Clean and great staff. Restaurant served great wings and breakfast also great. Old style grits and r eggs were great. Also decent location being 20 minutes from beach and 10 minutes from the big department stores.

The room was very clean once again as this is the third time staying at this location. Parking was easy and the staff was very friendly. Located close to food and shops.
Jackie
The staff was very warm and accommodating. The hotel was clean and well taken care of.
JD
Good exercise room, but few weight stations. Hated that we had to pay $20 just to park our car in the hotel parking lot, that seems ridiculous!
Shantell K
The property was very clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
Sally
Loved the cute bathroom, shower sliding doors instead of curtain, a MAKEUP LIGHT! Little reading light on bed backbiard so you could read while partner sleeps. I did not eat here.

There is no insulation between two rooms wall. We were there for one night on Friday. Next room people’s were so loud and we can clearly hear all the conversations clearly all night long. Didn’t get sleep at all. I wanted call front desk, but thought next room people might sleep.
Leticia
Loved the hotel and staff
Rosetta
Everyone was wonderful. The only problem I had was with the pool they advertise a heated pool and they don’t have one. The water is cold actually is very very cold.
Chameka
Hotel was nice my room was comfy there were no bags for the garbage cans and I’d rather hotels that don’t have carpet in the rooms.
Lisa
Hotel was very nice, looked brand new
Charmayne
It was a nice stay. The TV didn't
Brent
Everything thing was good until several dogs on the floor started barking and no doubt woke all those that were sleeping at 7:00 am.
Peter
They don’t have wifi or TV the first night and didn’t credit my account for the non usage and payment and inconvenience. Also didn’t tell me at check in. I usually sleep with tv and would have been useful to know
Donna
We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton.

Check In was terrible. Put us in a wrong room that was booked. Has issues with keys to room. Evidently going home was more important than assisting guest.
Finally had another front desk staff understand what I booked. Check in room. Carpet was worn out with big hole in it, human feces all over by toilet. Was exhausted and sucked it up. Kids running through all banging on doors. Woke up from sound sleep. Went to desk. They could have cared less.
If you want rest as needed when on a business trip STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Had complaint's from the time we arrived, I would give this hotel a 3 out of 5, would not stay again

This hotel was fabulous. We were there for a wedding for 3 day weekend. The hotel was very spacious and the restaurant on site was amazing. The patio and outside area was the best area to relax and get away for a bit. It is also close to the town center with restaurants and shopping. I will certainly stay here again any time I am staying in the area!
Terrell
The breakfast was great and the whole stay was perfect every the bed was great the food was great also will be back to see the best front desk staff in the business i forgot her name but hands the best could not ask for anything more she was so perfect.
Amber
Room wasn't the cleanest, shower was gross, it was intensely noisy, and someone tried to bust into my room while I was there. Glad it was only a one night stay but I wouldn't stay again. The front desk staff I met were not friendly or inviting.
Trecia
The bathtub is slippery

Second stay. Room was extremely clean. The beds were a little worn, but still an excellent stay. The young melanated women was exceptional. She was professional and helpful. Her energy was a great start to our stay.

This cannot be a 4 stars hotel; it doesn’t even qualify for a 2 stars. It’s loud. No insulation. You can everything above you and in the hallways. The bathrooms are not very clean. Human hair can be see. In the shower and throughout the bathroom. The towels are so old and almost gray in color.
The carpet has stains so did the walls. If you are someone who value your money, time and quality, stay away from this hotel.

Air conditioner was excellent. Room was nice and clean for what it was. Hot water in sink has weird smell. Gym was nice.
Brenda
IDK, room needs better cleaning, linen on bed smelled with someone's body odor. Excellent towels but bathroom not clean. Never plan to stay there again.
Paul
Outstanding bar and restaurant, food and bar tender were phenomenal. Quiet, relaxing stay. Only complaint was pillows are terrible - bring your own. Bed was comfortable and room was clean and modern.

