We loved our girls weekend away. Batman (Zion) was so awesome, helped us the whole weekend and made sure we had a great stay. He was very professional and went above and beyond, making sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed and made us laugh more than we can count. You have great staff. Your hotel is beautiful and has a great lay out. We were a little sad that the outside pool was closed for repairs but we will let that slide. As the room was very nice, the AC worked well and the water pressure was amazing!

Front desk staff was very good. Didn’t use the breakfast. Room was large but the bathroom was very small with the sink in the bedroom area. No privacy. Furniture was clean and comfortable. No telephone!!! Wall a/c under window. Not one housekeeper I came across spoke English. No phone in room so
I had to go to the desk to get what I needed.

The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The staff was amazing. Air conditioning worked very well. My only issue was that I had booked a double room, and I was told when I arrived that it wasn’t available. We had to sleep 3 people to a king, as that was all that was available.

The hotel was nice, parking was free, and the hotel listed "pet-friendly" as one of it's amenities.

I am thankful for that, however, I paid a nonrefundable $100 "deposit" for having a small dog with me. This should have been in the listing.

I'm very disappointed-I literally chose this hotel for the pet-friendly listing and the lack of "deposit".

I called the property directly prior to check in and was told our room had a microwave. We checked in, no microwave which was fine. When I explained to the night mgr at check in, he argued and got very loud and rude that no one there told me that.I showed my phone call log. He continued to argue. There was no reason for that. He also hung out with his buddies in the lobby, very unprofessional. BUT the property was clean, the breakfast was WONDERFUL!

The property was average at best. The rooms are super tiny. The bathroom makes you feel claustrophobic. No drawer space to take clothes out of luggage. Literally 2 drawers for a family of 5. The pool wasn't open, but it didn't look clean. Work-out area was meh. The staff was nice, but not around very much. First night, I was told the room I had reserved was not available anymore, and they tried to give me a smaller room. The room I got was on the 3rd floor, and the elevator didn't go down, so I had to take the stairs all week. Elevators were dirty, and I felt very skeptical getting into them. Check out ther was nobody at the front desk. Multiple people just left their key cards at the front because they got tired of waiting. Just an overall bad experience, I will not be going or recommending this hotel to anyone.

The elevators only one work..The AC in the lobby was broken, staff had a fan to alleviate the heat. People were smoking right at the front entrance (including staff).
breakfast was not great, nothing looked fresh and it was very plain.
Door slamming all night long. It sounded like people were in and out all night. Apparently there was a fight on 03/06/26. The cops showed up and were interviewing people involve in the issue this happened in the morning.

The hotel is literally falling apart!
Also, I asked them to give us clean towels and to make the beds and they did nothing!!!! Terrible. Will never stay there again

We had to ask for another room. Because, our room was facing the freeway. And, it was extremely noisy. The front desk was extremely friendly and understood our problem.
Rooms very nice and clean. Next time, I will ask for a room not facing the freeway.

Check in was made difficult. Upon booking I called in advanced to make sure I could get late check in. The lady I spoke with said we could check in at anytime. After driving 6 hours through the night I was turned down at check in. The front desk stated that we didn’t call and I would have to wait an additional hour to check in. Overall extremely inconvenient, if I knew this was going to happen I would of spent my money else where.

While I understand that renovations were going on, I was not made aware that the elevators were out of service until after I had been checked into a room up on the 4th floor. There was nothing in the listing indicating any renovations were taking place, nor was there any mention of the elevator being out of service. Needless to say, there was no breakfast either. Had I known any of this, I would have booked elsewhere. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because otherwise, the staff was very friendly and got me checked in quickly.

Due to the elevator being out it caused some hardship with my elderly parents. Hopefully the property will be beautiful once it’s finished with the construction. Not a good recommendation now.

Staff were amazing! Super kind. Rooms were super spacious and clean, Only issue was the elevator went out so the whole weekend we had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs anytime we went somewhere. Wouldn’t have been the biggest deal but I’m recovering from a car accident so climbing up and down stairs was not the greatest choice for me. Other than that I would of gave it hotel 5 stars

