Staff was great, always greated you saying hi welcome back Everytime you returned. The hotel was clean inside and out, there was always a lady every morning walking around picking up trash. The rooms were clean and it was quite. The only thing was the smell of marijuana (which is common in every hotel I have stayed in in FL)coming from one room and the ice machine was not working on either floor.I would definitely stay again, was clean and the price was great. The staff was kind and helpful.
Amir
Clean room, quite hotel, no smoke and no pet
Larren
Pros: The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The property is very well maintained and kept up. The General Manager, Frederick was nice and helped out during my check-in process.
Cons: The room would get hot at night and no matter how low I turned the AC down, it wouldn’t get cooler. I could hear people walking around and talking in the highway at night.

The room was clean the dark. The windows were terrible. You could hardly see out. The fourth floor had a mold, smell in the hallway. The ice machine was broken and you had to go down to the second floor to get ice. The breakfast was OK, but not Sheraton Quality. The staff was phenomenal. The counters in my room were dirty and I had to go ask for Clorox wipes to clean them. The pool was full of leaves for the four days I was there and nobody ever cleaned it. The neighborhood was sketchy, though I did not have any problems.
Amalia
Everything was good! Clean, friendly staff, location
Katie
Finally!! A decent property on Expedia. I was nearly ready to delete the app altogether. I am very pleased with our 2 night stay at the Four Points Sheraton over Memorial Day weekend. It was quiet and CLEAN! The property, the rooms, the lobby, all of it. I saw employees actively maintaining the property every time I came and went from it. 10/10 will book here again!
Teah
It was a good stay. My only issue is that they do not have blackout curtains so in the morning and during the day if you want to sleep, your room was not dark overall it was clean neat and comfortable.
Bruce
The breakfast was fresh with the exception of the oranges which were past their time and dried out. There was very little wifi available. It kept going on and off. Also the television kept going on and off. They did change our room but the problems continued.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and it never fails to impress. The staff is consistently professional and welcoming, making every check-in seamless. The rooms are always spotless and well-maintained. Its central location is unbeatable, yet it remains a quiet retreat. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

The entire staff were extremely courteous and well knowledgeable of the hotel amenities and services. I really love the way no question bothered them. They always responded with a smile. Thank you for a super stay.

Hotel was excellent. There was super comfortable. Pillows were smooth, quiet room. The staff was extremely friendly. The people in the kitchen during the breakfast very attentive. I requested my eggs made a certain way she took care of that. Love the place. I’ll be back.

Nice staff, cookies upon arrival, easy breakfast, comfortable beds. Easy stay! Would recommend.
Karina
Hotel staff was kind but hotel had a bad smell and rooms. I would not stay here again. I didn’t feel comfortable. And you could here everytime someone slammed their hotel room.

Best place l stayed in Jacksonville
Taylor at front desk was outstanding. Went out of his way to welcome me. Even turned on a movie in the restaurant for me. He deserves promotion as the best customer service ever. Definitely will always stay here Food better than other hotels and a restaurant open in evenings

Staff was friendly and check in was quick and smooth
Robert
The breakfast was standard fare, eggs, potatoes, sausage and pancakes/French toast, fruit juice and coffee. There were also bagels and toast with appropriate fixins'. Bar offered beer and wine only and a limited food menu.
Stephen
Mr Taylor and Latoya were excellent. They provided great assistance and ensured that your comfort and safety were major concerns themselves and the best interests of Marriott business practices. I’ve stayed at this hotel several time but this time it’s was very different it’s like they developed or re wrote they business plan. I would stay again
MONICA

It's a great hotel that’s very well managed. It’s clean, and I can tell the management team pays close attention to details to maintain Marriott standards. The mattresses are due for replacement, and a few minor repairs in the rooms are needed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay. Thank you
Amit

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable.. But any sound in the hallway sounds like it is in the actual room with you and I woke up multiple times startled. It really is so loud and there is no sound buffering between the room and hallway. Breakfast was not good. Staff was very friendly.

Ms Toya provided excellent customer service for my fiancé and I. She was very nice and helpful. She will be the reason I will come back and continue to book with 4 points .

Very nice, well-kept exterior. Easy parking, restaurants were within walking distance. Clean, quiet room with lots of space.

Great staff!

Staff was excellent. Shower was not sealed properly in order to avoid water getting on the floor and good air circulation was missing

Hotel was nice and clean. Smelled wonderful! The noise level was loud late at night. I was unable to have Incoming calls. Front desk said they can only do a welfare check. Very odd.

Wasn’t informed they were under construction at check in. Then was put in a room adjacent to a dumpster used for discarded roofing material. Massive construction noise started early in the morning when all I wanted was a good nights rest in my travels. I should have been put in a room away from the construction, as the hotel wasn’t full. I think since I booked threw a 3rd party (Hotels.com) they didn’t place me in a decent spot.

Was great. Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, great price. Only problem was construction starting at 7AM. Loud and it shook the entire building

The room was supposed to have a King bed but we got two queen beds. We asked for a room away from elevator, our room is right across the elevator. We turned on the heater and it smelled so bad. This was too much bad service for a one night stay!
Nicole
It wasn't terrible but the power on the wall with the TV didn't work, had a strong smell of cologne when walking in. I found a $20 bill in the elevator and turned it in to the front and the guy working said it was his and he put it in his pocket. I believe it was from the customer who was in the elevator before me.
Breakfast is not complimentary.
Good location if staying for Volleyball tournament and or shopping at the St Johns Town Center. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Bar was a little lacking. Breakfast did have oatmeal even though there was a serving pot and added nuts, etc. Must have been out of oatmeal.

The lobby smells amazing, the staff nice and checkin was easy. The bathroom has a barn door and did not lock (not a fan) The room was on the fourth floor and because of construction, there was a strong odor.

Surprisingly Exceeded Expectations
This hotel completely shocked me. From the time we arrived to check in until we checked out it was great. Mr. Jimmie in the front desk was amazing! Very accommodating! The room was a big room bigger than I expected. The room was very clean and tidy and kept up. Like really clean. No stains or anything. Breakfast was great. The grounds of the hotel was kept up. I have zero complaints.
Lidia

Nice clean room .. Waffle House is within walking distance
Bryan
It was a cute and quaint little hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. The only things I didn't like were the pillows are garbage, flat pancakes and uncomfortable, and the shower seems to leak and flood out onto the floor. Other than that, everything was great.
Vernisha
Excellent stay

The air conditioning unit was louder than expected

I forgot the young lady’s name who was on duty when we checked in on 08/28 around noon but she went out of her way to us straighten the mess we made of our reservation. Her professionalism and super friendly demeanor was over the top. She is definitely a keeper. Bob Toth
