Smell from garbage disposal and kitchen sink was disgusting making me nauseous. Maintenance would only put cleanser down the disposal, which did not solve the problem. Maintenance supervisor refused to authorize mechanical cleaning of the disposal and p-trap, which was what was required. I spent 6 nights in a room nauseous with a disgusting odor. I needed to have windows opened a lot, but the screens either had holes in them or were warped so they did not cover the window opening; thus bugs came into the room. Temperatures outside often exceeded 90 degrees, so open windows were not a great option anyway. I checked out 2 nights early because I could not stand it. They would not refund for the 2 nights I did not use the room, (to be fair, this is their policy under the written agreement.)

The room did not feel clean at all and had a weird smell. The workout amenities were pretty underwhelming and the pool seemed dirty. Overall not happy and won’t be staying here again.

Prior to my stay, I received several emails and texts asking me for credit card information to hold my reservations because of recent global events. This seemed a bit shady, so I called the hotel to confirm my reservation was still in place. The hotel assured me everything was fine and that they were having computer security problems. They told me to delete any texts or emails asking for credit card info. When I did arrive, check-in was quick and easy. There was one covered parking space for my car. The room itself was very large. The kitchen had all standad sized appliances. Make sure to turn the ice maker on in the freezer. Utensils, pans, and dishes were provided. Thete were even mini salt & pepper shakers. The shower had great water pressure. There were small sized toiletry items in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, but the noise from the street was very loud-- cars revving their engines late at night, vehicles racing, and cars with modified exhaust passing by made it difficult to sleep. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and noisy according to my friend who was using it. The extra sheets and blankets that were provided were in poor condition. I don't think they had been taken out of the plastic bag for quite some time. My friend was more comfortable putting the couch cushions on the floor and sleeping on them. Which brings up another point. The furniture cushions all need a good steam cleaning or perhaps replaced.

I came into town for a family emergency. That staff was caring and compassionate and so incredibly helpful. We had only booked 2 nights originally not knowing what was going to happen. We ended up staying over a week and they were so helpful getting us moved around. The facility is warm and inviting and the rooms were clean and organized. They had everything we needed. We will back to stay again very soon.

We came to Vegas and wanted enough space for the family to spread out and this was ideal! We had a two bedroom apartment. This looks like an apartment complex that was converted into a hotel/resort. The grounds are exceptionally clean and the apartment itself was nice. Wish we would’ve been staying more than one night so we could’ve taken more advantage of the amenities on the property. This is a great quiet retreat after a long day on the strip.

Have stayed multiple times and really enjoy the property. My only complaint is the shuttle to the strip/ Fremont/ red rock casino. The shuttle times, drop off point and lack of seats ( especially during busy times) makes this largely a non- benefit. It’s a great property but if you are staying here because of the shuttle service, think twice. We ended spending a significant amount of money on Uber etc.

Convenient location to restaurants, etc and easy drive to the Red Rock Canyon area. We were more interested in the natural aspects of Nevada than the glitz and glamor and this was a convenient location where we could cook our own meals if we desired. Lovely grill area and outside fireplace. Perfect setting for two couples.

Nice to have Washer and dryer in unit. Loved full sized kitchen. Balcony was nice. Better than staying in hotel if you don’t care for casino. Felt like home away from home. I stayed in 2nd floor. No elevator so if you have heavy luggages I don’t recommend second floor. No bell man at 7am. I had 2 large luggages both 50 pounds I couldn’t get help in the morning. That was only negative. Other than not have help in the morning with my luggages I enjoyed staying.

This is a great place to stay. The staff was friendly and our room is basically an apartment, so we had lots of room. The balcony was a nice bonus as well. This is about a 15 minute drive to the strip, but other than seeing a show, we like to stay out where it's more peaceful. We prefer hiking and outdoor activities so Summerlin is very nice and easy to navigate and not too much traffic. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby, both fast food and sit down. I will defiinitely stay here again.

