We used this hotel to break a long journey twice. Could be cheaper for what you get. My son was bitten by bed bugs on the first stay. Had to prove on both stays that we had paid with bank statements and receipts as they tried to make us pay again. Paid for 5 breakfasts but we were only allowed to get 2 and refused to pay again for 3 more. Restricted 2 of my kids to one slice of bread each for breakfast! Aircon not working. Not obvious from the Expedia website that bathroom was not in the room. Not a problem but Expedia should make this more obvious and that you need your own towels.

We’ve been using F1 hotels for several years when we drive through France and this stay was exactly as expected. Hotel was easy to find and get to, adequate parking and simple check in. We had a Cabrio room this time with its own bathroom, and it was perfect for the one night we were there. Bed was comfortable and there was lots of hot water in the shower. The only downside was it was too hot! The heater controller did nothing so we had to leave the window open, which meant we could hear the road noise. This is why I’ve marked down on comfort and eco-friendliness. I’m sure other rooms were probably ok.

A step up from sleeping in your car, but not by much. Car park half full of commercial vehicles taking up 3-4 spaces each, no towels (you pay €3 extra), all but 2 of the communal toilets out of service, those 2 being in a very poor state and no one on site had access to any vending machines.

Die Unterkunft,von einem Hotel will ich nicht sprechen, ist absoluter Mindeststandard. Die Zimmer so klein, das es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten gibt. Eine Unverschämtheit finde ich das Foto, auf dem ein altes Schloss gezeigt wird. Ich war in der Annahme, dass es eine Erlebnisübernachtung in einem Schlösschen mit akutem Renovierungsstau geben wird, wegen des günstigen Preises. Aber weit gefehlt, es handelt sich um einen Billigbau, der in der unteren Etage Zimmer mit GemeinschaftsWc und Dusche vermietet.

Rien avoir avec vos photo mise sur l’annonce, 10 euros de + par chambre pour avoir une douche et un WC, papier toilette des anciens encore dans notre chambre, la douche boucher inondations dans la chambre, j’ai demander le remboursement il m’a été refuser pour cause « vous avez réserver sur internet » hors oui c’est sur j’aurais jamais réserver en venant sur place mettez les photos conforme à l’état des chambres, je lui es expliquer que ce n’était absolument pas comme sur les photos et bien sûr il ne savais pas quoi me répondre car lui même sais la catastrophe en réel, c’est un taudis et literie même pas protégée matelas déchiré mur tout à repeindre et sa sent pas le propre, on rentre dans l’hôtel avec l’impression d’entrée dans un kebab avec l’odeur horrible. Fin bon je déconseille vraiment vraiment pour clôturer le tout même pas un geste commercial. A fuire

Pas top, j'ai réservé pour un week-end, je n'ai pas pu aller aux toilettes tellement c'était sales et horribles, de l'eau au sol, des excréments sur le bord des toilettes, vraiment dégueulasse, le nettoyage des toilettes devrait être fait au moins 2 fois par jour je pense, il n'y a pas de lavabo pour se laver les mains, juste un distributeur de gel pour plusieurs WC, j'ai fait des F1 mais celui là est vraiment crade, sinon le personnel est sympa, mais bon l'employé qui a passé l'aspirateur à laisser l'aspirateur en haut des escaliers et les cordons électriques et le cordon de l'aspirateur trainaient sur toute la largeur du haut des escaliers, ce qui est hyper dangereux, j'ai du enjamber les cordons, j'aurais pu tomber, l'homme de l'accueil se permet des familiarités et de grandes discussions dans le cadre de la porte d'entrée, il suffit juste de se décaler et ne pas rester dans l'encadrement de la porte pour ne pas gêner l'entrée et la sortie des clients. Sinon le reste est correct.

Depois de uma viagem de 6,5 horas de carro desde a Espanha com um bebé e chegar ao hotel às 1am, nem sequer tivemos a oportunidade de ficar no hotel, uma vez que a reserva realizada não constava no sistema deles. A atendente não deu muita atenção nem tentou ajudar, limitando-se a repetir que como não visualizava a reserva no hotel, nada poderia fazer. Não tinham mais quartos disponíveis e tive eu que procurar por outro hotel. Não aconselho a ninguém! Péssimo atendimento e total descaso com o cliente.