I feel that a refund is in order. We called before we were to arrive and ask for a crib and were told they didn’t have cribs and offered no solution. We arrive on Thursday pm very late, they put us in a room directly across from a malfunctioning elevator that slammed shut every five minutes with no one on it. Kept us awake all night including our 1 year old. We asked to be moved to another room and ask for a bathtub while we ate breakfast in the lobby that had no air conditioning which was miserable. They moved us to a room with no bathtub again so we had to move our luggage for a third time - this room Had 2 double beds not a king. We left the hotel and when we came to change for dinner the elevators were out so we had to climb 5 flights of stairs carrying a toddler. Then when we came back from dinner they told us in the non air conditioned lobby the elevators would be out for a week. So we had to climb 5 flights of stairs again. Carrying pack and plays and luggage and a toddler down 5 flights again to leave. All of this was unacceptable to say the least. I feel a refund is in order and I will also be contacting Hyatt. Expedia should have been advised of the state of the hotel and contacted us to make other arrangements. Expedia itinerary 73280548708454. Booked 10/21. We were in Dallas to visit my 88 year old grandfather/great grandfather who is a resident of Presbyterian village North. I can be reached at 504-210-7492 for any further information. The hotel was under construction and there was dust and loud banging noises. The elevator was barely operational and maybe shouldn’t have been; the door slammed shut, it stopped at every floor to open the door even though it hadn’t been called to that floor, the buttons didn’t light, and it took a very long time for it to get to where it had been called.

The room did not seem clean. The floors were sticky, the bedding was wrinkly, and there was a faint sewage smell coming from the shower that made the room smell. The refrigerator did not work.

While we were in our a room, another guest was given our same room and a key for it and keyed into our room. She was horrified and we were also horrified. The staff didn’t offer us anything other than “sorry that happened”. It was incredibly unprofessional.

This is neither here nor there but it also seems that people may be living out of this hotel.

People were yelling down the halls and at one point people were having a verbal altercation at the end of the hall.

It was a HORRIBLE experience. The staff didn’t seem to care at all. One of the staff members was outside smoking cigarettes multiple times when we came in and out. I expect Hyatt’s to be clean and nice and this one was not.

The elevator could've been a scene out of Final Destination. Only 1 working & it stopped at the 3rd floor regardless of direction & not selected. Stops at 4, door opens an inch then closes to resume, door slams closed. Even the floor indication numbers above were falling out from violent movements. Overall, a nice place with very friendly staff. Would stay again, just a safety concern.

First problem - this room was advertised as 2 queen beds. The beds were not Queen, they were full sized beds.

Second problem - our room smelled like weed. I guess the people next door were smoking weed. The smell was so strong in our room and hallway. We let the front desk know but they didn’t act like they cared. No one called to check on us, if the smell was still there or anything.

Our room was not cleaned and we had no towels. Called to ask for towels and was told we would have to come downstairs to get them ourselves.

The elevators were not working properly. One didn’t work at all and the other was on its last leg. The numbers inside the elevator were having out of the compartment. The elevator would stop at floors when the button wasn’t pushed. It was a bumpy ride.

We did an in-town overnight, celebrating our anniversary. The lobby was oddly placed and seems cramped, but it was clean. We appreciated the gated parking area. The room was very clean and spacious, and the wooden flooring was a pleasant surprise. The internet was very good, we were able to connect our Roku to the TV and stream just fine. The issue we experienced was that the noise from the freeway was pretty extreme. The twelve-year-olds on their motorcycles their Challengers & Hellcats were having a ball way past midnight.

Cockroaches in room, moved to a room with no working outlets, TV, or phone. Had to be moved to a third room late at night after traveling all day. Elevator wasn't working and housekeeping skipped our room. Manager was not available and never contacted us like we were told the would. Awful experience and I will never stay there again!

Worst stay ever. Upon arrival I attempted to add my husbands name so he could check us in since I was nursing my son. The front desk lady however would not allow this saying it was impossible to add a name. When checking in the facility was unbearably hot as the ac was out. We were then given a room on the 5th floor that we did not have access to as both elevators did not go to the 5th floor. When we went back the front desk the lady said there was nothing she could do so we asked for a refund but then were told she can open another room on the 3rd floor. We also did not have access to this floor via the elevator and the only way we could get up or down from the room was if we took the stairs with 2 small children, our luggage, and me being 8 moths pregnant. Once we get to the room there was trash under the couch, the bathroom was dirty, and we paid for 2 queen beds and were given 2 full beds. At this point we were exhausted from a day a traveling and tried to make do. The toilet seat was loose and broken and both my son and I fell through. Luckily my husband was able to tighten it enough to get us by until the morning. All night the fire alarm kept going off and flashing a bright green light. We could hear everything going on outside the hotel: gunshots, emergency responders, traffic not to mention all the commotion in the hotel itself. When checking out we requested a printed receipt for our records but were told they were unable to do so. I would not recommend this stay.
