If you are old enough to remember youth hostels, this will suit you! Definitely not 4*. Based on hotel video was fantastic but our experience very different.
They have NO double beds. Singles are just pushed together not even made into a double. No double sheet on top to make into a double. Reception closed at 10pm.
First morning breakfast served on tiered trays in bar/ reception. Second morning full buffet, , but hot food dry due to heat lamps but better than first morning.
No lift in our accommodation block.
Appears to be a training/ tutoring facility with seminar rooms and a block solely for group sessions.
No multilingual information.
Vineyard looked nice. Room clean but no servicing during our stay.

Room was hot but had great view of the Rhein river. Reception hard to find. Keep looking to your right as you drive through the complex. Missed it twice looking ahead and not to the right after each turn. Close to Drachenfels castle but a car still needed. Very clean and nice! Vineyards at your door very scenic.

Check in closed at 11pm and although I arrived after this time, I was still not notified of the code to get my keys to my room. considering I had a room booked and hadn't yet arrived do to a delayed flight, the hotel should have known I was coming and sent me the information I required.

The hotel is located a bit away from the city, it took us some time to find it. There are a lot of parking places, but there are chances that all parking places near the hotel will be taken, and another parking is quite away from the hotel. There several buildings at the hotel, we stayed at “Garden house” which is about 50 meters from main hotel building and closest parking.
The rooms look fine, with everything clean and cozy inside, and with very big windows looking from the hill. Soap and shower gel were almost empty, so it was good that we had ours.
Breakfast was good with choice of food, though service was not great, service lady cared mostly about room numbers, and was reluctant to help with anything.
Checkout was the slowest I have ever had. It took 15 minutes for the guy to see if they got money from Hotels.com and calculate what tax we have to pay.
The rooms look fine, with everything clean and cozy inside, and with very big windows looking from the hill. Soap and shower gel were almost empty, so it was good that we had ours.

Incredibly clean, neat location, great views
This very clean hotel is meant for people enjoying the hills south and east of Bonn. It is not meant as a luxury hotel, but a comfortable hotel for hikers. It usable for Bonn meetings only if you like walking 20 minutes to the local train or taxis.

It's like every now and then someone is trying to open the door.
2. There's no spy hole on the door which has to be taken into consideration and door chain should be fitted to the rooms.
3. No telephone in the rooms to connect to the reception.
4. No Airconditioner in the room but there is a radiator for winter.
5.The room cleaners will just knock and use their master key to help themself into the room without waiting to hear a reply.
They almost walked into the room with my wife in her knickers which i found very embarrassing.
I complained to the receptionist when we checked out tofay the 23rd of September 2017.
Overall nice hotel, good hot breakfast buffet meal and friendly staff.
Work was still going on when we arrived and left.
If all this things mentioned is put in place I'll give it a 4* hotel.

Ich bin vollstens zufrieden. Es war unser 4ter Besuch in diesem Hotel. Lage ist mega, Parkplätze kostenlos, Sauberkeit top. Das Personal scheint neu zu sein oder relativ neu man hat es gemerkt dass die Sicherheit noch nicht so da war, aber bemüht. Was mir aber bei diesem Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht gefallen hat waren die Kopfkissen. Mit dem Wort Katastrophe lässt es sich nicht beschreiben. Ansonsten kann ich wirklich nicht sagen ich wünschte ich hätte ein eigenes Kopfkissen dabei gehabt das war vielleicht mal ein Kissen aber mir fehlen dazu die Worte. Aber das macht das Hotel nicht schlecht ich kann es wirklich nur empfehlen beim nächsten Mal nehme ich ein eigenes Kissen mit weil ansonsten ist dieses Hotel wirklich mega und das Essen sowieso

