Clean studio room with kitchen, stove, microwave and fridge, very convenient location, walking distance to train station, fresh produce market, restaurant, grocery store, tram and buses. Staff were very nice to find a room and let us checked in early. But the room AC was broken, then next day we were switched to another room with working AC. Overall very good experience staying at this hotel.

The room was in decent condition, but the walls were a little scuffed and it just felt a little dated. Bedding was okay, not the most comfortable, but I would say matched the price we paid. It was convenient having laundry machines available, as well as the small kitchen in the room. The area itself was a little rough around the edges, but was easy to get around and into the city.

The thing that really stops this from being higher than average was that there was a really bad smell coming from the shower drain and if we left the washroom door open, the whole room would smell. We asked the staff if there was something they could do, and they came up to put something down the drain, but it only helped for a few hours. We ended up using a plastic bag and an extra towel to block the drain whenever we weren't using it, and that helped a bit.

The staff were great - spoke English as well as French. The room was as advertised. Did not buy breakfast. Great location. Close to all transportation, the river, many monuments at the gate st Jean.

The hotel lent out umbrellas which was great.

The room needed to be maintained, mold in the cupboard, wobbly toilet seat, smelly bathroom. One light wasn't working but it was fixed the day later.
Close to the train station and bus stop.
A/C worked very well.

Overall a good stay for that price, really just need to be more looked after.

Lovely clean hotel, about 25 minutes walk into the centre. There was a strange smell in our room the whole time during our 3 night stay, even after leaving the windows open for long periods of time. Apart from that, ideal if you don't mind walking a little to the heart of the city!

Avoid Staying Here !

So, I booked this place because we were staying for a few days in Bordeaux and when we do longer stays we prefer to make our own breafast and have some room to move.
So this place did fit the bill but there was issues right away. Like the elevator that brought you up from the parking garage did not work, so hauling all of our luggage was difficult. Then the key card also did not work, so we went via the auto route out of the garage with all of our luggage in tow and couldn't get the door to work ! Eventually another car came in and activated the door so we could get out. I told the reception about our issue and they said someone was coming to fix the elevator. Fadt forward 4 days and the elevator was still boken, and the key card to let you into the garage didnt work (again!).
The bed was comforable but the bathroom door was broken and the sofa was in need of being replaced.
I would have given the place a 3 ☆ rating but all the key card issues and parking elevator firced me to drop it to a 2☆.

Easy to find short walk from main railway station

Easy to find and within walking distance of the Bordeaux Saint John main railway station. Friendly reception staff and very well maintained room with everything required except for dishwashing liquid and tea towels. Very clean. A number of small shops for supplies nearby. Would happily stay there again

Never Ever Stay Here If You Like Sleep

This “hotel” is a disaster. Forget about staff that don’t care and not willing to help. Fully knowing they are across from a concert venue, staff decided to put us in a room right next to the venue on a Saturday night. Constant shouting by tens of people for hours into early morning. Front desk person (who can’t speak a word of English) listening to music with earbuds in and couldn’t care less when I went down to resolve this issue. Practically begged her to phone cops and finally she reluctantly did so. Told me cops don’t care and won’t come unless there is a fight and weapons are involved. Well, be that as it may, this is on All Suites for having the audacity to put guests in a room knowing they won’t get a wink of sleep. Shame on them. I am writing this review to save my fellow travelers from ruining their stay in Bordeaux by staying in this dreadful hotel (for lack of a better word).

Extremely disappointed by the cleanliness of this hotel. This resulted in an immediate checkout and a refund request. The bathroom toilet had human excrement all over it (inside and out), there was a filthy toilet bowl brush next to the toilet, and questionable substances smeared on the floor. The bathroom sink was also dirty. The one plus side-- the front desk was apologetic and responsive in checking me out and stating that a refund would be granted. Buyer beware.

The hotel has modern comfortable room. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Only downside is that it was VERY noisy during my stay as they had mechanics drilling and hammering during the day as the air conditioning was being updated in every room. I wish the construction work had been mentioned during the booking process.

Decent property. Booked for 4 nights as 1st night was at another property which we had booked for 5 nights. Moved from there after 1st night as property had mold and no a/c.had booked for 4 nights since this had a a/c. On first night, the a/c didnt work. Complained to manager and she said no rooms available for a change for 1st night. To try next day. Next day were moved to another room which had working a/c.
Asked for refund for 1st night. Manager asked us to contact hotels.com for refund and once hotels.com request it, he will approve it. Did file a request with hotels.com. yet to hear from them. Disappointed with service from hotels.com

Awful experience, will never go back

We stayed here for 8 nights and they only cleaned the room once. We ran out of soap in the shower on our second day, and literally asked every day if they could refill it…they never did. The AC was not working. We set the temperature to 17C Ethernet room temperature was always at 26-28C. We complaint about this, never got fixed. Too many issues to write them here, will never stay there again

I am so happy I booked this hotel. Wow, the rooms are quite spacious, plenty of space to lay out all my luggage. The room was clean. The kitchen had a microwave, toaster, refrigerator, knife, pot, pan, induction cook top, sink, two glass bowls, dish soap.

The staff at the check in were warm and welcoming. They were helpful and spoke many different languages. The hotel is so close to public transportation, or if you want to walk, many things are close by. The price for what you get is a great value!

The hotel was disappointing. On the positive side the room size was good and the staff were nice. However it was hard to sleep, there was noise coming from a bar/club and it was too light at night. The room safe was broken and the very small supplies of toilet roll, coffee etc were not replenished/filled up. There were no cleaning fluids except for washing up liquid but there is only cleaning once a week or when you leave except for washing up liquid.

