It used to be home to diplomats working in Bonn. Now, feels like muslim town, lots of Arab shops and restaurants. But to be fair, we had the best street food there. No good sitting restaurants around. Hotel staff was not very helpful. AC was not working. Need to climb some stairs with luggage to get to the reception.

A delightful and well appointed retreat in Bonn. Staff were exceptional and speak English quite well a major factor for us monolingual types. The breakfast, included in the price, was typical German fare-- cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, muesli, breads and rolls, juice and strong coffee--and was among the best of any hotels I've stayed at in Germany (and Europe) over the past 20+ years.

They didn't provide microwave nor electric kettle inside the room. They want us to come downstairs to warm our food or boil water for tea. They also said we can't eat nor drink in our room. The little refrigerator provided was filled with drinks that we have to pay for if we had drank them (that's not bad business idea) but we had to emptied it to put our stuffs in it.

It was a comfortable hotel with very friendly staff and a good breakfast. The WiFi was exceedingly slow. The rooms were small, but comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. Everything was very clean.

I was just at the hotel for one night on my way to conduct research interviews in the Bonn area. I discovered that I had a Skype job interview the night of my arrival, so I made sure to contact the hotel to make sure that the Internet connection was strong enough for my interview. I was reassured that it was. It turned out that my call was dropped several times, which was very frustrating. I had also spent the day traveling from Berlin by train and I was very worried about my Skype interview and I figured that room service would take my mind off of worrying about time management. I discovered that there isn't any room service and that the restaurant only does breakfast. The area of Bonn that the hotel is in is very nice but finding something quick at 8pm was difficult.

Stayed for a week for business. The price was very affordable compared to nearby hotels and especially in other parts of the city, yet is still very accessible due to both a train and metro station within a 5 minute walk. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are appropriately sized and the beds are very comfortable. The TV has an inordinate number of channels in many languages.

Unhelpful staff who were slow to help and asked for money for charges we shouldn’t have to pay. Decor is decades old and the view nonexistent. Hotel is hard to find if you’re driving. Garage ok and cheaper than others nearby but not particularly safe. We didn’t stay for breakfast.

Lage inmitten der Fußgängerzone. Eine Anfahrt mit dem Auto muss man mit Koblenzer Straße 6 im Navi machen, da die meisten Navis einen sonst in die Einbahnstraße leiten. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng, das wir mit unserem SUV lieber wieder rausgefahren sind und draußen geparkt haben. Der Empfang war nett und das Frühstücksbuffet wirklich gut. Unser Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, aber auch sehr klein. Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone ist gut.

es ist ein gut geführtes und sehr sauberes Hotel, leider für

Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bad erscheint vor kurzem saniert worden zu sein.
Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass es keinen kostenlosen Parkplatz dazu gab und auch die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage nicht mit einem größeren Auto befahren werden kann. Dazu kommt, dass der Zugang zum Empfang von der Straße aus nur durch eine steile Treppe ohne Aufzug möglich ist oder man über die Tiefgarage den Aufzug dann nutzen kann. Das habe ich nicht geprüft.
Für jeden der größer als 1.90m ist sei angeraten dies dem Hotel mitzuteilen wenn er am Bettende keinen störenden Schrank stehen haben möchte. Für mich war das Zimmer zu klein

Ein wirklich nett eingerichtetes Einzelzimmer mit einem sehr schönen Bad. Das Personal unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr gerne wieder.

Super Bett die Matratzen waren so gut , das man sehr gut geschlafen hat auch die Bettdecke und Kissen waren toll weich und alles sehr sauber. Leider gab es im Baad keine Steckdosen. Trotz allem haben wir uns sehr wohlgefüglt und würden ihr Hotel weiter empfehlen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen ihre Gäste
