Well... it's definitely a no frills place. There is no place to hang clothes. There were stains on what I think was supposed to be a comforter (more like a top sheet?). Based on the dirty footprints in the bathtub, the last guest in that room didn't wear shoes. At first I didn't think the AC worked, but then I noticed it wasn't plugged in. It was wired through some control box mounted on the wall that didn't control it. So there we as full on freezing cold or nothin. There are more negatives, but I'll throw in some positives. Parking has full video surveillance and seemed safe. It was Friday night and based on the guests I saw, I was truly surprised how quiet it was through the night. And location is very convenient. For the price, it's OK.

The person at the counter was pleasant. The room could have been more clean. The towels were black not white. The pool was dirty and i highlu doubt that anyone uses that pool. I have toddler that wanted to get it. So disappointed. The environment was not as shown on the website and pictures. I would not stay there again.

Bare basics, this hotel offered a minimal standard of hospitality. When we arrived there was a paw print on our bedsheet along with multiple other unknown stains. The sink had leftover blue toothpaste residue on the upper right corner that housekeeping had obviously overlooked. Then at a most time critical moment, when I picked up to use the hair dryer only warm air blew out at the lowest speed possible: When I went down to get a replacement from the front desk I was told there was no other dryer I could use in the entire premise and that I would have to wait 30 minutes until house keeping or maintenance could come to help. When I complained that that was unacceptable and poor treatment of their guests, another employee emerged and produced another hairdryer. I repeated my complaint about the bedding and toothpaste in the sink and was told that they would inform housekeeping. Later that night upon return from our busy day, we found our room had not been upkept, the bed was unmade and the toothpaste residue was still there. Originally I felt compassion for this hotel and its owner and decided to keep my opinions in perspective. But upon further reflection, I believe this hotel is more interested in its monetary interests over their guests comfort. Many of my requests would not incur a greater cost to the business but rather it would convey an interest in their guests comfort and sense of value. Instead, as a guest I felt very uncared for and all in the business’ desire for $$.

The place was not very clean. The sheets had makeup on them, and it seemed like they had not been changed from the previous guests. The shower was not working. I’m giving it 3 stars because they eventually came to fix it, but that’s not something you should have to ask for. If you ask me if I recommend it, no. My family and I did not like it. All the bedding and towels were heavily stained and looked dirty.

I love this hotel. I’ve been coming here for at least a year now. The service is amazing! I never had a problem. Showers work! Fits my height lol. AC blows soo good! The only thing I never got to do was to go in the pool😢!!! Everything was good! This place actually has potential! Maybe 🤔 new headboards would be nice with no writing on it, repaint the doors and walls bc it did look a bit rough and replace the lights in the hallway bc I could barely see at night… and the carpet in hallways needs a deep deep clean too! Other that everything inside looks well cleaned and well taken care of! It’s exactly like the picture!! I love this place it’s so quiet… until a lady at 7pm was yelling… but yeah!!! Otherwise it’s nice!!! Staff was very polite and very easy too!

Amazing cleaning staff, but otherwise sub-par experience. My room had paper thin curtains that didn't even cover the whole window, and a super bright light right above it to light up the parking lot 24/7. So all night, my room was lit up like noon. On top of that, the wifi was completely unusable, except at like 3AM. Again, cleaning staff was amazing, friendly, and thorough, but other than that, not a good experience.

No blanket, no electricity (only light only in the bathroom), the curtains would not cover the bright light from the outside, The towels were face towels and not bath towels, the shower curtain was broken and the shower flooded the bathroom floor.
If I was a city inspector I would close the place down, it’s a dump!!!!! They did not apologize or gave me any credit or spoke or understood English!

Check in was quick and the staff member was polite and professional. I stay here once or twice a month due to work and while the building and grounds are older, they are clean. My room was clean too.

The FBI pounded on the door to the room next door in the middle of the night, but after they entered the room it was quiet enough for me to fall back asleep. I can't blame the hotel for the FBI knocking. That could've happened anywhere I may have stayed

Not so much a hotel as an immersive experience in survival.

Hallways carry a strong blend of mildew, black mold, and crystal meth. Drug deals appeared to be happening openly, accompanied by crying kids and bass-heavy music all hours.

