To close to door. To much traffic. Deborah is the only one who knows what room to put us in with less noise. Hubby didn’t get much sleep but she tried and Thank you for mopping the floor front desk.

Room was clean and Deborah always so helpful. A lot of times I can’t get in the room. She would walk with me to make sure I get in the room. Now that’s excellent service.

We stay here 3 days out the week. We have stayed at a few other hotels and by far. This is the best one. Deborah is so helpful. We pay for the room on line and by the time we get there. She already have the room assigned to us. Now that’s exceptional service. Hats off to you Deborah for going over and beyond your duties and always making us feel like home away from home.

This is my 2nd review, because me and my husband were staying at that hotel weekly. We are locals and we live in an HOA community. We have spent a lot of money there. From the prostitute to drug dealers. Hanging out at night making all that noise like they standing on a corner. Me and my grandson end up getting sick. Me being hospitalized. I started coughing in the room. It got even worse. I had to go to the ER and been here ever since. When we checked out. I left and my husband stayed and watched housekeeping to see how they clean the room. Not once did they mop the floors. Didn’t even take a mop inside the rooms. The rooms do be clean, but they need to mop the floors and update the toilets. Every time we stayed there. We had to keep playing with the toilet.
Ezekiel
Good for the monies charged
LaTanya
I went to the front desk to tell them. Housekeeping is not cleaning the rooms good. The floors are not getting mopped. My husband sat in his truck when we checked out. Housekeeping did not go in the room with a mop. A lot of traffic, tenants keeping us awake. We stay there 2-3 a week spending a lot of money. Not once tried to accommodate us. Me and my grand baby was awaking by furniture being moved around upstairs. We called the front desk. The gentleman went upstairs but they wouldn’t answer the door. As soon as they seen he was gone. They started back. We are locals and stay there because my husband can’t park his tow truck at the house HOA. Now I’m in the hospital because I started coughing in the room and it flared up my asthma.

While checking in the lady carried on a conversation with other guest while she was taking me in. The room could’ve been cleaner than what it was. Looked like they had not put anyone in it in a while.
I checked out at 6 am due to not being able to sleep because someone on the second floor being extremely loud at 5am..
I was only 13 mins away from a 10 am celebration of life and drove 6 hrs to stay the night.
The guy at the front at checkout makes it even worse just points to the window to slide my key in and not speak a word to me. I would never stay here again..

Rooms and needs serious repair on my opinion.
Area seems sketchy with a “night window” at the front desk to protect staff at night.
Cars in parking lot smoking dope.
Never again.

A slight odor of mold in the room. The condition of the furniture was old and a table lamp was broken. The bed was confortable though. The insultation was a poor quality, could hear the people in the next door room.
The staff was very polite .I can rate them 10 on 10.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect and made everything very convenient. I truly felt relaxed and taken care of during my stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
Gloria
The room was impeccable. The lobby, the grounds, the parking and the pool were all very nice. The lobby staff was very friendly. Hot coffee was ready the next morning.overall our stay was a 10/10 !!!!!
Hector
The mirror in the bathroom was screwed to the wall . The staff was ok .My bedding had stains on it .
Elena
Great staff, the room wasn't the most c

Upon checking in my room I was approached by a female asking for a lighter while standing with a crack pipe in her hand. Wales outside to get a better look at my surroundings. Only to find a man sitting his car shirt his door open sticking a needle in his arm. That was it for me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Louise
Good size room! Easy access from parking lot. Furniture a bit worn, but fine. TV small for the room, but I'm ok with that. I like the separate sink area outside the bathroom.

disgusting over priced mildew and mold smell, handle to shower broken and dangerous, doors didnt close without force, lamp flickering and barely working - very upset i got charged 120 dollars for this low quality nasty dangerous room and will be filing a complaint with whatever bureau over sees them
Carol
Affordable and close to the interstate.

No pets w our stay. It was a quick overnight trip to attend an apt at the Mayo
James
Good for the Money
Not bad for the price. Modern refurb: faux wood floors with repaint over everything. Furniture was extremely tired; drawers hanged out - wouldn’t stay closed. Analog input to some sort of demo TV - couldn’t remove TV “specs” from the screen. Small for the size room. Bed was very hard. Nice lighting with bedside USB-A and USB-C outlets. Restroom was clean. Shower took a long time to get hot but it did and pressure was good. Out of shower gel and no facial bar soap. No coffee maker. There was a fridge and microwave in the room.
Place appeared to have 10% occupancy yet they only had a King room on the third floor.
Overall sparse but clean. Acceptable. Kids were having the time of their life in the pool. Convenient to I-95 and away from seedier parts of Jacksonville

Away from most noise. Like the business area.
Joseph
What I did like, there were no lines and it wasn’t super busy. Now what I didn’t like, the property was very dirty, I seen a few junkies outside there rooms being pretty loud. The room we got was by the stairs so the people coming up and down being loud. The room smelled like someone lived there for months, the bed was made pretty nice but the sheets seem to have a rough oily feeling, I had to take a shower because I felt dirty that following morning. All in all I don’t recommend
Javari
Got good sleep
Ranard
This property wasn’t bad at all the room looked really nice it came with WiFi and was pretty cozy in the end only thing was I didn’t like the fact that the pool closes at dark when there’s lights right at the pool to brighten things up it’s not on a bad side of town but getting here was definitely a struggle and the main thing was the tv it’s so tiny and I couldn’t hook up my game to watch movies or anything overall I’d give it a 7 out of 10 it wasn’t the worst place and I’d definitely book again just wish it came with a bit more the staff was 100% nice though which was a plus.
Kevin
The pool is not open, not once did housekeeping stop in. Locks on door were broken. Appears to have a very limited budget in terms of property maintenance. I paid more for amenities and got squat.
Isabella
They were wonderful in the office I definitely recommend and will be going back!!!

My experience was I booked and extra night for me, son they charged my card then at check out time told my son the wasn’t paid for didn’t contact me to confirm I told my son he had to leave the room he’s in a wheelchair with no money no cell phone all our items were thrown out, room cleaned as if vacant when returned. This was the worst experience no return call from property no apology nothing for the inconvenience of my son to leave and he’s disabled.