I arrived at this property and was shocked to see the rooms. It looked nothing like the photos online. I immediately called Expedia to inform
Them that I would be canceling and staying somewhere else. I expected a refund based on the complaints and photos I had of the room. They were not helpful at all. We found a lovely boutique hotel for the same price in a better area.

En la recepción increíblemente me acompaño al edificio donde estaba el departamento y el recepcionista no me ofreció llevar la valija (increíble). tampoco me imformó como se abria la puerta para salir del edificio y no entendía como hacerlo. The location is very convenient as it is a 5 min walk away from the main train station. The hotel itself is in good conditions, the staff is helpful and they offer a decent buffet breakfast. However it could improve in cleanliness. And as it's located next to a concert hall, there was a lot of noise on the street during cerain nights (the hotel was accomodating and agreed to switch us to a higher floor with less noise impact). Overall good value for money.

Disappointing- definitely not as reported. While the hotel states there are irons and boards available upon request, there were no boards ( hotel said they were stolen) and iron was filthy.
Staff at check in seemed bothered to be approached and were more interested in talking amongst themselves over assisting guests.

Clean, small apartment but well equipped kitchen. Very hot with no fan - you can open window but still stuffy. Unfortunately elevator wasn’t working in car park so had to lug bags up stairs. Also no instruction on parking. If you are driving - there is a small street with metal gate at end you can pull into to check in. About 20 mins from city centre.

the front desk lady refuse to change our room or cancel it.

This is a simple apartment hotel that’s well kept. The staff, being the front desk clerk, was great. The heat in our room wasn’t working, so they brought a blanket and later moved us to a different room. It’s a bit far from downtown, but it’s near the bus and under a 10 min walk from the city’s larger marketplace. We’d come back.

We loved Bordeaux; it is friendly, full of fascinating buildings and a lovely river side promenade. We enjoyed the World of Wine museum very much.
The apartment was ideal, clean and comfortable. We walked into the city centre etc but there is an excellent tram network and river buses.

At our firs booking the room was spacious comfortable and the staff polite and helpful. At the second booking (two days apart) the room was dreadful . No airconditioning, opposite a noisy child minding centre, and when we requested a change and a fan (and a hairdryer) staff became unhelpful and a male front desk person quite rude. Only contemplate the main building; if you are offered the non-airconditioned area, look for another hotel.

Both receptionists were on their mobile phones while we waited for 5 minutes.
Temperature was +90 F and there was no A/C nor even a little table fan. Hot, hot, hot. We had to use taxi to go to nearest place to eat. Won't recommend this place to friends, especially in summer months.
Recommended to staff to install a small table fan, and the answer was \"we told you so. No A/C nor fan\". Why not install just $20 table fan?? Unthinkable for such attitude/service.
Breakfasts were good, tasteful omelette and fresh orange (to make your own OJ)

The standard for cleanliness was much lower than expected. But overall was an ok place to stay. The staff were pleasant. The breakfasts were very good. Housekeeping was not good. Always sent only 1towel. Didn’t vacuum the whole time we were there. The bathroom walls and baseboards were horrid. The bathroom window was broken from one side to the other. Would not recommend. Was too far away from the city centre and public transportation.

New building with hardly any ventilation, Air conditioning switch was broken and no air conditioning for EXECTIVE STUDIO. You can't open the window because bars nearby, guys screaming even 4am in the morning. Hotel promised to change another room for me but never happened. Sweating all night long. The worst is house keeping never came to my room to clean and change towels during my whole stay (3 nights).
I left my big hair curler in the bath room and called back to the hotel within an hour after I checked out. they said they couldn't find it. What kind of a hotel it is? The worst hotel I ever stay in France.
Poor breakfast except the fresh squeeze orange juice.

Fairly convenient for the key sights, which are about 20 minutes walk away. A regular bus service runs close by. Station is about 10 minutes walk. Supermarket 5minutes.

Superior suite was comfortable and reasonably equipped with fridge, hot plate, microwave etc Saucepans but no frying pan. No toaster but could request one.

Reception staff were pleasant enough but not particularly welcoming.

Room cleaning thorough but not daily. We had to twice request a second set of towels as only one set replaced.

Hotel very quiet, no disturbance from within or without. Efficient air con.

Bit clinical but worked well for us and we would be very happy to stay again.

The rooms were spotless and the staff all friendly and helpful. For me the location wasn't great but would be good for train travellers. Next time I come to Bordeaux I'll get somewhere nearer a tramline.

Almost perfect for me!

Room was perfect for me - powerful hair dryer, clean & good quality towels, comfortable bed, sound-proof room, utensils, microwave, fridge, & kettle, a cushy sofa for me to wear my boots or look out of the window, a nice small table & chair for me to have snacks or do light work.

Location is in between Bordeaux Main Train Station (5-7 mins walk), and their main attractions (15-20 mins walk).

There is a boulangerie just ~100m away from the hotel, facing the Main Street called Opera. They make the best croissants, with flaky exterior & melty pillowy buttery interior. Opens at 7am, so just nice to grab something before starting the day.

The only tiny issue I had was the make-up for my room wasn’t as thorough as I wanted it to be. However, this is a small thing & will not deter me from staying here again next time round!

This hotel is in a great location, easy to get to from the airport using the local bus. Close to the train station & the teams.
It's really clean, the rooms are large with a great little kitchen area.
Shower really good with plenty of hot water.
The staff a all really friendly and helpful.
I'd stay here again
