Almost everything was comfortable except for the carpeting in the room. These days hotels are without carpets, because carpets contain dust, mites, and stains. Also it was too sòn to turn off heating of the rooms.

Had a very good experience staying at the hotel for several days while exploring Tokyo. Very centrally located to trains and subways, and easy to get to and from Haneda airport. If you like to walk, tons of food options nearby and not far from Shiba Park. Rooms are on the smaller side, but comfortable, clean, quiet, and secure with secure private Wi-Fi. Staff were polite and helpful. A great base camp if you intend to be out and about most of the time. They have an option for pickup breakfast, which is convenient if you don’t want to go out to eat first thing or walk to a nearby convenient store. I would definitely stay here again if in Tokyo.

The location is right next to a train station making it failr easy to spot when you first get to it. It's proximity to major train lines makes it easy to get to major locations in Tokyo. It's also on a line that goes straight to Haneda Airport in 30 minutes so the location for anyone travelling through that airport is quite convenient.

The room is a bit small, but it does the job of being an affordable place to sleep. The temperature is controlled by the building so it can get pretty hot in the winter with the heat on. We went with the breakfast option and had a nice warm breakfast in the adjacent restaurant. You can have a traditional Japanese breakfast or a Western breakfast. We opted for the Japanese breakfast and it was tasty.

Overall, if you're looking for a simple, no fuss, hotel in an easy access location this is it!

Room is very small, very hard to move around with two people and barely any room if you have luggage. Rooms are clean, views are very limited and barely see the streets since view is obstructed by other nearby buildings. Staff are very nice and understand english. Food is decent, very limited choices for breakfast since food is decided by the hotel.

This was a no frills hotel, but can't go wrong with the price. I wish there were hotels in downtown Vancouver and Toronto like this.
Breakfast was good.
It was relatively easy to get to from Narita airport (there was a direct train that took about 1.5 hours); the direct train back to Narita airport only took 1 hour and 15 mins.

A modern clean and well located hotel in Tokyo. Typical small Japanese hotel room is amazingly well equipped. The only small disadvantage is that the hotel has 16 floors and only one elevator, making it slow to get in and out.

This is a better-than-average business hotel, nothing more, nothing less. I was impressed by the English-speaking front desk clerks (the place was full of gaijin), the washer-dryer on the ground floor (there is no lobby to speak of) and) the 24-h BBC news channel. The décor is a dreadful brown and black, and the pillows feel like sandbags, but at least it did not smell of cigarette smoke, and there were no flyers for adult movie channels. In Tokyo, a good deal for the money.

Convenient Hotel in a Quiet Part of Tokyo

Service was great and the staff have a good grasp on English overall so communication was not a problem. The hotel informs you earlier that you can only check in after 3pm; there is an area to keep your luggage in the meantime.

Location wise, while this isn't in the heart of Tokyo, getting around isn't troublesome. The Mita station, only 200m away, is on the Asakusa line, and Tamachi station, requiring a mere 8 minutes walk, is on the Yamanote line which offers access to Shinagawa, Shinjuku, Harajuku, Shibuya and Ikebukuro.

There are 3 24-hour combinis nearby (there is a 7-Eleven just across from the hotel).

Also partially because it's not centrally located, this surrounding is quiet and you can get a good night's sleep. The pillows are on the flat side, but you can always request for an extra one from the front desk.

The hotel has an eco-friendly policy so sheets are changed every 4 days unless noticeably dirty. There is a helpful card in the room to inform you about this.

Besides a few scuff marks on the walls, the room was pristine. It was small, as with most other hotels in the same price range in Tokyo, but still comfortable (bearing in mind that I'm on the petite side). If cramped spaces bother you, this isn't for you.

Regarding the bathroom, there was ample hot water with good water pressure. A ventilation fan keeps the area dry and there didn't seem to be an issue with mold growth.

I stayed here for 5 nights and look forward to staying here again!

Clean hotel near the station

It’s s very small room, but the shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. It’s close to the station, and there are a number of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. the hotel staff were helpful and gave me a humidifier when I asked for one.

Budget hotel convenient for my morning flight from Haneda airport. Mita subway station is 2 minutes walk away and there are frequent direct trains to Haneda. The JR Takimachi station is also only 5 minutes walk.
The room was clean and comfortable. I was not there long, but it was good for me.

Typical APA Hotel with average front desk support.
Only close to Metro Mita Line. Other train lines are much further from this hotel. Shopping is minimum. Unless you have a reason to be at this location there are many other hotels that are available in the nicer area. Front desk staff are nice, but very average. Nothing special. Breakfast with only choice of fried food or baked fish. It was good for 2 days, but for a longer stay I would like to have more choices. One convenience store located behind the hotel.