Wir haben das behindertengerechte Zimmer bekommen. Nicht, dass uns die Tatsache störte, da wir es eigentlich nicht brauchten, sondern eher die Sauberkeit des Bades. Es war komplett verschimmelt. Fugen, Dichtlippen und ein Wasserschieber waren komplett verschimmelt und die Dichtlippen nicht mehr existent. Dadurch ist beim Duschen (nur mit Schlappen möglich - zum Glück hatten wir welche dabei) das komplette Badezimmer geflutet gewesen. Auf die Frage, ob wir ein anderes Zimmer bekämen gab es die Antwort, dass es keine Zimmer mehr gäbe, man uns aber das Bad wischen könne. Notgedrungen nahmen wir das Angebot an. Wäre es nicht spät gewesen und wir hätten dringend Schlaf gebraucht, wären wir da leider nicht länger geblieben. Die Betten sind zum Glück bequem, jedoch gibt es keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern. Durch das nasse Bad war es sehr feucht-warm im Zimmer und wir konnten kaum schlafen.
In Summe würden wir hier leider nicht mehr wieder kommen und ärgern uns über die 80€, die das Zimmer gekostet hat.

Tijdens onze reizen en vakanties verblijven we in diverse hotels. Echter, de \"Junge Urlaubsidee für Alle\" (JUFA) hotels zijn niet naar onze smaak. De kamer was klein en donker, en het bed was oncomfortabel. De badkamer was goed en de douche aangenaam, maar de ruimte was eveneens beperkt. Als groeps- en familiehotel was het op de gang lawaaierig door kinderen die rennend en springend naar hun kamers gingen. We hebben dit hotel geprobeerd, maar zullen het in de toekomst vermijden.

Wir haben ein Vierbettzimmer für vier Erwachsene gebucht, welches sich vor Ort als großzügiges Apartment inkl. Terrasse entpuppte, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Auch die vielen kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel waren von großem Vorteil. Wir waren nicht im Haupthaus, sondern in einem Nebengebäude untergebracht, weswegen wir nach abendlicher Schließung der Rezeption keinen Zugang mehr zum Haupthaus hatten. Wir hätten dort, nach einem langen Tag, gerne noch ein paar Snacks besorgt. Dafür konnten wir dann das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen umso mehr genießen, welches von hervorragender Qualität war. Es war alles da, was wir uns gewünscht hatten. Auch das Personal war freundlich. Klare Empfehlung für Familien und Gruppen.

Prima familiekamer met een stapelbed voor de kinderen in plaats van de verwachte slaapbank. Mooie ligging van hotel. Iets minder was het feit dat we 17:30 uur aankwamen en niet meer in het hotelrestaurant konden eten die avond omdat je je hiervoor aan moest melden voor 17:00 uur. Alternatief was of pizza of elders. Na lange autorit dus weer naar de stad om te eten. Receptiemedewerkster was wel erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed. We zaten in gebouw Petersberg op begane grond; zou wel goed zijn om een dranger op de buitendeur te plaatsen omdat die nu veel herrie maakt als er iemand doorheen gaat.

Das Hotel entsprach keineswegs einem 4 Sterne Hotel ! Das Zimmer ca. 14 qm Nasszelle viel zu klein. Kleine Betten, zwischen Bett und Wand 30 cm Abstand - das man an der Wand sehen konnte (verschmutzt und abgenutzt), 1 Stuhl im DZ; keine Ablagefächer im Schrank; kein Kosmetikset im Bad. Die Liste könnte man noch fortsetzen.

Wir hatten ein 22 qm großes DZ gebucht und sollten in ein Zimmer mit weniger als 10 qm einquartiert werden. Aufgrund meiner Beschwerde konnten wir in ein 22 qm großes 3-Bett-Zimmer umziehen.

Ich habe vier Tage in einem Einzelzimmer verbracht. Das Zimmer war recht klein aber absolut ausreichend für den Aufenthalt, zumal das zugehörige Bad sehr großzügig war. Einrichtung und Bad wirkten relativ neu. Leider lag das Zimmer direkt neben einer der Zwischentüren, die immer mit sehr lautem Getöse zugefallen sind. Die Geräuschkulisse war daher sehr unangenehm. Das Hotel liegt auf einer Anhöhe. Wenn man also zu Fuß die Innenstadt erreichen möchte, sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass der Rückweg etwas beschwerlich wird. Ansonsten eignet sich das Hotel gut für Ausflüge und Wanderungen entlang des Rheinsteigs. Auch die Innenstadt von Bonn ist mit dem ÖPNV gut zu erreichen.
