We didn't realize there were stairs. That was the only drawback. It would be lovely for younger people. We did use the pharmacy and small grocery nearby

Great stay, many thanks. A bit of an issue getting the right entrance (for anyone reading this, there are 2 enterances and you need the right one and may be told the wrong one!), but once all sorted, the appartment was perfect and in a great locations. Very modern, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Apartment itself is lovely, very modern. The property management aspect could do with refining - had to chase up entrance code which was supposed to be emailed 3 days before, booking includes free bottle wine but this was not received, email said check in from 2.30 but room not ready until 3.30, and only a few squares of toilet paper.
Location good, 20 mins walk from old town. We could only find parking that worked around 20 mins walk away - not ideal with heavy cases - 24 euro for 24 hours.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I don’t recommend staying here because there is no customer service. I emailed numerous times and NEVER received a response. Hotels.com even tried unsuccessfully for three days to get in touch with Villa Erizio on my behalf, but they were also unsuccessful.

The rooms are nice and roomy. Very clean, nicely appointed. Not much bathroom storage. Soundproofing between rooms was poor. Biggest complaint was check-in. I did not get instructions in advance. Stuck on curb in the rain. When we received them, the code did not work. New code issued, but it must have been a master code: upon reading instructions to room, we chose wrong door and managed to open wrong room! After much embarrassment and apologies, we checked into correct room. Went to dinner and when we returned code did not work. On curb again. Received new code. No cafes open the next morning and we requested breakfast too late. Not interested in returning.

This was a lovely apartment in every way—bright, clean, elegant, airy, and spacious, especially after the tiny room we stayed in in Paris. Loved it! It does require quite a bit of walking to get to the tram or the center of town a mile away. High thumbs up except for that.

The apartment is modern and perfectly clean. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Fantastic pastries and so forth provided each morning. Supermarket is under five minutes walk away. The city centre is an easy 20-30 minute walk. The host cleans the property immaculately each day. For the price and what is provided its hard to see this property being beaten.

There is plenty of room, a nice efficiency kitchen, modern bathroom. It is only a few blocks to walk to transportation and many historical sites, restaurants, and bars. The property manager was there and allowed us to move in a bit before check-in time, she explained a map of the area, got us situated comfortably, and brought a very nice breakfast before 8AM. She was a pleasure to deal with.

A real find!

This is a very unique place. It's in a quiet residential neighbourhood, but just a 10 minute walk to l'Hotel du Ville (the epicenter of the lively pedestrianised core of Bordeaux). Our sparkling-clean unit (the Tivoli) was on two levels, with a large bedroom upstairs and a smaller kitchen area down. The bed was a comfortable queen-size, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We were provided with cheese, fruit, fresh bread and pastries, juice, coffee, tea and mineral water each morning. All at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Had a fantastic stay at Villa Erizio. Apartment was spotless & very nicely decorated. Communication with Fabrizio was excellent. When we arrived we were greeted with a bottle of Bordeaux wine & the fridge was full of cheese, milk, orange, juice & butter. Also plenty of tea, coffee (nice coffee machine) hot chocolate etc. every morning we were brought breakfast which was hung on our door from around 8am which was lovely (bread, croissants, pain au chocolate) and there was a dishwasher, microwave oven and plenty of cutlery. The foyer area was immaculate & there were golfing umbrellas (which we needed sadly as we did get a bit of rain) - overall a fantastic find! Thanks so much

Cute little place. Close enough to walk to city center and close enough for local stops. I absolutely loved their great communication between the detailed instruction book for everything in the room and details upon booking that even provided me details on how to arrive by bus. All the details were extremely thoughtful and helped my stay go smoothly. Loved the breakfast on my door every morning and I was pleasantly surprised that they would come to tidy up each day. It was a nice surprise! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Accommodation was brilliant. It reminded us of a home stay with Hotel qualities. The Breakfast was delivered every morning and you served when you were ready. Room cleaned every day and supplies replenished. Even had umbrellas in the foyer, if it was raining. The small touches that make a difference. They thought of everything. Only 5 mins walk from the Center of town and in a lovely quiet area, with Shops and Cafe on your doorstep. Will be recommending this place and will be back again.

We stayed at the Mandaline apartment which was very comfortable, well laid out and super clean. Access with the code was easy. The kitchen is fully equipped and breakfast is delivered in the morning. It is a bit of a walk, 15/20 mins, from the old town, but google maps will guide you.

