Richy
Sunday breakfast was gross
Laduana
No complaints really. The linens and the towels didn’t smell very fresh especially when the towels got wet but other than that it was clean and we only stayed one night.
Suzanne
Very clean hotel. Great location and amazing helpful staff!
Lorraine
Newly remodeled in good conditions, staff very friendly. It’s only missing a bar with dining simple options
Shawn
It was great great staff great experience
Myra
Convenient to Mayo and nice staff.
Stacey
My room wasn’t clean, hair all inside my sheets, ripped couch cushions, hair in shower, eye lashes in towels, and a dirty wash cloth pushed to back under my sink in the room.
Sandi
Average hotel. Staff had difficulty with reservation.
Christina
We were very pleased with our stay. There was plenty of room for our 2 kids in wheelchairs and the staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was very good. My mother raved of how delicious the yogurt was. Kids were very happy with the waffles. Would definitely stay again.
Jarnard
I just really like this place...its clean and not far from anything. Plus the kids love it to or maybe its the waffles.
Christine
This was an excellent place to stay
ANTHONY
Nice breakfast, liked the kitchen area very comfy room.
Sandra
Poor cleaning, found huge spider inside the restroom, poor quality breakfast!
Paul
The room had dirty dishes, dishwasher that literally came out of the counter, and a broken TV that never got addressed by the staff after I told them it was not working. I felt a general nonchalant vibe from everyone that I encountered at this hotel.
Shawn
All both of these entities want to do is collect money very sasified with this app service and the hotel
Anthony
Big turn off there's a $20 parking fee. That sets the tone. No security no Gates no valet just $20 to park your car in a regular Hotel parking lot. It feels like a money grab if you want that extra money just put it into your hotel room fee. And if I knew that that fee was there I would have found another place that cost more that was better. Shower is Tiny. If you stay there be sure to be on the top floor because every single sound is Amplified from your upstairs neighbors. Pray that they don't have any children or come home late at night wearing high heels. The floor never feels clean and makes you wish you could have a bath next to your bed so you can wash your feet before you jump in bed. The guy at the front desk is nice but it's always embarrassed when you're asking what the $20 fee is and he has to tell you it's for parking in the parking lot.
Michelle
CLEAN and everything in the room was in working order.
Stephen
Everything, clean room, good breakfast great staff excellent location
Brooke
Uncomfortable bed. The bathroom door didn’t lock - it just slid past the doorway and it was hard to open the door once it was slid closed
Leslie
The hotel is beautiful the staff is great but the cleanliness of the place is lacking specially the floors my kids socks were black in The first five minutes we were in the room there was so much dirt on the floor
Jessica
Property is at the center of the most visited part of Jacksonville’s Town Center. The hotel is super clean and staff is friendly.
Ingrid
Needs an upgrade, old facility and smells a bit
Derree
Staff was exceptional. Unfortunately, our tv remote didn’t work but other than that a great stay!
Stacie

There are many hotel options in the area but home2 is definitely our go to because the rooms are so spacious! You have a lot of space to put your stuff. A regular size fridge is a plus! We were able to freeze our ice pack overnight! Breakfast is decent without extra charge! We just love this place so much!
Kenneth
The breakfast was very nice! The hotel's fragrance is very appealing.

Watch for self parking fee
This location charges $5 for self parking. This was not mentioned when I booked.
Lamay
Stayed on two separate occasions last month, each stay was great. Nice rooms, good breakfast, great location.
Clarence
Excellent hotel
Scott
Everything was great. If I had to pick something negative the pillows were too think. We all woke up with sore necks. Some thinner options would have been better than really thick ones.
Michael
The pool was closed due to exterior building painting, which took chunks of available parking out of service. The hot water did not work and the room was filthy. There were no ice buckets and when we went to go find one they were all locked away, and nobody knew where the key was. The TV was in need of replacement as it was pixelated and on its way out. Garbage disposer was also not working. There are so many better options in town. I would not stay here again.
Moshe
Very clean and safe area
Ricardo

Nice area.
Nice area.
Jessica
It was an ok stay. Room had trash from the previous guests in it and the kitchen was dirty. The breakfast was advertised as more than what it was. I was disappointed in that. The rest of the stay was fine

A so-so stay
Room smelled bad, it got better but never felt clean. Also, this is the first time that I stayed at a Home2 where they didn’t bring requested items to the room. They said we’d have to come get them. Not good.
dianna

This hotel was good! Good location and nice room! Breakfast could be done better! They didn't have much available and always said they were out when someone would ask for more of something.

We had a lovely stay
Kim was amazing!!!! She was accommodating from the very start all the way through until we checked out!! We have traveled all over the country and she was has got to be the best employee’s I’ve met. I also saw her say good morning to each employee that came to work in the morning. Also she was welcoming to each guest checking in and out. I want to thank her again for a lovely stay. The hotel was perfect and our stay was on the top of my list GREAT!!!!

Christina
Great Syay
The hotel was clean and the workers friendly. They clean the room every other day or upon request. The breakfast was a plus with many hot and cold choices.
Pamela
If you want not only a safe, clean and friendly place to stay that is highly suitable for families but a place that is literally in the middle of everything and anything this is it! Whether you wanted to walk, drive or doordash straight to your room you could basically get ANYTHING you could possibly imagine or do anything! It was perfect for our weekend away as a family of 5 that just wanted to go hangout at the beach for the weekend. We will definitely be back!
Joy
The rooms were clean and very spacious. The free breakfast was a plus!!

Excellent stay
The hotel is beautiful. Very comfortable beds, modern rooms. Small kitchenette with all the necessary items. Their breakfast was excellent! Very close to shopping and dining.
Emmanuel
Everything in general was great but tue breakfast not so much
James
We’ve stayed here for volleyball tournaments and vacation. Super close to big shopping/dining center. Very nice rooms, coffee, breakfast.
Stephanie
This hotel was phenomenal. Clean, friendly staff, updated, great breakfast. Absolutely loved the LVP floors in the room instead of carpet!! All hotels need this!! I will always book at this chain over all others.
Connie
Nice Property!
Went to a Volleyball Tournament in the area. The rooms are spacious and has a kitchenette with full size refrigerator. The breakfast in the mornings was less than desirable.Frozen foods warmed up and powdered eggs. Also this is a cashless hotel. If this hotel offered a better breakfast service I would give this hotel 5 stars for everything. Excellent location to restaurants and shopping.
Elyse Anna
This was one of the nicest handicapped accessible rooms we’ve ever stayed in! So spacious and the bathroom was fantastic! We will be returning to this location during our next trip to the Mayo Clinic without a doubt! Don’t let the 5.7 mile drive to Mayo fool you - the Butler Road/A202 expressway was a straight shot to the Mayo campus - we got there in under 12 minutes every day!
Jill
Wonderful hotel, fantastic location!
Alexandre
There were 2 cockroaches in the room and the sink disposal in the unit hadn’t been run in weeks. When I walked in to the room there was terrible odor coming from whatever food or waste had been put down the sink but never flushed through. After turning the disposal on to get rid of it, the room smelled worse and the odor lingered all night. This is the second time I’ve seen cockroaches and had a bad experience at this hotel but I stayed here again due to its proximity to a client’s offices. I will not be returning.