The room was spacious but was dirty in places including very dusty, a mildewy shower curtain with hair on it, and the tub didn't drain.
I arrived and showered late so I wasn't able to call for help.
The place was pretty quiet but when I arrived, I was placed in the room on the corner of the street block, which someone else had already switched out of.
The second story rooms have some difficult, outdoor stairs which is tough with large suitcases.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs at Peace Canyon. The room was clean, the pool and hot tub were nice, and the service was excellent. We appreciated the location on the West side of Las Vegas, closer to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and a little further away from the Strip on the East side of Vegas. Overall, very nice stay.

For the most part everything was ok, however, a couple of things not so great:
- The Wifi worked on our phones, but did not work on my son's laptop, so he couldn't do his homework.
- 2 out of 3 TV's didn't work. We had to call front desk to send someone. They did get there very fast and fixed it in 5 minutes though.
- Over all the room was clean, however, Kitchen & Bathrooms grout was very dirty in some areas. Maybe work on that...

While the outside of the buildings could use a bit of TLC, the inside rooms were spotless and very well supplied.
The staff were amazing. We loved watching them interact and laugh together. They obviously enjoy working together and there was a real family atmosphere.
We took the shuttle into the strip with James and he was delightful.

Traveling with kids usually lowers expectations—this stay raised them. The Cliffs at Peace Canyon felt spacious, calm, and quietly luxurious from the moment we walked in.

The fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and private balcony made the stay feel more like a high-end residence than a hotel. The rooms were huge, the closets even bigger, and everything was set up for comfort without sacrificing style. Plenty of space to relax, unpack, and actually enjoy being there.

It’s the kind of place that makes family travel feel refined instead of chaotic.

I booked because it’s a No Pets allowed hotel, however, The room looked like a dog had been chewing on all the cabinets. While standing on my balcony I saw a lady with a large dog letting it use the restroom underneath other people’s balconies and not cleaning it up. She had the nerve to get hostile when I checked her. I am highly allergic to dogs and cats and do not want to stay where pets are allowed. I have stayed here at least 10 times however this was my last time

We loved our stay! Very convenient for toddlers and to have space rather than a 1 room hotel. Also, Walmart is just a 6 minute drive to stock up on food. Would highly recommend for small children and the convenience of a kitchen. It really elevated our vacation.

Everything was good not great. There were some gross spots in the room and bathroom. I was taking things to my car the morning of check out and my key stopped working which was annoying. Staff were friendly and helpful but they try and sell you on activities right when you check in. Assigned parking was nice. I requested a second floor room and it was great. Bed was fine not overly soft. Bathroom was older. Laundry and kitchen was the best part of the room.

The room was great! Clean, spacious and a good deal. The staff were friendly and the heated pool and BBQ grills were wonderful. However the walls and ceiling were very thin and we were able to hear everyone coming in late and talking/walking in their units. I didn't get much sleep. If you’re a heavy sleeper or looking to party in Vegas and pass out late, it would be good I suppose. If you’re a family wanting to go to sleep at 10:00, you’ll have to cross your fingers that you have quiet neighbors. Other than noise I would recommend this stay.

We enjoyed the spacious unit with a full kitchen, dining room, bathrooms, and bedrooms with comfortable beds. The little hiccup of a clogged toilet in the master bathroom was fixed within 10 minutes of reporting.
The unit is clean, though the amenities are a bit dated, but are in good working order. We are very pleased with the location being away from the strip area, overall it was a very pleasant stay and we will be returning.

Only stayed 2 nights. Check in was easy and the two bedroom was VERY clean and comfortable. Hint get an upstairs since bottom floors can hear all footsteps on on upper floor units. Otherwise a very nice quiet place for those lot seeking excitement where you stay.

The air conditioner/heater was very loud whenever it ran. Complained to the management and the said other rooms would be similar noise level. Place is not aging well. Drains are slow to drain. Toilet is tiny. Upstairs sounds like a rhino is stomping around all night. Couldn’t get any sleep.

For a Vrbo type stay it was good. The property is an apartment complex. So you have a pool and fitness center. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. They also offer a shuttle to get to the strip. My main complaint is it could have been cleaner and better maintained. But the price was good for what you get.
