I paid the full hotel fee via Expedia using PayPal. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff claimed that the payment was declined—even though I showed them both the receipt and the bank transaction. Despite this, they charged me again. When I asked to speak with the manager and requested their names, they called the police instead. I ended up paying twice for a trrible room. I would never recommend this place—this is fraud. Room and toilets and bathroom were very very dirty.

This place is an aberration. It is nothing like the listing, the stench of cigarette smoke is the nicest thing about the place, let’s just say that. The staff are sub-human. It is not air conditioned. The infestation of insects is bewildering and HOW this place remains open is beyond my comprehension. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF RESPECT.

The description claims this place has been refurbished but that must have been some time ago. Facilities were shabby and well worn. We upgraded to the cabrio room, with a private bathroom. The cabrio room was tiny. I’ve seen bigger bathrooms in camper vans and the aircon was barely adequate. It was also located on what looks like an industrial estate.

The conditions of the room is excellent for the price you get. There is a language barrier with staff and the lady in the evening who was grumpy and was not even able to help with wifi but the lady in the morning was super helpful and even printed out my boarding pass for me which was very kind of her

TURN BACK!
BEWARE! The pictures and descriptions of this hotel are far from reality. Without a car you have to walk an extremely long way (at least 30 min) through a bad part of town just to get into the city center. Speaking of the walk, we had to hop scotch our way to the door because there was piles of feces, yes poo all over. In regards to the service we experienced an unwelcoming and quite uncooperative employee at the front desk. As we looked around the lobby our eyes went straight to the buffet breakfast...or should I say counter of crumbs. There was one container of stale cereal, a basket of old bread and a coffee machine. Overall I would say you get extremely less for the amount paid. We actually ended up turning back and booking another hotel in the city because we felt unsafe, far away from the city, and ultimately extremely unwelcomed.

Pretty bad location behind a warehouse of some sorts, no air conditioning (if you think you can survive, think again), called a hotel when it's REALLY a communal shower/W.C hostel very misleading to us. Also think the water from the sink made us sick!

The room was basic, but priced accordingly, so was as expected. The location was grim. It was a 25 min walk to the train station, 40 mins to the city centre. That is fine, but walking back at night felt quite dark and lonely.
They only supplied 2 small handtowels, so I had to use my own to take a shower.
The wifi was very unstable - it kept dropping the connection every 10 mins.
The breakfast is only cereal, croissant, jam, coffee and juice, but is all-you-can-eat and good value at 3.15 euros.

you get what you pay for
What do you expect of an F1? its as basic as possible, just treat it as somewhere to lay your head overnight and it will do the job. Its probably the cheapest accomadation close to the nice areas of the city, but 'close' is relative as its a fair trek by foot through a dingy nieghbourhood (on the east side of the river anyway) till you get to the good bits, or you can drive and suffer the traffic jams, bizzare junction layouts and the interminable quest for a parking space.

Hotel located in a run down area close to the river, but near the centre of the city. Surprised to find we had no ensuite facilities and had to share the toilet and shower with other residents. However, this may have been our fault for looking at price rather than facilities. That said for a one night stay the hotel met our basic needs.

Hébergement proposant plusieurs options, notamment chambres à P’tits prix avec douche et sanitaires commun et des chambres avec salle d’eau privée et serviettes comme la chambre que j’ai prise. Confort correct et taille de la chambre avec salle de bain étroite mais très fonctionnelle. Pour une nuitée, c’est un bon plan quand on vient de loin pour aller aux concerts à l’Arkea qui finissent tard.

Foi uma estadia bem modesta apesar de saber que o valor da diária já vislumbrava um hotel simples, na reserva não fica claro que não tem banheiro privativo, pior que também não tinha toalhas nos quartos e tivemos que pedir , no quarto tem uma pia mas não tem sabonete e nem toalha de rosto, ou seja , não podemos chamar de hotel

Impossible de dormir la nuit à cause du bruit. Toilettes et salle de bain avec peu de propriétés. Literie dans un état tres sale et des taches sur le lit. Je n'y retournerais plus jamais.

L'hébergement avec une chambre Cabrio est correct. L'hôtel est bien situé pour se rendre à la salle de concert. Par contre, l'espace petit déjeuner (lors d'un lendemain de concert) est très insuffisant pour la capacité de l'hôtel : peu de places, peu de vaisselle, personnel (une seule personne !)dépassé par la quantité de personnes à gérer au même moment, machine à café défectueuse, obligation de se dépêcher pour déjeuner en raison du manque de places, réapprovisionnement compliqué car la personne de service doit tout gérer en même temps : vaisselle, réapprovisionnement, réparation de la machine, entrées et sorties de l'hôtel... C'est fort dommage...

Mauvais séjour. Personnels désagreable, propreté 0, des tache sur les draps, des cheveux partout. Douche collective donc pas d’eau chaude, et ne parlons pas des chambres, javais demander 2 lits simples au final avec mon ami on c’est retrouver dans un lit 2 places. Les murs sont fin donc on entend tout le personnel rigole, cri dans les couloirs à 3h du matin. Je suis déçu je ne vous conseils pas

Les toilettes communs : j'ai voulu nettoyer derrière moi avec la brosse, le bac de celle ci était remplie à rabod d'eau (j'ai pensé que c'était du désinfectant), qu'elle ne fut pas ma surprise de découvrir qu'ils n'étaient simplement pas vidés et que l'eau de la brosse était marron....
À vomir , ce serait bien de revoir ça .

Die Unterkunft war sehr weit außerhalb in keiner schönen Umgebung. Die Toiletten waren immer nass, da das Reinigungspersonal diese mit einem Hochruckreiniger absprühte. Im Zimmer selbst wurden wir nachts von unzähligen Mücken wachgehalten (vielleicht wäre ein Mückengitter in der Gegend angebracht). Es gab Klebestellen am Boden.
Das Personal an sich war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend. Im Groben hat die Unterkunft einen neuen, sauberen Eindruck gemacht. Buchen würden wir aufgrund der Lage und der Toiletten nicht mehr.
