We really enjoyed the room but there was a paper towel holding up the table and there was food left in the refrigerator. The front desk didn't have quarters for the coin washing machine and dryer. We were pretty upset about that because we wanted to wash.

I would say the staff care about their customers. I stay there for 4 days and it was very quiet with no problems, also a plus about the place they have breakfast in the morning and also a weight room. I like my stay. I would recommend this hotel.

We checked in and we were given our room and our key then we proceeded to go to the room. I open the door and there was luggage and clothes so i immediately close the door and head back to notify the front desk, the girl who was there was bothered instead of apologizing. We were given another room and the top security lock to the door was broken. Not safe

When i pull up it was a young lady that was 23 outside on phone instead of getting up she sat and finished the phone call i did not know it was the manager so she came in had trouble and the printer didnt work. That was first sign then i got my room 209 it wasnt clean the tub and tv didnt work after i brought up my bags went down stairs they change my room to 224 at the other end of the hall way . I went in that room it had no lamp shades no table and desser light no bulb but at this point i was like im not going to be in this room im be at Casinos. The refrigerator didnt work and no table also and Saturday morning i was woke up to men trying to enter my room to put a head board up cause they didnt tell me they was renovating the hotel and their is so breakfast or ice and Wi-Fi kept glitchimg knocking u off if i would have known i would not stay but they said once checked in you cant get a tefund.. Or i would have left they started construction at 7am so i didnt get no rest at all til they left . The room smell lije mildew i ask for airfesher they said bring it right back cause its strong . Its only 1 man thats housekeeping and he needs help. I tried to call to ask questions nobody answer i west i would have book with best Western cause they was so nice and polite when i got the hotel wrong. It wont let me add my pictures 😒

I didn't stay not even 30 min. As i was walking to the room.. the hall ways were dirty you could see dirt piling up on the edges of the floor and it looked as if they were spraying some kind of white powder all along the edges of the floor. Once i got to the room it was the same on the floor and everything in the room seemed worn out ,broken, rust & and the A/C didn't even work plus they had left a small portable heater in the room.. trash as place. I dont recommend it

This property looked rundown from the outside but I was always taught not to judge a book by its cover. So I checked in. I always get extra towels and extra blankets it’s the first thing I do after checking in. I noticed the towels were old, they looked washed but they were still dirty looking if that make sense. Basically they were not white anymore. I got inside the room and noticed the cover on the electrical outlets were gone. The smoke detectors pulled from the wall the carpet was dirty the bathroom was also dirty. I always clean the bathroom first at every hotel I’ve ever stayed in it’s a normal thing for me. But I’ve never saw it that dirty. It was already late and I had to get up early the next morning so I had to sleep in there. I checked out the very Next day and was told I would get a refund for the nights I didn’t stay. I checked into another hotel and of course I didn’t get my money back and Expedia wasn’t much help at all either. This hotel had ppl outside all day and all night as well. I would rate 0 STARS but I had to put something. Never stay here unless you like sleeping in places like this. I didn’t sleep at all I was so tired at work that morning it was a darn shame. Hate it!

The DirectTV box wasn’t hooked up. Once we did, the box was screwed to the wall facing the floor so impossible to change channel with a remote. The lock at the top of the door was broken. Key reader to back door of hotel was broken so anyone could come in the hotel. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

I understand closing off rooms if they are damaged by a hurricane or something like that, but allowing people to stay in a room where the repairs are not complete is not at all understandable. Between the window frame and the wall is an easily visable seam, at its peak somewhere between a quarter and half inch running most of the length of the frame. By seam, i mean that i could place my room key beneath the window frame and slide it underneath, and it would fall to the sidewalk below. In essense, a facility should never be offering its guests a room where bugs could enter easily, rain could come into the room, or the air conditioning unit could hardly keep up with the outside air.

Nice hotel, considering the price.
Quote funky in places. Hall really smelled like ethnic cooking. And bunch of gear stacked up in the hall.
Wow - who got drywall mud smeared over the outside of my room door.
Inside - nice. Newly renovated. But wish it had an extra table or some flat surface to put, say, my coat. There’s no closet or place to hang clothes.
Great value.
Just needs attention to detail.
And a faster check in experience.
But I’d go back again. Good location.

Reservation made a week in advance was not kept by the hotel. The room we booked was not available so they could only give us a smaller one. Hotel room was nasty. Long dark hairs on the pillows and sheets and all over the shower and bathroom. Crumbs, dirt, and filth all over the bed frames. Bathroom has holes in the walls and the bath constantly dripped and sputtered. Smell of weed filled the room off and on through the night. Had people trying to open our front door and room-joining multiple times throughout the night. Staff were pleasant.

Hotel room and lobby are ok, but the rest of the hotel is very run down & unfinished. There is no A/C in the hallways and the room A/C will not be turned on before you arrive. Expect at least an hour for the temperature to be comfortable. Even though the reservation says breakfast included, there will be NO BREAKFAST, and the management will do nothing to remedy the situation. I would recommend finding a different place to stay.

Concert overnight

Needed a room for the night for a concert at a casino to keep from driving so far back to home after concert. Checked in at 4:30, the front desk woman was babysitting her 3 children in the lobby. Lobby was not clean or organized, mostly utilized as a storage locker. Upon check in at the room, only 2 table lamps for light, which was not near enough illumination. Bare electrical wires hanging out of ceiling, exposed and not capped off. I assume this was meant to be location for another light and, or smoke alarm, since I did not see a smoke detector anywhere else in the room. Bathroom door was literally falling off the hinges and ceiling had extreme yellowing mildew stains from water leakage. While there was coffee and condiments, there was no coffee maker. The exterior door nearest our room had no internal latch purposely removed so anyone could come and go with no security card. We inquired twice while leaving for bank and food about a coffee maker, she said housekeeping was gone and she did not know where they were. I suspect if she had dug through all the junk in the lobby, she may have located one. Upon returning from the concert at 11pm, the front desk woman was propped up on the lobby couch playing on her laptop. We inquired about the coffee maker, she nonchalanty replied(no). We checked out shortly after that and made the hour and half drive home, to avoid staying. The hurricanes were a year ago,no excuse. There are 3 nice hotels within a stones throw off this dump.