Nous avons réservé et payé l’hôtel en amont, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés, on nous annonce qu’il fallait payer de nouveau, apparemment le paiement n’avait pas été effectué, pourtant on a bien été prélevé! Nous avons donc dû insister pour montrer notre bonne fois et le fait que nous avons bien réglé la chambre! On nous a également proposé la formule du petit déjeuner, on a répondu qu’on ne prenait pas de petit déjeuner. On a bien insisté auprès de nous mais nous n’avons pas cédés. Je me demande comment peut-on imposer quelque chose alors que les clients le refuse… On avait pris une chambre avec les toilettes et la douche sur le palier, on connaissait donc les avantages et les inconvénients de notre chambre. Sauf que les toilettes sont extrêmement mal entretenues, sans compter l’odeur, de l’eau partout, on ne sait pas d’où ça vient. La douche était correcte et propre! En arrivant dans notre chambre, on a été accueillis par un petit mot en haut à gauche de la tapisserie, qui n’est autre que « ACAB », cela annonçait déjà la couleur, pour nos nuits dans cet hôtel, les draps étaient propres et corrects (a vu d’œil) c’était sans compter sur les punaises de lit. En pleine nuit, nous avons été réveillé par des bruits de soufflerie, parce que les murs ne sont pas épais et l’hôtel est très mal insonorisé. On pouvait entendre parfaitement nos voisins ainsi que les voisins d’en face et le reste du couloir.

Séjour infâme. 1 seule serviette pour un couple ! A la réception aucun accueil chaleureux ! A notre arrivée nous avons commandé 2 petits déjeuners pour le lendemain matin. Oh surprise, la réceptionniste de la veille nous a aucunement précisé qu'il fallait que l'on règle les petits déjeuners la veille. Résultat pas de petit-déjeuner!! Le lendemain soir nous avons donc commandé 4 petits déjeuners pour tout notre séjour.
Grand bien nous fasse, le réceptionniste nous précise que l'on peut régler les petits déjeuners le matin au moment de prendre nos petits déjeuners !!! J'ai haussé le ton en lui expliquant la mésaventure de la veille et que je voulais absolument régler les PDJ.
Et là tout se gâte... tout d'abord il ne comprenait rien (et pour cause il était en communication avec son oreillette avec je ne sais qui !!! Il a fallu lui répéter à 3 reprises notre numéro de chambre et ensuite comme il avait toujours pas compris... il m'annonce le prix de 3 PDJ. Je reconnais que je me suis quelque peu agacé et lui ait REEXPLIQUER que je souhaitais régler 4 PDJ et non 3. Au bout de 25 mn il a enfin compris ma demande. Pensant que tout était bon et bien non. Surprise le tarif PDJ que la 1ère réceptionniste nous a donné n'était pas le même qu'au moment de régler. Bref j'ai réglé la somme demandée. Le lendemain matin au PDJ une nouvelle réceptionniste a eu vent du problème de la veille et m'a indiqué que son collègue nous a facturé l'ancien tarif. Hotel à bannir

Notre séjour a été moyen du fait déjà que notre chambre a été faite une fois sur deux , une serviette de toilette pour deux la deuxième il fallait payer , la Clim tenu par du stoch et fessait un drôle de bruit et pour le petit déjeuner pas grand choix et pas de frais

Le séjour s'est très bien passé. L'accueil de l'hôtel est très bien. Gros inconvénient cependant les toilettes et les douches ne sont pas dans les chambres mais sont communes et très petites pas spécialement propres et les tuyaux/ pommeaux de douches sont obsolètes

Pas de salle de bain individuelle, les chambres sont petites et presqu aucun mobilier. Mais par ailleurs c est propre, bien tenu, et tres bon marche.

Séjour pas cool , déçu du service et réveillé le matin par le Menage, les fenêtres qui claquent, les portes tout ça et en plus on met en doute notre parole ... dsl mais si on paye une prestation on s’attend à être tranquille un minimum et qu’on en est pas satisfait bah on fait un geste c’est ce qui s’appelle être bon commercial ! Si vous allez au restaurant et que votre plat est froid que vous n’êtes pas satisfait ou que ce n’est pas bon vous saurez le dire, le changer ou vous faire rembourser bah la c’est pareil !

Parque de estacionamento muito pequeno para o numero de lugares disponíveis, o atendimento foi horrível e sem qualquer respeito pelos clientes. Os quartos sao péssimos e dormimos em cima de um colchão com cerca de 5cm de espessura. As casas de banho são partilhadas e com muita falta de higiene.
