I was overcharged based on their website which showed $80-90.00 per night, we paid $200.00 per night, plus parking fees. No water in the room, no breakfast available and the place is under renovations which is loud, dusty and inconvenient. I’m 80 years old and for a full day I had to climb 4 floors up because of elevator service. A terrible experience and I would like someone to address that with a credit that is fair.

My family (2 adults + 1 kid) stayed for one week. It was a pleasant stay for my family and centrally located to the places we wanted to be. Very quiet and comfortable stay. The hallways smelled great the whole trip. The breakfast was not our choice, very limited options. The parking filled up quickly in the front but there were several spaces in the back of the hotel. Only complaint we had was someone was smoking in their room and the smell came through the vents into our room. Our room smelled of cigarettes for a few nights and that was an issue for us due to the hotel being non smoking, we do not smoke and our child being in that environment. However when we spoke with the staff they did try to handle the issue and eventually the room did not smell of smoke anymore. The staff continued to send messages asking our how stay was going and to reach out if needed anything. I would visit again

Breakfast was subpar… rooms weren’t the cleanest… Parking was okay… random people camping out in the parking lot charging their ev vehicles that clearly weren’t guest at the property.. The only thing that saved this experience to us was the staff…. more specifically Mr. Reggie

The bathroom looked and felt dirty with dirty tile/molding snd shower head not secure to the wall and very old. There was a poop smear on side of toilet and was not offered a discount or even an apology. When requesting clean towels after going to desk, was ignored and had to ask again an hour later which made us run late for important doctor appt. which was reason for the stay!

Best hotel ever! Make sure you talk to Krystal one of the managers. She is one of the most caring, and accomodating people I have ever met. My dad passed away the day before I checked into this hotel and she cared for me like her own family. The hotel itself was clean and well put together.

extremely clean property, inside and out. Great front end folks. Quiet. AC in room was a bit cranky, and it appeared someone prior had spiilled something, as the bedside carpet was wet. But, truly no real issues to note. I will stay again the next trip to town

Stay was a little overpriced. The facility is a little outdated. You can tell with things like a rickety faucet. The room was over all clean. Nothing really spectacular about it. But for the price I would choose a different hotel brand. This is also in a spot where it has alot of competition. And there are hotels in that area that offer nicer stays for less. Now I will say I didn’t use the amenities so I can only rate this on the room, property and services.

No access to streaming services on the TV. (Netflix) After a long day of travelling, we just wanted to settle in and watch a movie and we only had access to cable TV. With all the technology available now, this was a disappointment.

It started out the most amazing trip one could ask for, from the amenities to Just overall service. Up until the next day I was booked for a late check out but at 9am while i was naked going Thur my bag for a snack a house keeper walked in. I then contacted the front desk to let them know what had happened they apologized n said they would fix it only for them the come back at 10:57 while i was headed to the bathroom n walk in again while i was naked.
No one did anything i feel bothered like my privacy was invaded im 8 mths pregnant n perfer to not have clothes on but apparently this wasn’t something this hotel was focusing on cause all they did was say they are sorry no one was or anything was done about the way i was treated

5 stars for whaaaaaaaat?!$%?

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you’re looking for a hotel that feels like a warm hug from your grandma but with way better WiFi, look no further than the Hampton Inn Jacksonville.

First off, the lady at the front desk? Absolute legend. I walked in expecting the usual “Hi, welcome,” but no—she greeted me like I was returning home from war. 10/10 hospitality.

Breakfast? Oh, you mean the buffet of champions?

Parking? Smoother than my last breakup. Plenty of spots, easy to access, and zero shady activity unless you count me trying to sneak extra muffins from breakfast.

Now, the elevator. Is it fast? No. Is it slow? Also no. It’s in that perfect limbo where you have enough time to reflect on life decisions, exchange life stories with a stranger, and possibly start a small business with your newfound elevator bestie. By the time I got to my floor, I had three new LinkedIn connections and an invite to a family reunion.

All in all? Easiest 5-star review of my life. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I recommend it? Only if you’re cool enough to handle the raw luxury of a slightly slow elevator.

The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. The only weird thing was the sliding barn style door for the bathroom. Wasn't easy to keep closed and didn't feel very private

My family did not like this property. Hampton inn/Hilton brand, you pay hefty rent and you get

Bathroom door with broken knob, door does not close.
No hooks by the door to hang your clothes

Scratched out floor with stains

Messy carpet that smells bad

Not quite satisfied

The hotel itsdelf was great. Good breakfast, clean room, easy parking.
The bathroom sink had a slow drain.
Reported this in person to the front desk on Saturday morning. They promised to take care of it.
Sunday, the same thing. Slow drain.
Monday, still the same.
Not what I expected of the Hampton Inn.

Bathroom barn doors :(

Breakfast needs work. I know it’s included and so typically don’t expect much, but I do expect more from the Hilton brand. Also, barn doors to the bathroom are not okay. There’s no way to completely shut the door, lock the door and sounds travel. Not so bad with my family, but if I was sharing with friends or another couple it would be terrible. Overall everything was clean so that’s always a must at a hotel.

I’m not sure why but the hotel has TVs that don’t work unless you get an app on your phone to work the remote, and then since our phone and the TV wouldn’t pair, I called the desk and they promised to come right up to the room to troubleshoot the issue, but no one ever came. Finally we gave up and went to bed. Why would the hotel set us up for this kind of problem???

The staff was amazing! I had an interview while I was traveling and they gave me late check out so I could have time to get ready and take my interview! They also allow pets which is amazing and the rooms and staff were amazing (because you may not always get nice rooms with pets and staff may not always be pleasant if they aren’t pet people). BUT they were amazing!