Its time to renovate this property. It was just okay. There were not enough luggage carts available for use. There was a spill on the floor in front of the elevators that stayed there too long. The staff was kind and efficient. We needed a pack n play and it was delivered to our room promptly. I found the beverages in Sheraton store needlessly overpriced. $6+ for a bottled beverage is silly. We didn't have a specific problem at our stay but we also weren't impressed. Unlikely to book this property again
Sophelia
Wonderful experience. Me and hubby will definitely return. Clean rooms. Bed and sheets felt so clean comfortable. Bathrooms were immaculate.

I stayed here 2 nights with my husband. We had a bunch of plans for our anniversary. Dinner, comedy club, and hockey tickets. The hotel was in the middle of all of our activities. The room was clean and well stocked. The maids on the floor were friendly too. I really don't have any complaints. The only thing I really noticed was they only give you 2 towel sets in a king room. Usually you see 3 sets. The towels were big, which was a plus.

Very nice looking hotel . It was clean it was Ina a good easy location . There was a huge parking lot . Down side was they charged 11 dollars a day to park. They also charged for breakfast . The breakfast was good but not much different than any other hotel breakfast . Also the WiFi made you do the open a web page thing . Then it asked for your info there’s no need for this. It’s time consuming and hard to do for some devices .
Teaira
Room was okay. They seem short staffed, bartender was very rude, bar was also out of a lot of alcohol, pool was very stuffy, outside fire pits

Hair in bed. Sheets not changed. Shower draining popped out and almost twisted my ankle in drain . Was off 10,000 Pt by Front desk manager that never honored. Could have easily had a Lawyer file personal injury case. However, actually a fan of the brand and Settled for the little 10k pts which they did not even provide. Will not stay again and may reconsider filing personal injury claim
Ignacio
It was a great and productive stay and the staff was amazing.

The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was located close to shopping and restaurants and within an easy drive to EverBank Stadium.
Jim
Requested a quiet area since we’ll be checking in around midnight away from the elevator guess what our room is the closest room to the elevator noisy. Toilet didn’t work. Beds were in bad shape all around terrible experience..
Jon
Our room was super clean and quiet. The staff was pleasant and helpful!

We exclusively stay at the Sheraton Jacksonville when travelling to/from NC to southern FL. Conveniently located near I95, clean rooms, pet-friendly, and the most hospitable, fun, and knowledgeable bartender we've ever met! He always makes us feel welcome and is the bright spot of our stay!
Jordan
The room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful

Didn’t qualify for breakfast. But plenty of choices in the area or you could just pay for it there.

Beautiful property and great staff

We did not love our stay. We did not feel this was walkable to anything, the 2 restaurants across the street is not restaurants we wanted to go to and not a safe road to cross with kids. We did have a car, but thought it would be walkable to multiple nice restaurants. The photos showed a beautiful pool with large windows what you would think to a garden, instead it’s dark, overlooking the gym and not heated. The outside area with fire pits was unpleasant, the chairs were dirty (not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel). It was noisy with traffic going right past it (not the garden idea from the pictures). We were charged for parking even though the TV says it’s complementary. Did not love the restaurant food, it was ok. Did not try the breakfast. View was not great. Staff was nice, but when my husband asked about the parking shown as complementary they just said “it does not say that”. There were 3 towels for 4 people and we had to ask more than once for towels. The aircon either blast hot or cold, nothing in between. While it was not awful, it felt like a 1-2 star hotel and nothing near 4-5 star, it is well below standard for what was expected. Small things, you would expect better coffee, better toilet paper, a lock to the bathroom.

Beautiful hotel. Great amenities and nice rooms. One thing to note is that the indoor pool is not heated (or it wasn’t when we were there), so the water is freezing! It was too cold to swim in it despite being indoors.
Ann
The room was a standard king. Old. Average.

The stay was great until there was no hot water to shower prior to a family dinner.

Upon arrival the lobby was nice. The clerk at the desk was welcoming. I dont understand why there is a 10.00 per day charge for parking. We weren't given a parking pass, and its self parking. The hotel elevator could be nicer. It looks worn-out, its not giving hotel its giving motel. The room was nice and clean (except for blood on the curtain) the bed was very comfortable. Overall the stay was good.
Amala
Down comforter had stains on it.. Also why are you charging $10 for parking??