The room itself featured visible signs of long-term neglect: collapsing ceiling sections, rusted fixtures, sticky floors, and multiple live bugs that required immediate execution. This was not a “one rogue bug” situation.

Amenities were… conceptual. There was a coffee maker and coffee provided, but no cups, which felt philosophically on-brand. The kitchenette existed in theory only. The fridge didnt close due to frost. Towels arrived pre-soiled and damp, beds had the structural integrity of marshmallows, and there was ZERO hot water.

The window AC unit looked medically inadvisable to operate, the room lacked a phone, and noise traveled freely through walls and hallways at all hours. The exterior and parking lot did not feel safe w obvious drug deals going on.

I told the front desk about much of this and the man behind the counter did not care.

This property may be suitable for public health students, entomologists, or anyone building immunity to new diseases. It is not appropriate for travelers expecting cleanliness, safety, or basic functioning utilities.

This is a very run down and \"weird\" hotel. Check in was fine, but the hotel looks more like a low income housing project. The have a gated parking but gate was stuck open every time I drove in or out. The room was small, run down, noting to speak good about. Bed was old, saggy, creaky. There are better \"discount \" hotels in the area.

Room was badly deteriorated, floor tiles cracked, bedding with stains in them, shower tub like someone mixed paint, curtains falling off, dirty floor, no hooks to hang clothes, just as bad as it can get. And to ask for extra shampoo, you get the stinky eye, like if we're already not paying TOO MUCH. I failed to look at reviews and detailed pictures of the hotel...probably worst than a motel. Too expensive for what you get. The only nice thing to say is they have this nice lady who does the rooms. She was very nice, cordial and helpful.
The owners should learn from her.

They were in the process of renovating rooms. This is definitely nweded because rooms like mine were broken and falling apart with sink that wouldnt drain, bad bed, broken floor, roaches, etc. The constructiin noise starts at 8am and continues until 5pm
. The parking lot all around was filthy with trash, human waste, vomit, and used condoms. People were sleeping in cars in the parking lot. I found a throwing axe leaning up on the wall near my doorway on the first morning. The last night the manager called the police after i tokd him an old woman was banging and screming for help to open hed door...i tried to help but the key card didnt work. The police had the manager assist in opening the door with a different key card. Cheap prixe, but i got what i paid for

My recent stay at this hotel was satisfactory in some areas but concerning in others. The staff members were courteous and accommodating, which I genuinely appreciated. However, the surrounding area felt unsafe, particularly during the evening hours, which affected my comfort throughout the stay. Additionally, one of the rooms assigned to us had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, which diminished the overall experience.

While I understand that the price reflects certain expectations, the issues I encountered would prevent me from choosing to stay here again.

This place is the epitome of “motel by the hour”. It is an absolute disaster to all senses! I booked for 2 people but only get 1 room key. There are barbed wires on top of the gates surrounding the grounds. The grounds are unkempt with trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The water in the pool has a greenish brown film on top from not having been cleaned for months. There are no disabled accessible areas or amenities. As two disabled individuals, we were given a room on the second floor with no elevator, steep stairs to climb, and no staff to help us. The room was an absolute dumpster fire! It had no hot water, the sheets and towels were stained, the bathroom door was literally crumbling from the inside, the windows had not been cleaned in months with fingerprints on them, there was no phone in the room to call the front desk or anywhere else for that matter, so every time you needed something, you had to go down then back up those steep stairs to get to the front desk and back to the room, there was yellow cigarette burn marks on the countertop by the bathroom sink. There were two bath towels (one was which was heavily stained ) only 1 hand towel in the bathroom. We went to the front office and asked not only for clean towels but extra ones. We were told each room only gets 2 bath towels, no more! Then the guy at the front desk brought us one non stained bath towels and two washcloths, one of which was stained!!! The walls were so thin we heard everything!!!!

The room was opposite of what is on the website. It's so run down and dirty, and sketchy. Noisy and ugly. Our room was disgusting and there was a cockroach above our bed. We could not sleep due to the bugs and noise above out room amd outside our room. We tried speaking to the manager and they were nowhere to be found. We were so disappointed entirely in this place. I have never booked a room like this. It was full of hookers and druggies as well and the rooms were terrifying. Overall, a horrific stay! Never again!!! A real dump!! Please close it down!
