where you can sit and enjoy the city sights and the view of the two towers.

Overall, I'd say it's worth the money, but make sure book in advance with them. This Hotel is pretty popular, so in and of itself, it's considered a high-quality experience.

WOW!!! All I can say is this was one of the best stays on my trip. The view from my room was incredible. The food (room service and otherwise) was fantastic. The common areas were classy and immaculate.

Staff were amazing and went out of their way to be helpful.

This hotel is within a short walking distance of a bunch of attractions. And, transportation options are everywhere. Subway, connect to train, connect to Shinkansen etc.

I ordered the \"American: Style breakfast as a room service option and if you choose to do so, bring a friend or 3!

The hotel as a whole was fantastic. Five stars all the way. If i had to pick one negative, it would be the location. It's really not walking distance from the good restaurants and shopping areas. The silver lining is the peace and quiet that comes from being away from the madness that is Tokyo.

This was honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I wanted to take my time to write a truly thoughtful and detailed review because this place absolutely deserves it.

During my stay in Japan, I stayed at several different hotels while visiting multiple cities, and none of them were able to surpass the expectations set by this one. This was the first hotel of my trip, and it instantly became one of my all-time favorites.

The location was excellent, the staff was outstanding, and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in my life. Out of all the countries I have visited, this hotel easily offered the best breakfast experience. The views were beautiful, the gym was great, and the spa and massage services were exceptional.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with incredible hospitality — even walking me all the way to the front to assist with my Uber. Every single detail was taken care of, and the entire experience was flawless. I honestly cannot find a single thing to complain about.

I normally do not write reviews, but this stay truly deserved an exceptional one. This hotel has set the bar extremely high, and I genuinely believe it will be very hard for any other hotel to surpass this experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Book the Tokyo Tower view. You won’t be disappointed when you go to sleep with the orange hue in the background and all the other lights. It was magical having that view.

The hotel is also very close to two train stations.

The toilets were amazing and so was The Shop.

The curry and rice dish was spectacular. I was licking the spoon.

Room svc breakfast was nothing to write home about. Either Uber Eats or go out for better options.

I took so many pics of the Tokyo tower view!

Incredible location and views from top floor. I had club level access and the food and service was excellent. Hotel is recently renovated and seems brand new. There is full service sauna, spa and and gym. There is a bowling alley for guests to use with reservation.
Service is impeccable. I had four nights stay so they offered free private ride to airport on my way out.
I would definitely recommend this hotel brand and use it myself in future.

During my recent stay at this hotel, items that I left inside my room were stolen. I lost jewelry and watches with a total value of over USD 70,000, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that claims to offer a safe and secure environment.

What made the situation even more alarming was the hotel’s initial response. At first, the hotel staff did not want me to contact the police, which raised serious concerns about their handling of the incident and transparency. Only after insistence was the situation taken more seriously.

Additionally, the hotel has major security and surveillance flaws. There is no camera covering the hallway or my room door at all. The only surveillance camera is located near the elevator, meaning there is no footage of who accessed the room corridor or my door. This is a significant security failure and makes it extremely difficult to investigate incidents like this.

Overall, this hotel has very poor security management, inadequate surveillance, and an unacceptable response to a serious theft incident. I do not feel safe staying here and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially guests traveling with valuables.

The hotel decor and staff were what we would expect from a five star hotel. The rooftop bar and restaurant were also exceptional. However, the room and decor was very dated and limited and not at all like a five star and more like a two or three star hotel. The most concerning part was the amount of noise that was created at night from cars driving a nearby streets, I actually could not believe it and it woke us up several times even with earplugs and taking sleeping medication. There should be more done to noise, cancellation, windows, shades, etc.. I know it is an older hotel but the rooms need to be updated anyway and this really is a very critical part of this day - sleep, especially when every other amenity is consistent with a 5 star, but the decor and the noise definitely were not. We also did not receive any coffee on the second morning, and I had to find a housekeeping person to get them.

Rooms are very old style. The only good thing is they have a lot of space. We stayed in a connecting room so both rooms had 2 full-size beds. And a separate sofa that I guess could’ve been made into a bed. The bathrooms are spacious. Very clean but old-fashioned style. And not enough USB outlets.

We were in a panoramic king club room. The club room element was really worthwhile. Its a huge hotel but felt much smaller by staying in a club room there are private lifts, breakfast is included in the lounge and there are drinks and snacks throughout the day and evening (including champagne at cocktail hour) so really felt worthwhile. The view is clearly also stupendous.

Hotel was lovely especially as we were extremely jet lagged. Note no children in the pool or gym areas. Sky bar doesn’t allow children and it’s the one with the view of Tokyo Tower - not the restaurant. Our 2 rooms were side by side (not interconnecting as booked) which was fine because our children are old enough. (A few years ago and I would have been upset with this.)

We booked the panoramic king room with lounge access. It was a pleasant stay with the room newly renovated. The staff were kind but sometimes communication can be difficult but it was generally okay. The hotel is close to oedo and mita metro lines. The view of the tokyo tower from the Lounge is amazing! Its definitely more worthwhile to book a room with lounge access than one without. The heating in the room quite warm so we opened the balcony window throughout the night. The water pressure is great and amenities are quite good (subject to charges if you wish to use the pool and hot spring).
