Clean to these people here is not what clean looks like to most eyes. I’ve never been at a stay that has so many stains on bed sheets, carpets, bathroom curtains all in 1 stay. Literally had to ask for another room and the other room was almost the same. At least have brand new bed sheets and throw out old ones with big stains on them. I was not too happy and had to settle with what I got. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would’ve went right away to another place and payed extra.

The bed sheets had cogarett burns and holes all in them. Cigarettes burns on the tables and the sheets and comforter stunk. They took the dual out of the refrigerator so you could never get it cold.

I stayed in a room with one king size bed, and the floor was literally broken under the carpet… it was like broken in half and you could see it and when you stepped on it, the whole TV and TV stand would shake. The carpets were very dirty. The walls were very dirty and the bathroom smelled. The sheets were clean which was good and they had cable. I wanted to get into the pool but they told me that they just put chemicals in it so that was a bummer.

What a SURPRISINGLY AMAZING STAY! Between the peacefulness, the comfort, the staff, and OF COURSE, THE PRICE!!! Ive stayed at quite a few hotels from 5 star hotels to your average 2 star hotel and THIS STAY WAS BY FAR, THE BEST HOTEL IVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF STAYING AT in a VERY LONG TIME!! The front desk staff was amazing! The two men that I had the pleasure of dealing with during my stay went above and beyond what you would expect and they did so with a smile on her face and you could tell they truly enjoyed what they do! Also, the housekeepers were truly on point and I never had to want for anything and during the few days I was there, every single staff member were amazing, truly! Thank you so very much for making a stay that was already stressful enough between the reason I was there and what not thank you for making it that much less stressful! I would definitely definitely definitely recommend this hotel!

The pictures on the website are nothing like the actual property. The staff is rude and do not appear to want to help you. The tub was dirty, and the shower head had water scum all over it so I took shower wearing shoes. The bedspread had holes in it. There is not complementary food, and I did see a coffer maker, but it had no coffee and was very unwelcoming。 I will NEVER stay there again and would definitely not allow family to stay there.

I would not stay, after arriving, not knowing what type of bugs lived in the mattresses/beds-since the carpet was filthy, there was a thick 1’ strip of some type of back mold around the tub, above the shower pan; trash had accumulated underneath the beds; and the trash cans had old food stuck to the insides-coved by plastic bags; etc…

As soon as I pulled in the parking lot and got my vehicle cut off so I could go in and check in there was a dope deal that happened right beside me, then after finally getting checked in that took forever, I went to the room that was assigned to me and as soon as I open the door a very bad smell hit me dead in the face. It smelt between rotting flesh mold and mildew, and the air conditioner was running so now I understand why.
I've been locked the room back and went up to the office and spoke with the lady and she was nasty about the situation and gave me another room after 15 minutes of arguing and that room smelled the same way.
So I went back up to the office and again the lady was very nasty she didn't want to give me another room I told her I was going to report her and her business to the better Business bureau.
She gave me another room, the smell wasn't as bad, but it did have a smell and there was mold and mildew all around the walls in the bathroom, there's holes in the floor and the only thing that's keeping you from falling in the hole is carpet, and I'm not just trying to badmouth these people or their company that they're trying to run it's just that the property the rooms are run down, and I will not ever step foot back on to that property to spend another night I will sleep in the cold first, and I would not recommend anyone staying there

The tv is tilted. The sink leaks from the heading and a catch bucket is underneath half full of water. Dads mattress has a box spring that has visible iron bars coming out. The tv had to be fixed by us, scuff marks on everything. Bits of chip crumbs under my top comforter, 1 light works by our beds. Mirror is tiled with a huge scuff on side. Hole in bathroom and you walk down a hill on the way to bathroom.

Bad experience. Both doors in the unit were broken, the front door and bathroom door. With the bathroom you could see into it and the door did little to offer privacy. The sheets had burn marks and holes in them. The room smelled like smoke. The toilet had poo stains. Just overall awful place. Don’t come here.

Property was dirty. Room unclean. Door was so warped could not be secured. Toilet was not clean and secured.

ABSURD ARBITRARY OFFICE MANAGEMENT AND RULES
Even if you PAY THROUGH THIS SITE PRIOR TO 1030AM. YOU MUST SIGN BEFORE 11AM OR LEAVE. Not to mention dinner have belongings that are going to exceed ONE SUITCASE per person. Due to the HOUSEKEEPERS NOT WANTING TO DEAL....... even if you don't want service. Don't forget to insure door locks or you can just push open door, and be EXTRA CAREFUL you don't fall through floor. No wifi if you aren't in few rooms NEXT TO OFFICE. Maybe 10 percent actual rented since the rest have doors WIDE OPEN so you know they are empty and they will GO INSIDE WHEN NOT IN ROOM OR ON PROPERTY UNINVITED. STEER CLEAR

I had to be moved to 3 different rooms because of the smell in 1 room, the lock on another room, and the 3rd room I was moved to had BUGS, The lady at the front dest had a smart mouth and was just trying to tell me what she thought I wanted to hear. This place was Disgusting

Outside area was clean..customer service front desk was pleasantly nice..but Bathroom need much improvment, carpet of rm had major stain and felt damp..had to wear shoes just to go to bathroom..I will not visit again..but its true i guess you get what you pay for..so i feel i should get change back from my $56.00 dollars I paid. HONESTLY!

Extremely dirty. Hair everywhere even on all of the towels. Many many hairballs on the floor, big enough to see when you walk in. The room was in very poor condition. Outside wasn't good either. Very sketchy place.
