Everything was absolutely perfect. While the walk to and from the property was a bit challenging for a traveler with heavy luggage, the warm-hearted people of Orvieto helped me so much that I felt nothing but happiness throughout my stay.

If you need to spend time in the room it is not the greatest. The TV is mounted 90 degrees to the bed, there is no chair, desk, coffee/tea and WiFi in the room.

Room was great. We only inteded ours for sleep. 20-30 minute walks to basically every tourist attraction+great resturants and a 10 minute walk to the train station allowing you to move about anywhere in the city or country without having to spend money on taxis.

The was super clean.The view from the window was just ok since we were looking at a roof and other buildings. But the location of the hôtel was perfect and for those of you who are a little insecure, in front of the hôtel is a police station and a lot of military securing the area. The reason is that, that there are many gouvernement and embassy in the area. All in all we were very please.

It’s an older hotel with older fittings & decor but everything works well, eg. Powerful aircon & shower. Also, very helpful staff at Reception & Breakfast (10€ pp). Good location, 5min walking distance to Conad City supermarket. Safe area with police cars parked outside the hotel etc. Easy commute on Metro to tourist sites etc.

We were surprised by how spacious our room was - much larger than other hotels we’ve stayed in Rome. The room was also quiet and cool which helped ensure we had a pleasant one night stay.

The thing that i was very disappointed about was the toilet flush tank issue that was barely useable due to extremely low pressure and shower pressure. I hate to leave a negative review, but honesty its hard not too. The rooms are too small, and make you feel like you're in a college dorm. The rooms are incredibly dirty, filthy even, and look as if they had never been cleaned. The light switches were black with filth, there were stains on the walls including blood and snot rockets, maids simply adjusted the sheets instead of putting on new ones, and on top of all that they tell you that you can't eat in the room. Get real, most places have room service. And you'll pay way more than you should for such poor quality. Stay on the other side of town, youll be much happier.

I've been on 3 different hotels in the same area and this hotel was the only one requesting 8 € for the city tax compareg to 6,50€ and that it had to be paid in cash.

Stay was average, nothing special. A little surprised at how high the reviews were. The good- it was affordable and quiet. Room definitely needed updating. Floor molding near bathroom was coming off, the bathroom is supplied with cheap shampoo and very cheap toilet paper squares (we actually went to store to buy toilet paper). Bed was uncomfortable. TV only worked 1/2 off the time. Staff was not very responsive about it. Also found it concerning that I had to ask to get deposit credited back…I felt like if I didn’t ask about it they would have just kept it. We’ve stayed at many hotels in Rome in the last year and this was the only hotel that requested that taxes be paid cash instead of on a card. Housekeeping knock on our door in the morning even though we had do not disturb sign on handle.

Clean Hotel the beds were very comfortable ( I like a firmer mattress and it was perfect.) The main attractions are a short bus rid away or taxi if you prefer. Excellent. Sorry to be picky but it would have been nice to have an extra quilt in the room. There were two extra pillows but 4 people so not enough. The TV remote was broken and taped back together so that did not work. The lift is very slow. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location is good. I would stay here again.