Delighted by our two nights stay. I agree with all the reviews. The quality of the bed was excellent. We really appreciated the attentions such as the cheese, milk, butter, fresh fruits, water, many coffee capsules and refilled every day - there are so very few French hotels doing this nowadays, always on the cheap side. I find this especially welcoming, the owners care for their guests! The area is also perfect a lovely street, we walked everywhere from there and didn't take any transport except for the taxi from the airport.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Erizio! The Halfeti apartment was clean, modern, and only a 15 minute walk to the city center. Our favorite part of the stay was waking up to fresh croissants, pain au chocolate, and baguettes every day. The stocked fridge, umbrellas, and luggage lockers made our stay incredibly convenient. What a find! I Can't praise this property and its staff more highly. As arranged they sent us an access code for the front door and the room, - all ran like clockwork. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for our stay. The walk-in shower was powerful and the provided toiletries very good.
In the fridge was left butter and cheeses, there was also honey, a selection of jams, crackers and madeleines. Every morning at 8am they delivered fresh bread, croissants and pan au chocolate (still warm!) and hung the bag on our door. Delicious.
When we realised that we had a late flight out, the staff helped us organise a locker for our bags using the same code as we'd been provided.
Communication was perfect throughout and the staff very friendly and accommodating.
We will definitely stay at Villa Erizio again.

This hotel is the example of all hotels. The owner went into every detail to make the customers comfortable. The rooms was spacious, spotless, and well equipped. The cleaning everyday was thorough. The supply of food, bread, pastries, butter, cheese, milk, sugar .... was also filled everyday. Even olive oil, salt and pepper were provided. Couldn't believe a hotel could be so generous. We had such a nice stay, thanks to the great service of this hotel!

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Didn’t expect to have daily cleaning and refilling of snacks like cheeses and coffee daily for serviced apartments. We felt really at home. The laundry machine in the communal area also very useful. If the management could put a little shelf in the shower, that would be perfect. We will definitely stay again. Spacious one bedroom apartment. Parking was easy in the street too.

I strongly recommend these apartments! We had a great stay here. The room was thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, the owners obviously didn’t cut any corners with the design. The breakfast included was perfect and the coffee maker in the kitchenette was really good! There were even umbrellas downstairs for guests to use in the rain. Easy to walk to the town and attractions. We were able to take the bus from the train station and also to the airport from nearby. The only issue might be with the stairs connecting to the mezzanine bedroom if you have mobility issues as the toilet is on the lower level, but I’m not sure if this is a feature in all of the apartments. Thank you so much!

To sleep quietly and visit Birdeaux!!

Very luxurious! Everything is nice and helpful!
If I return, i will choose a room without mezz because the WC are downstairs. The breakfast was amazing and fresh every morning. Ten minutes and you are in the Center of the town so it is very quiet for sleeping! Nice place to stay!!!

Immaculately clean, modern accommodations in a quiet street walking distance to the city center. All the details have been meticulously arranged: From the welcome gift to the breakfast to the excellent communication with the manager, Fabrizio. Our stay was truly comfortable and trouble free.

Just in for 1 night and an early start but Fabrizio was most helpful with communication about accessing the property and alternate breakfast arrangements. Great property with excellent facilities in the room. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful place to stay! Very clean. Good neighborhood. Loved the bag of fresh breads left hanging on our door each morning. Everything necessary to make our stay comfortable was provided, including a washer and dryer.

It was a fabulous place to stay - I can’t fault it. The staff are amazing and as a coeliac made sure I had everything I needed. It is very conveniently located for public transport too - Palais de Justice is just around the corner. Exceptionally clean. A great place to stay in Bordeaux.

A small 2-tier apartment, very clean, good bed and pillows, two TVs, a large shower, a more than plentiful continental breakfast and if you feel like it you can cook in the mini kitchenette, that’s basically what we got. A bit far from centre town, the tram is a good 15 minute walk but is very practical to go from one touristic attraction to another. We would go back to Villa Erizio.

Amazing apartments

Wonderful apartments with extremely modern appliances. Lovely breakfast and location. The only thing was we stayed in the duplex and the top floor ie bedroom was very hot and difficult to cool - think it needs its own A/C or at least a fan during the hottest months.

If you are coming to Bordeaux and want quiet, safe, clean and luxurious accommodation then this is absolutely perfect. We enjoyed a welcome pack with fresh milk, teas, coffees, cakes, cheese and of course a bottle of Bordeaux wine. We loved the space and the very well equipped bathroom. Fresh breakfast pastries were left on our door each morning and were wonderful. Cannot fault this amazing property. Secure and smart- book it, you will not be disappointed in any way. Thank you for a memorable stay- we will certainly return when next in Bordeaux.

Absolutely fantastic stay. The Mandaline room was beautiful with updated decor and furnishings. The staff was extremely friendly and even provided fresh baked goods every morning which was a real treat. Easily our best stay we had in our trip through France!

Great choice of apartment in Bordeaux

Stayed for 4 nights in one of the fabulous apartments at villa erizio, location was ideal for walking to the main sights and also for airport bus, city bikes and tram links. We were provided with breakfast baguettes, croissants along with jams, butters, cheese and orange juice every morning to set us up for the day. If we're ever in Bordeaux again we'd more than likely book this accommodation again.

Amazing accommodation in a beautiful old building in a quiet central street. The interior is modern, very stylish and super clean. Very comfortable bed, TV with Netflix Beautiful details were a Bordeaux wine waiting for us as a welcome at our arrival and a bag with fresh bread, croissants and pain au chocolat was hunging on our door every morning! Really highly recommended!
