The hotel itself was ok but there was no toilet paper in the room and the staff said they didn’t have any. I ended up finding a local store and buying some and I left it in the room for the next person. Hopefully they didn’t just throw it away when they clean the room. But where they were lacking in toilet paper, they made up for it in crackheads.

The first room I got , the heat did not work and the staff act like they did not want to assist to give me another room, I went down to the lobby and let them know when they did the little work to the heat to turn it back on cause. And now, what's on from the beginning, they didn't believe me, like I did something to it anyway when they gave me the second room. It had no blanket.The heat was very poor I dropped it down to 78I dropped it to 75 I put it on 80 up.Or if we eighty 85 I put on eighty two , the heat steel was terrible , no heat , so I decided to wrap myself up with the sheet and it thin covered , they put on the bed , what they call a bed spread and the guy that was working night shift, he had the NASA's attitude. The first night I was there , that was roaches , lots of them and roach powder in the room. There's a lot of drug activity going on there.
And prostitution , I don't knock , no 14 making money , but find another area cause some people be trying to practice safety and they are not trying to go to jail

The room (119) was full of cockroaches!! They were in the wall, on the floor, behind the tv and pictures, in bathroom. The curtains were falling off, and the ceiling was peeling, the bathroom looked like there was mold in the corner, there was a cigarette lighter on the floor in the shower, so it’s questionable if it was even cleaned. If it hadn’t been so late and if we hadn’t driven so long, we would have left for sure!! Definitely will NOT book another Red Roof Inn anywhere!!

I came in early and there's normally a $25 early check-in fee but the guy waved it for me and then he also upgraded my room to a room with a refrigerator and a microwave and no extra charge that was very nice of him.

The property was dirty, the first room we were given was supposed to be a non smoking and it smelled like smoke and didn’t look that clean. Manager made it right and gave us a freshly cleaned room! There was a car in parking lot that was up on lifts and not from tires. Looked like they were changing out brakes. However, it would be nice knowing it wasn’t going to be there that long but you can tell the vehicle was there for quite a while with cobwebs around it.
Maybe the manager was trying to turn things around but a lot needs to be done! I won’t be staying there anytime soon.

When we arrived police were in the parking lot. Most of the other people staying at the property appeared to be homeless living in the rooms with their pets. The keycards only worked for a few hours after they were updated so we had to get new keycards every day of our stay.

There was a lot of people randomly hanging out on the street milling about and a lot of police presence in the area after dark.

Our room was also not swept very clean, sheets had blood stains and cigarette burns in them. There was also a condom (still in its wrapper, not used thankfully) sitting on top of the closet that was also not cleaned up.

On top of all that we tried to check out early because our house move in was earlier than expected and they gave us a hard time and refused to credit us back for the unused nights because we had booked it via Expedia, even though we paid them directly.

The front desk person was friendly. We were told check in was 3:00pm. We arrived around 5pm or so. Room was not ready, would be 30 mins. So we drove around looked for a place to order food. Came back 45 mins later. Still not ready, but told it wouldn’t be much longer. So we picked up our food order And had to eat in our vehicle. Its was almost 7pm before we got into a room. It was not the cleanest place we stayed but could have been far worse.

Worst Hotel I have ever stayed in

This location is deceptively Awful. The parking lot is old but not in bad shape with no potholes. But this is a poorly refreshed old as in over 40 + years old. The rooms are pitifully small and the interior is dirty and run down you name it. There was a condom wrapper found in the parking lot. The floors in the room were so dirty that you could put a towel down and wipe and come up with black dirt. The king size comforter had multiple stains and cigarette holes but at least the sheets and pillows seemed clean. The curtain had a small hole in it at about eye level I suspect that had been used to look out from inside without drawing attention. The bathroom door was literally broken down the middle as if someone had tried to kick the door in. The towels were usable but of the cheapest manufacture. I accepted this room after looking at two other rooms that were worse than this room. I was definitely on edge because it had all the markings of a drug and hooker hotel. At least the last room I looked at didn't smell bad (I can't say from what but it wasn't pleasant). I only accepted the last and according to the night clerk the only rooms available.
Because I didn't feel like searching for another room that late due to a funeral that I came to town to attend. This was my first usage of hotels.com and I wasn't impressed.
The reviews for this location are obviously fake. It really deserves a negative number rating it's that horrible. You should not visit this location!

When checking in no one was at the front desk? Had to walk around until we found someone which took 20 minutes or more. The beds box spring was broke. Had to keep going to the front desk to get a new key card due to it would stop working, On check out again had to wait at the front desk a long time for someone to show up. Just to find out that it was the person standing just outside the door on a personal call.

This was the worst hotel to stay out. The property smelled like weed and had a lot of shaddy people there. When wating to chexk in there was almost a fight between the people in front of me and the hotel employee. Our room was suspised to be handicap accessible and it was not in fact it was on sexond floor. The room was dirty wall hole patches in wall and door not to metion the tv was broken. Please dont stay here.

We were just in for a quick trip to the area and wanted economical and nothing fancy. This was exactly what we expected. It is older, retty run down, not the most comfortable beds but a clean enough, no frills motel. I felt safe any the room was clean. A good place to crash, but a vacation destination.

Strong smoke smell. Floor needs scrubbing, fabric on beige chair dirty with hole, desk chair had animal scratch marks in fabric, hole in switch in bathroom, corners not clean. On the good side, painted walls, pictures, drapes and other furniture was nice. Nice lights. Would not stay there again.

The ac unit kept shutting off so it was foy in the room, bathroom the tub was rusty and no plug to take a bath, big red ants coming out of bathtub drain, toilet seat looks like a dog was chewing on it and homeless people hanging around. The pool was filled up with dirt.

Honestly the service could've been way better the person at the counter had an attitude with my fiance he was highly rude the tone in his voice was extremely rude, also it's like he made the house keepers hurry up just because we had to keep checking to see if our room was ready we booked around 1 waited almost 2 hours for our room to be cleaned the security there said they had been cleaning all day not sure what was going on there but the room was definitely rises to be cleaned door had peeling paint burn marks on the toilet scratches on the floors