Room was small as you would expect in Japan. Pillows were flat and no spare pillows were available. When housekeeping came through the second day, they didn’t change the sheets or even make the bed, though possibly because the suitcases on the floor left little room at the foot of the bed. Phone instructions were not in English and reception had limited English ability. Otherwise, was clean.

Very bad reservation department. Had booked all single beds in february but hotel wrote back only on 6oct, one week before check-in saying my reservation is double bed, giving unfair timeline for us to cancel to rebook which would be too costly last minute. There is single bed room but wanted extra charge which is rediculous.Was told to resolve with expedia which is the 3rd bad experience with expedia though l book with hotels.com. No manager around but frontdesk reception staffs were apologetic and helpfull

The room is extremely small. Could hardly move after putting only ONE luggage. The double bed is pushed to one end of the wall due to small space. The inner person need to climb over the outer person if want to ease, hence waking up the other person. Matress is extremely soft and pillow is very flat which is extremely uncomfortable. The toilet drainage is very bad and water overflow to whole toilet floor after shower. Stayed at room 1011. There is limited car park space and need to pay 3000 yen per night which is exhorbitant.

The only plus points are the room has a Big TV and good wifi. Location wise many restaurants nearby within walking distance. Subway and train station within 5-10 minutes walk.

Would certainly not recommend this hotel which can get better rooms in more lively location with this price.

Room was small, probably the smallest we experienced while in Japan. Only one lift. It was clean and they had a coin washing machine.....one washing machine and the cost was more than another place we had stayed (¥300). Not a great deal around the area of the hotel a few restaurants, Tulley’s coffee and Starbucks (limited hours) no shopping. This area was more a business area. The JR train station was a short walk away which was handy. It was a quiet area but still would recommend this hotel.

Small rooms but if all you need is a place to sleep, the beds are comfortable. The pillows are paper thin but we're surprisingly comfortable enough. It was a bit crowded with two people and two carry on size suitcases but all we needed was a place to sleep and we slept well.

I was there for 10 days and their ice machine was broken the whole time.
It's a bit small and you have to go to lobby to get extra pillows and towel.
The staff are friendly but they don't speak much English.
The cleaning is 8 out of 10.

Reasonably priced hotel in central Tokyo

Yes, the rooms are small, but they pack in everything that you need. Can't beat the price or the convenience to the subway. As a tourist from the US, I felt a bit under-dressed in their small but glamorous lobby with business clientele, but the staff was very cordial. Being able to leave our luggage while we toured Tokyo on our last day was a huge plus. We could see Tokyo Tower from our rooms. Located on a main street which made it easier to find.

My 16 years liked the view from window compare to other hotel at Ueno station area ( we could see only brick wall of next building). Very organized desk/table for limited space. So when one person sit on chair, you can't pass through. Transportation;very convenience for Toei Mita & JR Tamachi station.

Close to multiple subway lines (easy to walk to even while dragging massive suitcases)
Close to a very big park near the Japan Tower
Great area for viewing cherry blossoms
Extremely friendly and helpful staff

Negatives:
Of the three hotels I stayed in Tokyo, it was easily the smallest - even if you get a double bed room and are staying with another person it's going to be VERY tight. Your suitcases will take up what little floor space there is
While the mattress was one of the more comfortable ones in Tokyo (very soft), the pillows, if I can even call them that, were abysmal and resulted in some rough sleeps. Bring your own travel pillow, seriously

The good things are:

1. Location is great, 2 minutes walk to the nearest train station (MITA). 5 minutes walk to Tamachi station. 7-11 and Family mart are just across the street. 1-2 minutes walk.
2. Value for money. Cheaper compare to all other hotels in the area.
3. Good for 2-3 days stay.
4. The place is clean and staffs are okay

and those that requires improvement are:

1. The room is too small. Double room is too tight for two people.
2. No wardrobe/cabinet to keep your clothes.
3. Only 1 washing/drying machine available. You have to queue and wait for long at least an hour or 2 depending on how many people waiting before you.

Cardápio de café da manhã limitado a 4 tipos de obentô, que o hóspede é obrigado a tomar em seu próprio quarto (apertadíssimo), por não haver espaço próprio para tal. Ar condicionado central, sem possibilidade de regulagem de temperatura. Geladeira não funcionou no início de nossa hospedagem. O hotel somente sugeriu troca de quarto (em outro andar) ao invés de consertar ou substituir o equipamento. Equipe de recepção fria e nada colaborativa.
